Comment: I have been with this office since I started driving and honestly their office has the best customer service who go above and beyond to ensure customers questions are answered and satisfied. I tried another company for home owner insurance for a while and they were the worst which led me to put all insurance back with Peggy Bates. Angie González has been my main rep, she is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and has phenomenal customer service skills. Her expertise and recommendation are always in the customers best interest. I dont even live in Santa Ana anymore and still stay in this office because not only do they streamline everything for you, they give you the most affordable pricing for maximum coverage. Yes, you can always pay cheaper somewhere else but, wait till you actually have to deal with any insurance claims. You get what you pay for.
