I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Yesterday, I dropped off my wedding band to be resized and engagement ring polished. Today, I got a call to pick up my rings. Not only did Paul and Helen deliver a beautiful quality job- They were incredibly friendly and kind. Their excellent customer care was a bright spot in my weekend and a silver lining in this pandemic. I will be going back to this store in the future!
Paul and his wife Helen are excellent Jewelers. I called Paul looking for an engagement ring. Not only did he have what I wanted but its always top-quality ,hes an excellent Jeweler. They had the ring ready in just a couple days and it was absolutely fabulous. He made my love complete with a beautiful ring that he crafted. I would recommend them any day of the week.
Paul and Helen have always been kind and great for purchase and repairs on our jewelry. I dont know how anyone can give a bad review. Been going to Pauls jewelry for thirty years and no complaints.
I went here to get a battery on my father’s pocket watch changed today, and the gentleman who was working at the jeweler repair station was so nice! He was able to get the battery fixed while I waited, and was so pleasant and kind! I wish I would have gotten his name... They also had a large selection of beautiful jewelry and the facility was very clean! I would definitely recommend this jewelry store to others!
Paul has been our family jewler for over 25 years. He has mastered his craft and can perform wonders with gold & all gem stones. If you are looking for a true professional, Paul and his staff can deliver.

I needed help changing my new Fitbit Versa 2 bands and I called Pauls. They allowed me to make an appointment for the next day (Corona). Both Paul and the woman (his wife, maybe?) were very helpful and friendly. We all wore masks and he took off my older band and put my new one on. It only took minutes. I was very impressed and so happy! I asked what I owed them and they both responded Nothing. I was shocked! I said You guys have to make a living. Please let me pay. They wouldnt. I told them I would give rave reviews and recommend to local friends. Local friends: if you need any kind of watch or jewelry repair or are in the market for fine jewelry - please go to Pauls. You will not be disappointed!! Thanks again, guys! My wrist is happy 😁❤️
Paul and Helen are very passionate about their work. It really shows that Paul prides himself in the jewelry that he makes, fixes, and buys.Paul has an eye for detail. I highly recommend stopping in if you want a jeweler who cares.

I took my wedding ring in here to get sized and I could not believe it was mine when it was done it looked better then when we first bought it. They gained a customer for life.

I messed up and lost the screws to my watch when replacing the battery. They were able to find replacement screws and replace my battery within minutes. Excellent customer service.

Got my engagement ring resized here and two months later the band cracked. The service and attitude of the associate and jewler was very poor.
Paul needs some customer service training. Sad that the store owner for 20 plus years does not know how to speak to customers who want to support local businesses rather than going to the mall. I will never return!!!!
Nice stuff but no sale,, for me it was waaay overpriced, all prices are custom per customer. Shop around.

2022-06-18I took my ring to get cleaned last week. When I picked it up I was told “I should really make sure that my ring was from this store.” (Apparently the owners to do not “remember” my ring). I felt humiliated, my husband took so much pride in my ring and his choice (he purchased it soon after being discharged from the military), the day after he proposed we literally drove by the jeweler so he could show me where he got my ring. This was in 2016. Even to this day, whenever we drive past the store we say “that’s where you got my ring!” Maybe my ring was not recognized because the wedding bands are from a different store, but the primary ring was custom made by Paul. My husband even shared with me that Paul was so excited when he chose this ring because it had been sitting in the case for a very long time and no one was interested. I probably won’t be returning here for future cleanings, the comments were off putting, uncomfortable, and disappointing.

2022-01-08They were so kind and flexible while I was getting the engagement ring for my fiancé. I knew very little about rings, diamonds, and anything regarding jewelry. Not only were they willing to purchase stones for us to pick from, but were flexible with mixing/blending different rings. I LOVE my ring and how it changes colors in every light! Thank you.

2022-05-03Come on Canton where else can you find such high quality diamonds without your dealer saying you have to wait while he orders the specific diamond youre looking for Paul is a genuine old world jeweler he can make anything and also a delight to deal with always courteous never shows frustration or anger no matter how disrespectful the customer is
