I accidently purchased the wrong type of dog food for my Rottweiler. I was thinking the print on the bag slightly changed, but when I got home, I realized that I made a mistake.The employees were super nice about exchanging the dog food. They told me it was no worries and not to even think twice about it. These people made me feel at ease even when it was my fault completely... hats off to them!
ITS A Smaller older location but staff are nice and prices are decent for pet supplies.

Staff is always happy and eager to assist me if needed. Store is always clean. I love that the sale items displayed near the front of store are swaped out or changed often. Seems like I always see something new/interesting. (Even if its for pet types that I dont personally own)
Great staff. Amazing help. The manager I believe, cant remember he name, maybe Christina or something like that, was rhe biggest help. More than I could have asked for. Let me know about their exchange policy if your dog happens to not enjoy the food or it doesnt work for you, which I had no idea was something they did, I think its wonderful. She sat and talked with me for probably 15 minutes and answered every question I had without rushing me at all, really wonderful. Thanks!

Workers here are always friendly and helpful. This store is never crowded and I feel like I can get what I need and get out. Also, FYI, this location doesnt have pets unless they have some sort of charity/organization event.
Staff seems really unpleasant, I foster kittens & have to go here frequently for formula because it’s the closest to my house but the staff here are very unwelcoming & actually ignored me today when I said hi after they stood around talking when I entered the store. I liked the convenience of this store but they made me so uncomfortable I won’t be returning

Dont bother placing a order at Pet Supplies Plus. The websight will say its in stock and then they will call to say they have to cancel the order because they dont have it. They dont know how to fix it so that it says out of stock.
Nice store, very neat, bunch of options for multiple animals. Limited selection on feeder insects, mainly crickets and superworms in abundance. Not many dubia roaches available.
Great store has almost anything you need for your pet.
Okay stock and prices but when i walked in and asked a worker for help she was alone at the registers and said shed take me to what i needed, a customer came to ring up and being in customer service myself i told her go ahead and ring him up and Ill wait in the aile for her. 20 mins later i go back to the front and the worker is pushing her own shoping cart out and a new worker is working the registers alone. They desperately need more staffing to be able to help their customers properly.
Helpful staff - was trying to find a large litter box
This one is different than all the others, sadly its the closest. First, theres zero pets here. Which is tough to explain to a two year old. Secondly, customer service lacks. One time, there was a couple of younger fellas playing around on the pallet jack or something. Not a single greeting. Meanwhile, Im carrying a large bag of cat food, dog food, and cat litter over my shoulder as one nearly ran me over.
Prices are kinda high but good environment

I was afraid of the selection they would have here because it is a smaller pet supplies store, but I was pleasantly surprised by their selection. Tate really helped us out inside by informing us about the different kind of antler chew bones and the process each bone goes through before they get to the store. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, and they all seemed to know their stuff. Thanks guys!
Everyone was very nice, and helpful. They carried heavy cat little to my car. The store is very clean. They even have cat food and hairball meds THAT ARE NOT FROM CHINA. Thats a very big deal to me. I asked and they are working on getting some animal toys, from the U.S.A. I love this store !
My family (especially the kids) loves coming here to purchase food and litter for our 2 cats. The kids rush to see what pets they have available for adoption and love to play with, hold, cuddle, and of course take home whatever animal they have!I always appreciate the employees here as they are very friendly and helpful each time we visit. To me, the friendly and helpfulness goes a long way!

Helpful friendly staff even though I was there near closing. As we chat about my finicky cat I was given a treat thats popular with said cats. I wish I could say it was with mine but then hes mad at me so... maybe tomorrow.
Terrible customer service. I asked if they carried something and the guy went to ask someone in the office. I heard some proceed to tell him his drawer was off by 60 cents. Then the cashier walked in and they all three started having a conversation about phone chargers. WTF? After about 5 minutes I realized no one was coming out so I left. Then one of them popped their head out and told me to have a nice night. Very frustrating!!!
This place is Awesome! They have a wide variety of cat products, and also a vast selection of other animal supply items, large and small. Prices are also competitive and the staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to explore adding special foods to their rotation if they know someone will be buying them. Great business!
I havent been this Pet supplies store before. My usual store was out of the product I needed. I came here after four other stores and thankfully they held the product at my request.

Pet supplies plus is one of the many places we shop for our pets. This one is a bit smaller than the one in Grandville but still has a nice selection and normally has what I need.
Whatever your pet needs, you can get it from here. Friendly, knowledgeable staff helped me to find the best food for my dog, and even though the first couple of choices didnt work out, the return policy made it easy to get to the right one without costing a fortune. Locally owned is a bonus.
The cashier was amazingly kind on sat afternoon. She was bubbly and talked bout products she liked.
Came into the store to get a new tag made for my dogs collar. Store is always very clean and neat. Always greeted very nicely by staff. Cashier helped me with the tag machine. Usually always go to this location as its very close to home.
Very disappointed by the way a promotion was handled today.They had a $5 off posted on Science Diet cat food. When we checked out there was no discount. When asked the clerk saidOh it is a coupon special. She got one out of a drawer and linked it to our purchase. If we had not asked we would not have received the discount. A bad promotion that never mentioned the coupon required either in the poster on the front window or at the display of the food.

