Took it to another shop and they told me it was an engine misfire and needed a fuel injection service. The last one wasnt done or wasnt done properly. After the proper fuel injection service was completed no engine misfire. I called the service manager at pedder and he hasnt responded.

Comment: Bought a car on 4/14, by 4/20 I was already back because the car was jerking as well as the seat no properly working (electric seats), I was helped by the General Sales Manager Joe Hinojoza who referred me to Hyundai as there was still a warranty for my car, appointment was set for the following Tuesday 4/23, dropped my car off at Hyundai and was provided with a rental, 2 days later I was informed that my car would need a new transmission, I informed the Sales Manager and he stated that he would see what my options were as obviously I was upset and did not feel it was fair I should pay for a car I don’t even have, never heard back, went in and he was not there, was approached by another Sales Manager, Ricardo Aguilera who in other words said they couldn’t do anything anymore as my car had been funded and all they can do is pay for my rental until I get my car back because since I am getting it back they refuse to do anything about it.Honestly would not recommend!!

Comment: I went to Pedder on 4/19/24 and was told I needed front and back brakes and tires. I was quoted nearly $830 for the brakes. Iwas told my front brakes were at a 3 and back were at a five. We to Pep Boys 4/21/24 and the guys ask me to come outside and see something. The guys showed me how brakes were measures and my brakes were at a 8. No brakes were needed at this time. Tires were needed per both shops on my 2020 Nissan. They also said that my lug nuts were overtightened. This is sad that customers are lied to because they are vulnerable and dont have car knowledge. People work hard for their money and should not be treated this was. I have both inspection documents as proof. Never again will I go there!!

After getting pre-approved for a loan for a specific truck, a Nissan Frontier, I diligently set up an appointment to view it, only to discover upon my arrival that the truck had been moved to another lot without any prior notification from the dealership. This lack of communication was just the beginning of a series of unprofessional actions.Instead of providing a solution or at least an apology for the inconvenience, the sales team, specifically Manny Gutierrez, attempted to push me towards purchasing a different truck, one that I had no interest in. The situation escalated when they involved my mom in the transaction, applying undue pressure and showing a blatant disregard for our expressed wishes. Both my mom and I were treated disrespectively by Manny, which is unacceptable under any circumstance.This experience has left me feeling extremely disrespected and disappointed. It’s a reminder of the importance of integrity and respect in business, qualities that were sorely lacking in my interaction with Pedder Nissan, particularly with Manny Gutierrez. Comment: If I can give a -0 rating I would. This place is not a good place to get a car or even bring your car for service or maintenance. They will not honor what they say they will do. We bought a car here recently with a warning light on the dashboard (they said its a quick fix, just a sensor). Made an appointment but told not to come in and reschedule the appointment due to not having the parts.. (wth). So we waited for another week, then made an appointment again, then told us they dont have the equipment to test here but they can bring the car to other Nissan branch, so I said Okay lets do it. So I was told it would be a few hours or maybe a whole day. Guess what.. its been over a week, and they still have my car and could not tell me when it will be ready.. I feel like it is not just the sensor that is wrong with it. If its taking this long, its gotta be something more serious, safety concern i should say. but they dont want to tell me that, of course. They told me they would keep me posted, but NO.. of course not.. I have to ask them every day if my car is ready, more than once sometimes. Whenever they said you would receive a call back.. they never did. If I can just return the car to them, I would. I dont wanna deal with them anymore. If anyone has answers to me to what can I do? Please let me know.Avoid this place.. youll find a better deal and service somewhere else.UPDATE: After 24 days, I received an email from John that my car will be ready today 3/14/2024, but it was done at the other location of Nissan Service center so not sure when it will be pick up. Im surprised it got done this week, after sending an email to the sales manager which he did not responded btw.I also talked to the sales person that sold the car to us. I told him that I would not recommend this place to anyone. I also tried to speak to the service manager twiced but it went straight to voicemail, left a message and never got a call back.. no surprises.

