I visited the clinic few months back for few teeth fillings. After the filling I am getting sensation for all the filled teeth.After contacting Dr. Karnath, I got the explanation that it needs to do Root Canal which I do not understand how it is possible for all the teeth done with filling (3-4 teeth filling). After more than 2 months, I have still sensation in all the teeth done with filling.I will recommend this clinic for simple teeth work only.Not recommend for any filling or any complex work.
Growing up I was always kind of afraid of the dentist. Dr. Karanth and her staff have helped calm those fears! The kindness, patience and skilled work I have experienced at Pearl Dental has been spectacular. Dr. Karanth and her staff are always helpful and friendly. They are always able to see me quickly and answer any questions or concerns I might have. The quality of Dr. Karanths work is top notch. I would recommend Dr. Karanth to anyone who is in need of excellent dental care.
Had my 6 month teeth cleaning and checkup today at Pearl Dental at Farmington hills . As always, I felt so welcomed once I walked in, from the help with patient farms to actual cleaning. Dr. Karanth made it so easy, quick. Staff is professional and very courteous I would recommend this office to everyone.
I have spent years trying different places because I really did not enjoy going to the dentist. But, I have found a place I am extremely happy! I have seen Dr. Karanth 3 times (2 cleanings, 1 filling). Dr. Karanth makes me feel like we are old friends, and they always have appointments that work for my schedule. Candace is really friendly too.I was looking fo a small office and a personal experience, and thats what I found and loved here. I can finally say I dont mind going to the dentist.
When I first started seeing Dr. Karanth, my teeth were in bad shape, with cracks and chips making me afraid to smile. The doctor and staff made me comfortable and confident about the work. During the procedure, I was feeling zero pain and the first set of after-treatment photos were exciting to see. Pearl Dental gets the highest praise from me.
I have been visting the doctors office since 5 years. Excellent dental care and treatment provided by Dr Chetana Karanth. She is highly qualified and able to diagnose accurately and provide appropriate dental treatment. The doctors office assistant Candus is also very helpful and friendly in scheduling appointments. I would definitely recommend the doctor. Thanks so much.
The professionally trained staff, caring Dr., and good overall atmosphere always keeps my visits enjoyable and rewarding. I never found a dentist to be as good as Dr. Karanth. I drive from Livonia just to see her. Time and time again, I have recommended her.

We had a very pleasant experience with Dr.Karanth and her staff. I am very anxious about my appointment and procedure, but Dr.Karanth was very patient in explaining the procedure and staff was very helpful and kind and always available for help.Dr.Karanth is very professional and its not easy to find a good Dentist .I highly recommend Dr.Karanth and her staff for kids and Adults.
I had a very good experience so far, my wife and daughter prefers Dr Karanth. She is very caring and advise well before and after clinical sitting.

2022-01-14Dr Chetana Karanth is very knowledgeable, caring and all around awesome dentist I would definitely recommend!!!She kept me informed through every step in the process of getting a root canal + a couple of tooth fillings. Great first Dental Clinic exp., nice and a clean Clinic with excellent staff.

2022-01-06I had been dreading going back to the dentist because I knew my oral hygiene was terrible but it was time to stop being scared and go. Immediately upon arival I was greated with a warm welcome and the entire procees was made very comforting be the dentist and her dental assistant. Even though there is a lot of recovery to be had on my dental hygiene they mad me certain that it was doable and reassured me that they would take care of me.

2020-05-31My son got his first dental service here yesterday. Excellent service from Dr. Karanth and staff. Could not have asked them to be any better. The facility was clean, safe and inviting. They were gentle and welcomed with a safe ambiance in this challenging time. Our family will definitely make this our dentist office!

2019-09-07Dr. Karanth is very professional and caring. She helped me to fix my long time gum problem which my previous dentists werent able to solve. My gum now back to normal, and no more bleeding when I brush my teeth.Candice is also very helpful too, and always accommodate my crazy schedule and remind my appointment a week before. Thank you so much for taking a great care of me.

2017-08-30Ive gone to the same dentist since I was a young child, but when my employer changed my insurance, I had to find someone new. Instead of doing that, I didnt go to the dentist for five years, until something started to hurt. When I called Pearl Dental (purely because it was the closest dentist who took my insurance), they fit me in the next day and helped me to fix the problems that five years of neglect will bring you.Im a very anxious person, and Im especially nervous about any sort of medical or dental treatment. However, Pearl Dental has been so wonderful with me that I no longer dread the dentist. Although Im sure Dr. Karanth would be wonderful with anyone, I think she is especially good with anxious people. She took the time to answer my questions and make me feel better about the procedures I needed done. I now recommend them to everyone I know looking for a dentist.

2015-10-06Dr. Karanth is a excellent dentist. She always makes sure that the patient is comfortable and understands what the she is doing. She takes her time and listens to patients concerns and gives her advice without any pressure. Also, I never had to wait too long in the Waiting room to get the work done - maximum 15 minutes.After retirement, I had lost my dental insurance through work and I was looking for dental insurance. I found out, that the dental insurance costs a lot and they dont cover much. Dr Karanths costs for cleaning and many routine procedures are quite reasonable.I highly recommend her.Thank you,Raj M.

2017-03-14My only and absolute favorite Farmington Hills dentist. I get my routine cleanings done here as well as more important treatments. I am usually a hard patient to deal with, but Dr. Karanth had no problem providing the treatments and scheduling me for appointments. This is by far, the best health experience I have had overall. Thank you Dr. Karanth and your team for your diligent, compassionate work!
