Quaint beach with bathrooms, sand, picnic tables, volleyball ,and a lot of grass to run and play. I gave only 4 stars because there was a lot of goose poop and there is a play structure that is pretty old and not safe for youngsters.
Small and relaxing. There is a little park right next to the beach. Has some volleyball courts too.
Love the beach. Always a great place to go and relax when your stressed out. There is always a little trash laying around but its not like there is beer can laying everywhere there is just a a couple pieces of trash here and there. The trash can are very far from the beach so people dont want to walk all the way there so they just leave it on the gtound. It is right next to the marina so it is nice seeing the boats go by. Other than that the beach is a great place to go I love it there.
It has picnic tables, grills, trash containers, bathrooms, and a nice beach to swim. Great family atmosphere. Watch your stuff though....we had a bag of picnic preparations stolen off our table.
The best place to watch the Blue Angels. So inspired to be living in the USA. Went back to the job I have the freedom to do on my own and built this dining room side cabinet.

Water was nice but beach/sand/edge of water is dirty. Needs to be raked & cleaned. We saw broken glass, garbage, mulch type wood dumped.
Boyne City is a wonderful small town. Very clean and well kept beach.

Nice sandy beach with a few picnic tables. No dogs allowed. Few trees were welcome shade.
Beautiful! We went when no one was there and our daughter loved playing on the play structure.

2021-07-27Such a lovely little beach. Boyne City has lots of these hidden gems. Its great that the average citizen can access these areas and not just the folks who own luxury condos and timeshares.

2021-06-21Nice simple beach. Public restrooms and not busy.The sand in the water had the random stone that hurt to step on and a few dead fish kept this from being higher starts.

2019-07-19Kinda of a neat place, nice break for the kids to get wet after farmers market or other event, with a cute wood playground adjacent to the beach. There are shallow little tidal pools that are sometimes nice for the little ones to play in, but sometimes are stagnant and have debris, smell like fish, so you have to watch for that.

2015-07-08Decent size beach compared to others on this lake. Playground, very nice picnic tables, grills, and restrooms with outdoor showers. Right next to the boat launch, so fun to watch the boats come in and out. Beautiful views and some shady picnic areas in the grass. Has not been crowded the few times Ive been here.

2021-08-01The beach is pretty gross.. a Lot of washed up seaweed and old trees. I went rock hunting their with my family and filled an entire plastic cup full of glass...