Comment: I hate to write bad reviews, but this has just been a horrible experience. Between the bad attitudes and it taking literally forever (9 hours- 9am to 6pm) when we were pre-approved through our bank. Charging additional mandatory fees that were not listed on the sale price of the vehicle. Even our bank loan officer said that was shady after seeing the breakdown. Not to mention, our van was sold to us with the wrong floor mats and a missing front license plate. I had to pull the mats out because theyre dangerous and dont allow the seats to move.Anywho, we bought our vehicle 4 months ago and 3 months in, we found out our VIN was never verified to submit for registration. The notice sent out didnt have the correct address. I went down there a month ago and explained why I was there. They put less than a quarter tank of gas in my car, took photos of the VIN, gave me a new temporary plate but it doesnt match what was previously on there. Found out our vehicle is registered out of state through our insurance. They couldnt find the VIN either and we had to submit photos. Well, a month later we havent received our plates so I spoke to the DMV. DMV still says they cant find the registration under our names. Im just tired of leaving messages and dealing with this. Weve been making payments and insuring a vehicle that isnt registered as ours. Im just not happy with the service at all.Update 3/12/24 : The DMV has our names now, however, they cant complete the registration until they receive a notice of Lien satisfied on our vehicle. What in the world??....

Comment: After advertising our vehicle on several internet sites, we had no luck selling. Probably because we live 100 miles east of Los Angles in a smaller community. So, we were excited when Pedder Nissan offered to buy our car at a reasonable price. We confirmed the agreed price before driving to Hemet Ca, which is over an hour drive. We were told, as long as it passed inspection, we had a deal at the agreed price. When we arrived at Pedder Nissan, the vehicle was taken in for inspection. It passed inspection as we knew it would. Pedder Nissan came back with an offer of over $5000 less than they agreed. We are senior citizens and I guess they thought they could take advantage of us. When we told the manager we had an agreement in writing, he simply said it was a mistake. This dealership obviously practices in a bait and switch, or they take advantage of senior citizens. Either way, Pedder Nissan is one of the most dishonest dealerships I have ever dealt with.

Was advised the car wasnt safe to drive and was given a free rental to use so I wouldnt have to miss work the next day. They had to order the tires for delivery the following day. Comment: Have been taking my car for maintenancesince July -August 2023 save your money and go somewhere else I took my car to jiffy lube because I didnt have time to schedule an appointment with Nissan because in all honesty waiting 4+ hours for service is just not ideal . So I decided to take it to jiffy lube which Ive always had a great experience with them in the past in a different state and they showed me how black and tarry my oil was which shows my oil filters were never changed they stuffed the filters and basically explained to me that my oil filters were never replaced but just dumped and refilled the old filter... Another thing they did was when they found out I had a warranty they filed a claim to fix my passenger broken door lock which was fixed 5 days later you wanna know what these people did .. they switched my working door switch to the the broken lock switch on the passenger which was the door I was having issues with and placed the broken one on my driver door ..... They never used the new part they said was on back order and that had to be ordered but mysteriously was in the shop ready to insall the following day . I work and need my vehicle which is hard to keep up with these people .... And to my surprise I left a voicemail to the supervisor who created this whole claim and I was told she moved locations 🤔I gave up not worth the time . Ive lost time and money NEVER EVER AGAIN !!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS

Comment: Worst experience I ever had towed my Nissan Titan for no start. Had fuel issues warranty covered repairs needed. After repairs they couldnt get it started and took over a month going back and forth with them. Got a call saying they couldnt keep it there and I had to towed home. I had the filters replaced and got truck running called them back because they couldnt even replace the filters and just wanted more money for troubleshooting after replacing fuel pump with out checking filters first. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone there scamming people out of thousands dollars in uneeded repairs.

Comment: Recently had work done on my car that was covered through my warranty. Had to wait an extra week because they didnt order all the parts needed for the repair the first time, and of course no one called to inform me about it. There was a TERRIBLE lack of communication through the entire process. No one was calling to notify me of anything if i didnt call and ask, i wasnt told anything that was going on with my car. The first 3 days after the warranty approval they couldnt get me a rental. Leo said there was none available at the rental company but it was showing that multiple cars were available at the same store when i looked it up online. He told me he would call me if anything became available, no call was received. When i called frustrated and angry on the 4 day of repairs (8th day of them having my car) they some how got me a rental. Jose was the only helpful associate throughout the process of getting my car fixed, he was the one that got me a rental. If i didnt have a 7 year warranty through Pedder nissan i would never go back for any repairs. It took them 2 WEEKS just to change my front struts...

I told her I purchased the tires from my Nissan dealership about 3 months ago before driving across country. She said well, they possibly still be under warranty for a year which I didn’t even know about, so she took the time to look up my account. Also call and find out my warranty details for me which I never knew I had.When I say customer service was outstanding absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond she ordered the new tire for me letting me know that I wouldn’t have to pay for the tire and I’d only be paying for the balance of new tire along with labor time to install it. Also, she said she would have tech look at everything just to make sure everything is working properly and nothing else is broken, which made me feel very comfortable with Pedder Nissan. This is my review I’d leave a 10 star if I could. Absolutely Will be returning to Pedder Nissan for more future work. Ron and Eddy were very professional and kind.When I traded in my Hyundai Sonata I told Eddy that I wanted the same features on a new car and that Lane Assist was EXTREAMLY important to me. I test drove one SR model and liked the way it drove so we went back and looked at a few more Altimas. I made it abundantly clear how important lane assist was to me and spoke about how convenient lane assist was multiple times with him, he agreed.After continuing to look at a few different Altimas I decided on the one in the showroom floor because it had all the options I was looking for in the particular color I liked. I decided to make the purchase. Eddy asked me if I would like to test drive the car and I declined because I had already drove another SR model and felt this would be redundant since Eddy said it had all the features I wanted. While we waited for loan approval Eddy asked me to sit in the car and began to show me settings and features on the touchscreen display. He was going through all the touchscreen features when Ron came over to the car and told us to come over to the desk because he had herd back from the loan company. We went over to the desk and completed the sale.On the way home to Nevada, I went through the cars menu and found no option for lane assist, I then googled how to turn it on and it stated to hit the blue button on the bottom right side of the steering wheel. There was no blue button and the button where it should have been was not a real button.I called and spoke with Eddy and since I needed to pick up my old license plates, I went into the dealership. Eddy got in the car and went through the menu and turned on the Lane Departure Warning and said THERE YA GO! I said, No, thats only for a warning chime when you go over a lane in the road. He then apologized and I had to get home asap so I left. On the way home I got a call from my mother, Eddy had just called her and told her that we figured out the lane assist and everything was ok. Im not sure why he did this.I have done research as to installing this feature after the fact and it seems to be impossible. I have call third party companies that offer lane assist addons and none of them seem to work with a 2023 Nissan Altima. I am very very very disappointed that this car does not have this feature when I repeatedly stated that I wanted this feature and was told that it did.Im not sure what to do at this point.

Comment: I went in for some brake work on my truck on 6/3/2023. As I was driving home I started to hear a loud thumping sound and steering wheel vibrating. I pulled over and inspected the brakes assuming something came loose. Then I noticed my front right tire lug nuts weren’t tighten!! As I inspected the lug nuts, I noticed three lug nuts were loose and the other two were just hand tighten.I had to call twice to get an answer. All they offered was a free oil change. I’m not one complain but this is a huge safety issue. Myself and my 5 year old could’ve gotten to a huge accident or cause some else to get hurt. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Please have the person working on your vehicle double check the work.

But, after cleaning it up it wasnt. Just realized today that my windshield washer fluid was down by a gallon. My right front tire is low. I dealt with Santiago and Justin to sell my car to them they had called me numerous times prior to the sale of the vehicle, sold it on Tuesday knocked $1,000 right off the bat even though it had a brand new engine so on and so forth due to this and that from the original kelly blue book offer I did take into account that it was an older vehicle although like I said new engine had just had a lot of work done all the recalls finished everything anyway and at this point I was instructed that they would not be paying me until Thursday I was in there on Tuesday which I find very odd anyway because really I wouldnt be able to drive off your lot in a vehicle without paying something Ive got this promise to pay letter I text this morning to find out about the check did receive back a message saying that they were waiting for their business department to show up or to come to work or whatever text again at 12:30 and then at 2:00 after not hearing anything from them I call and Santiago tells me me oh maybe emphasis on maybe. it will be 3:30 and otherwise it might emphasis on might, be tomorrow which by the way is a holiday so yeah and that was after I had to call Santiago back to find out if the check was there or not I had understood he was going to call me back at 3:30 or in that range I called at 4:00. Im very disappointed in the way that this has worked out because I was not told it would take 3 days or more basically telling me that maybe again emphasis on maybe itll be there tomorrow totally unacceptable and Santiago going to to have to get it approved and speak with his manager tomorrow? There should be no more approvals necessary I should have received my check. needless to say terribly disappointed. Bad enough, they didnt offer an opportunity to play the wind tunnel money game for a discount as they advertised on Facebook but to make an inquiry while the sales person kept me distracted is a violation of my consumer rights. I provided the manager or whatever he was with a copy of the finance details a rival dealership printed for me so I could make a more informed decision only to have this guy take it to his finance department where they decided the next step for me. People have no honor. I literally told them I was shopping after surviving a car accident and they swindled me. Please contact the credit bureau you used and correct your wrong doing.If they claim its not true, I can post the texts I was sending to my partner as well as the other dealership.It was a scam. Comment: This dealership is dishonest and unethical. After viewing their prices online, I reached out to the dealership to express interest in one of the vehicles. Guy Robbins contacted me and I scheduled an appointment for a few days later. I asked for the carfax report (which I received) and the final price. Guy responded that prices were only discussed in person. I told him I wanted to pay with cash (cashier’s check), so I wanted ti know what to expect. He told me to expect 10% above the purchase price, which seemed reasonable. I received a text to confirm my appointment, so I thought everything was going smoothly. I called the afternoon before the day of my scheduled appointment to make sure the car was still there. I even started the purchase online, but the system would allow me to complete it. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was told Guy had the day off. (My first red flag.) When I asked about the vehicle I had come to purchase, I was told it was “sold” at 8:30 pm the day before. Note: the vehicle was still listed on their website with a new price that was almost $3000 higher than it was the previous day. (Red flag #2)But since I’d traveled almost 2 hours to get there, I looked at other vehicles. Instead of the vehicle having the sale price listed, there were fake price sheets that made them look new. (Red flag #3). So I asked for the prices and the carfax reports for two vehicles, and it was provided. After test driving the vehicles, I decided to purchase one. I asked for the out the door cash price and was given a sheet outlining the various fees, and I agreed to the price. But when I finally got to the finance department (because I only had a personal check since I couldn’t get a cashier’s check), the price if vehicle increased by several hundred dollars. I asked the finance guy why the price was different and he said he didn’t know. He offered to find out, but I declined. I just wanted to leave. In hindsight, I should have (and I recommend this to readers of this review) walked over to one of the other car dealerships in the auto mall.

Comment: My 81 yr old sister had to sell her car because she can no longer drive. After getting a lot of gibberish from other dealers I contacted Jayson Sherrill at Pedder Nissan. We chatted awhile and within a few moments we had made a deal at a fair price. We drove to my sisters house and picked her up to sign off on everything. Her health is not good and she moves very slowly but Jayson was wonderfully kind and patient. After everything was done he drove us both back to her house and helped her out of the car and into the house. I believe that Pedder Nissan is fortunate to have a young man with Jaysons professionalism and character on its staff. I highly recommend Pedder Nissan and especially Jayson Sherrill.

Comment: Had a great experience purchasing a new 2022 Nissan Leaf. Got an internet price and called and confirmed and drove 80 miles to pick it up. My sales guy Brady was super friendly and helpful and Jose in finance explained everything clearly and quickly. The first time they installed something incorrectly and sent us home with a car that wouldnt start. Then we towed it to them again and they fixed the error and the car only worked for 3 days. NOW Im asking for a refund and they kept hanging up on me, saying they would talk to their bosses, and dodging my questions. I still havent even been able to speak to their manager because they conveniently can never find him when I ask for their boss, and according to them that is the only person that can give me the refund. Comment: Really disappointed in my experience. I went in ready to buy a truck and the online prices are not what they gave me. Truck was listed for 29k online, showed up and they wanted 36k for it. Shady way to do business, list the true prices online like every other dealer. Play games worse than any dealership Ive been too, stay away. Edit: Ive filed a complaint with the FTC, I recommend anyone whos had this experience do the same. Ive seen tons of people saying the same, lets hold them accountable.

They didnt return two of my calls when they said they would nor was requested information emailed to me as initially discussed. Comment: After my car was totaled I tried to get an average car at an average price. What I got was a lemon that cost me 5000$ more than the advertised price that Ive had to bring in almost every month since I got it. Apparently the extra 5000$ pays for it to be a certified pre-owned Nissan. Experience has shown me that the things they certify include the car not accelerating, your brakes not working, your trunk frame being bent, your trunk flying open while driving down the road, and most recently the car not starting at all via safety recall. At least when I followed the instructions in the recall notice and called the dealership they were kind enough to bounce me around 4 times before letting me know that I probably wont have a rental car today so Ill be missing at least 2 days work. Again. Next time Ill ride a bike. The service department tries their best though. Ill give them that. Update: Ive already spoken with the customer relations manager. I got a lot of apologies, but no action can be done because they wont take back their lemon.

Comment: It took me 2 weeks to even talk to someone about the car I wanted to buy because they kept telling me someone would call me back (no one ever did). I flew in from Las Vegas to purchase a used vehicle. They sent Brandon to pick me up who was extremely nice. Enjoyed talking to him but he couldn’t answer a single question about the car or anything I wanted to know about buying from Pedder (ie warranties, add ins, etc). After the test drive, I sat down to have some questions answered about the vehicle and terms.Ozzie didn’t know much about the vehicle either. He was at least able to answer my questions about buying terms. Once I agreed to all terms, I sat around waiting for almost 4 hours, to get to financing. I was never even offered a water during this time. I finally got to sit down with Josue who was the best part about my experience. He was concise and knowledgeable about his job and what he was helping me with. After everything was complete, I drove off to start my trek back to Nevada when I realized that the car was missing items that I had been told were included (wireless headphones/ remote to control theater package). I called Monday morning to see if this was in fact included and never got a call back. If it wasn’t the exact car I was looking for, I would’ve never purchased a vehicle from this place. I’ve never felt like I had to chase down someone to buy a car but it felt like that throughout my entire experience. Ask for josue for financing! He will do you right!

Comment: Jose in the service center went above and beyond in helping me ensure the safety and reliability of my 2008 Nissan Rogue. I know its an old vehicle, I know it has high mileage, and I know it might be easier just to turn it in and upgrade ... but Jose Listened to me while I told him about any minor and all major complaints I had about my vehicle. He assured me that they could take care of anything that I had in mind, and he really did give me a better vehicle than what i had brought in to him.When they were initially unable to diagnose (or even duplicate) a Starting issue that I said I experienced, instead of calling it a cannot duplicate and returning the vehicle to me, he believed me... he kept my vehicle a few more days and actually gave me an upgraded rental car, ALL Covered by Nissan, just so that they could check with the engineers and verify that that problem was taken care of... turns out my spark plugs were incorrectly installed recently (by a friend of mine) and Joses service team was able to troubleshoot and isolate this issue. They replaced my spark plugs, among about 6 other higher maintenance issues on my vehicle, and sent me on my way.I cant thank them enough! Great work!

Comment: I’m writing this review on behalf of my sister who just bought a car from this dealership and doesn’t like to complain.My sister has worked hard to get to where she is now. She was so excited to buy herself a car. She saved up $6,000 for a down payment, did her research to find the best fit and a dealership that would respect her and provide honest service. Unfortunately she chose this dealership. The price that she saw online for the car she chose was about $17,800 with $4,800 in savings making it $13,000. She put the $6,000 for a down payment only for them to add on, without her consent, about $6,000 worth of add ons. They weren’t honest and upfront about the price from the get go. When asked about it they either withheld information or avoided the the question altogether.My sister went in to try to set things straight, and they did remove $4,000 of the extra fees. (My sister would have never gone back if my older brother hadn’t told her to) However, those extra fees should not have been added without the consent of the buyer. The problem could have been completely avoided if they had been honest from the beginning.I read through other customer reviews and it looks like my sister was not the only one they pulled this on. It really looks like they regularly take advantage of younger customers. If you do chose to buy from this dealership, ask for all information regarding overall price and don’t sign ANYTHING until you’ve make it clear that you’re on the same page about potential add ons.

Comment: Im happy with the overall experience with pedder nissan except for a couple things. I didnt have enough interaction with the sales person. I was given a specific price, out the door, from one person and then two days later I was given a different price from another person. I bought the car anyway because it was a great deal, but I feel like I deserved better treatment. I was dealing with too many people and had given up on this car, but then I got a call saying that they had a price, when I already had one from the other sales person. I was confused but went with it. It all worked out, but they shouldve been more honest from the beginning.

Comment: Such an awesome experience with Pedder Nissan & their sales associate Justin. We have had some horrible experiences in the past with car salesman where they were rude, condescending & made us feel like nothing. That was NOT the case with Pedder & Justin. He was laid back and didnt push us into anything. It was so nice to be treated with dignity. I respected his matter-of-fact language and enjoyed hearing about his kids. I felt like a person for once. Even though I came in pre approved with my credit agency, Justin & the team found me an even better deal. I appreciate everything they did for me & will definitely be coming back as well as recommending them. Please recognize Justin however you guys do that like a raise or award or something. Comment: Pedder Nissan made my 19 year old daughters first car buying experience amazing. They got her approved without a cosigner, found her a vehicle she loved that fit in her budget & went above & beyond with their customer service. We are so glad we stopped here.Ruby (super inviting) greeted us on our arrival. Jayson (best salesman ever, honest & personable) assisted us with the sale, Ozzy (straight to the point, no BS) worked the numbers & Cheyenne (friendly & just as excited about her 1st car purchase as we were) did the paperwork signing with her at the end.Flawless experience from the time we walked in the door. No back & forth, we already knew her budget, let them know & were open to the vehicles they had in her price range. They got her in a 2018 Nissan Sentra with around 34,000 miles on it that included a warranty. They seemed honest & are obviously in sales, but they were not pushy or aggressive in their sales tactics. They were all caring, kind & just got the job done with no haggling or deceit. Just how a car buying experience should be.I would highly recommend them!

Comment: Really should be ZERO stars but it wouldnt let me post otherwise.HORRIBLE customer services and sales experience! After communicating with a sales representative via phone and text, I was assured the make/model/color of the vehicle we wanted would be at the dealership for our scheduled appointment. After driving an hour and a half to the dealership, the vehicle was not on the lot. The general manager did not do much to resolve the situation and did not offer any reasonable solutions other than getting the car 564 miles away, upping the quoted price and explaining there might be even more fees incurred when the vehicle was driven from Utah. The sales man even made a statement to us about how he was excited to get overtime and go to Utah. Terribly disappointed in the treatment and resolution attempts after such a COMPLETE bait and switch situation. DO NOT GO to this dealership for a Nissan vehicle.

Comment: I personally work with Barbra very time I go to this Nissan location. I was new to the area and a bit on edge trusting new people with my car. Getting out of the military, I lost track of time and haven’t gotten my car serviced for a while. I brought my car in around 3pm one day and Barb advised me to come back the following morning so that they can do a thorough walk through of my car considering the mechs get off work at 5. So from the beginning she showed true judgment and proved that she has the customers best interest. I’m glad they didn’t quickly scan through my car to fit their time frame. Since this interaction, Barb became a reliable person to me and we stay in contact if I ever need help or have any questions. I won’t deal with anyone else there besides her. Great customer service! 5 start employee

Comment: Bought two vehicles here before had good experience the previous times . This last time not so much . My experience wasn’t that bad but they could of made me feel more welcomed . We were there for few hours didn’t offer any drink . I ended up buying the car didn’t even fill my tank like they usually do. I had the car for 1 week and had to go back to have them look at the fuel tank . I’m having to leave car there and not offered a rental car for the meanwhile . Definitely will not be buying from Pedder in the future. The one helpful person was the finance guy although I can’t remember his name .

Comment: I purchased my car in April 2017. It was great and my sales member was awesome. However they charged me for a brand new install of a KARR alarm system and never installed it. Every time I asked about it I was told I would receive a call back to schedule an appointment. Well here we are 3 yrs later and still nothing. I have been calling for the last several weeks for a credit or refund of the alarm system I never received. I just filed a complaint with Nissan motor acceptance. Hopefully this time I hear back. Please check your contract and make sure you receive everything you are charged for. They also took my rebate and applied it towards the loan when I was told it would be 0 down. Also they told me I would receive 5 yrs of free oil changes and low and behold it’s only 4 free changes over the course of 2 years. Was going to trade my car in for a newer one here but now I can’t with knowing they don’t care about your business after the purchase.

Comment: I made an appointment and I was there almost 4 hours. When I finally saw that there was a voicemail that my car was done I went to a girl in service to let her know and she told me she has been trying to call me. I received one voicemail and I was in the waiting area the entire time. I was the only woman sitting in the waiting area. She said that she went in there trying to find me, but she didnt look very hard. No Attempts to tap on my shoulder to see if I was the lady she was looking for. I felt that she was a bit annoyed with me for being annoyed at the fact that Ive been sitting there so long. I had every right to feel that way. Not to mention that when I got home my front license plate was bent in. It like like someone ran it into something. I know it wasnt like that when I took it there because I just washed my car the day before and hasnt gone anywhere after. Sure its a fixable thing, thats not the point, it makes me feel like the Care of my car isnt a priority. Just get it in, get it out. Im not sure if I want to bring my car back there for service. My visit was not enjoyable and memorable for all the wrong reasons.

Comment: Wife was interested in information regarding a truck, and after emailing back and forth with these guys we noticed they were ignoring our questions. No big deal well just look elsewhere. But now they keep leaving messages on my wifes voicemail so I called last week to remove her from the contact list and the gentleman agreed, wasnt super pushy about getting my service, great. But not great because they are still contacting us daily about random appointments we never even set up. Whoever on their marketing team thought lying about an appointment was a reasonable way to lure customers in is an idiot, thats how you lose customers.

Comment: TERRIBLE service at service department. I have bought a total of 10 vehicles at Pedder Nissan and never had ever experienced a terrible service as I have this past week. I took my Nissan NV2500 which I used as an ice cream truck. Paul my service advisor for that vehicle said he will call me back when ready and never did I had to call at 5:30pm since I know they closed at 6pm he said he told me that I had to leave my truck until next day, I was like impossible cause I would of said NO cause is full of ice cream inside and it needs to be plugged to electricity. My truck was there since 11am. So I went back at 6pm to pick it up obviously really upset cause they didn’t do anything at all cause supposedly the parts were going to arrive next day. I went next day and guess what parts were not there yet, why? Cause Paul never placed the order for the parts he needed. Until today I haven’t received a call like I was supposed to so I could take it back to be worked on! Now if you want to talk about my Nissan Armada I took on Friday cause they had replaced a new transmission and never put oil in it. Bad experience as well. I was requesting a rental cause that’s what my warranty covers for but they said they didn’t had any rentals at the moment. How can I be paying for an extended warranty on my vehicles which includes rental and not be able to get a rental. 😡 The lady at the first desk Barbara is always in a bad mood. Running from one place to another. She never finishes a customer when she’s already with another one. She gets frustrated and never finishes her job the right way. Every time I go there she’s always giving me an attitude. I think after buying 10 vehicles at Pedder Nissan in Hemet I have to try another dealership is getting really bad. I really missed George, Kevin and David at service department.

Comment: I was pleasantly surprised from the very start. I had called in to inquire about how much a 100,000 mile plus service would be for my car and they said well well have the service manager talk to you. So I was so happy about that. Because actually, I had called to a Honda dealership because my car happens to be a Honda. But my previous car was a Nissan and I was extremely happy with that one. And I had also been to the dealership once before. I entrusted my car to them and was very pleased with the service because my car is very quiet, does not make any weird sounds. And that has not always been true when Ive had cars serviced that have been beyond 100,000 mile range. So I am very happy with how my car is running - which is very smoothly, after having been to Pedder Nissan. And I plan on taking my car back again in the next couple of months and doing some further preventive work so that I have a long-lasting car that can still run smoothly and be a nice quiet car for me.