One of our preferred stores to buy dog food and treats. We use shredded beef pro plan for our bassett hound and while most store carry this at roughly the same price, Pet Supplies Plus sends us coupons in our email and typically combines that along with other sale prices and some other coupons which usually saves us about $8 per bag. Very helpful staff as well.
Thanking me for the review shows great customer service so Ill bump it up to 5 stars......only complaint honestly was when I came to buy dog food there was an error in the ad and I paid more than I expected. Great place though and my dog loves it 👌🏻🐕

The store is clean and some of the employees are friendly.If you buy live feed for your pets from here, make sure you check the container before leaving the store. I bought a container of super worms yesterday. Half of them were dead and the stuff they store them in smelled like pee and mildew. This is the second time this has happened.
Very helpful and caring. However, they dont carry many of the popular and/or best pet items. Nor do they take the coupons for said items for the items they do carry they say are of the same quality and/or quality (not always accurate). Their prices are lower than other pet stores. :)

Friendly staff, but the one thing that really bothered me was that they dont sweep under the shelves enough. My dogs almost had enough treats that they could have skipped their dinner. Luckily my dogs dont have any allergies, but if your pet does, keep an eye on them.
Super friendly, brought my newfound friend and it was her first time in public. They said she was so good for her first time and gave me a free goodie bag to get her treats, the store was clean and all workers were super friendly
The person helping me was so friendly and helpful, I came in getting stuff for my mom who just adopted a kitten and had no idea what I was looking for. The woman I talked with was so kind and knowledgeable. Will def be back!

Got some food for the kids. Also bought a new pump 4 fish tank and it was 2 big and the girls there gladly returned it with no problems. I like this place, so do the fur kids.

Its okay for the stuff you cant find anywhere else. For the most part my cat food is 2 bucks more expensive here than at Wal-Mart anf my litter is about 2 dollars cheaper as well. Most things are about 2 dollars more than other stores but they carry the Blue Wilderness brand that some places dont. For the most part I go to pet the kitties and get stuff when its on sale. Staff is always pleasant however.
Great assortment of pet supplies. Unfortunately a little high prices on some items. I loved it when they gave you a bag to fill with treats gratis when you bring your dog with you.

Pet supplies doesnt have enough sale items.They discontinue products that are affordable and work. They need to send out regular coupons carry larger bags or rabbit guinea pig and turtle foods. Also if something is buy one get one and that item is on sale. You give the customer the sale price and the buy one get one at that sale price unless it is previously specified which it is not. Pet supplies workers are helpful yet annoying. They follow around eAch and every customer even if they are a regular and ask them can i help you. If this person has come into your store weekely for years and purchased the same items weekly they dont need your help unless they ask. They act as if someone is going to steal which is terribly insulting and obnoxious.....Not enough sample items. These items need to be offerd to customers upon each visit. . The companys send out free samples on a regular basis and a customer should not have to ask this needs to be offered reularly....
This is a conveniently located at supply store between Wyoming and Grandville. Employees are very nice and helpful. I enjoy going in there to get my doggies their Christmas treats.
They might not have everything I want, but they cover all the bases when I need to shop for all my pets in one go. Also the employees are always friendly so its usually a pleasant experience, lol.

For a while, I was a meijer shopper because of the lower prices for my dog and two cats supplies. Until I discovered the better standards and even better prices that Pet Supplies Plus has to offer! I always have this one manager there that always goes above and beyond to track down exactly what I’m looking for as soon as my feet hit the tile of the store, I think his last name is something to do with a dessert? Like Eclair? E-coli? Flair? Clair! Clair! Cody Clair is the name. If you ever need first come, first serve over the top service, Cody Eclair is your guy.

I always get great service here, and they always have the animal treats, food, and toys I need. The down side is how much their stuff can cost, but they will price match.
Went in for a specific water heater for my new turtle, manager helped me find it and prices matched it for me. Very pleased.

Dirty, expensive, not worth your time. However I found out they price match even from chewy. Com so if they have something you can find cheap somewhere else that might make it with your time
They need more smaller bags of dog food like pedigree and dog chow. Because a 22 pound dog is not going to go threw. A 20 pound bag in two weeks it may go bad.

Its a pet shop. Doesnt have the food I use for my Alaskan Malamutes nor the bathing stations that Chow Hound supplies, so unfortunately, Pet Supplies Plus is more of an emergency stop if I really need something and dont have time to head out to a Chow Hound location... which is fine. They are a typical pet shop.

2022-06-28I really like going here because they have a huge selection. It seems like lately they only have the large and extra large sizes of the dog food I get. Maybe its a supply issue or maybe a ploy to get me to spend more than i care to Sorry, when the choices are $65 or $85, I have to shop elsewhere.

2022-05-27This store has no common sense when it comes to handling there feed insects. They put super worms in the refrigerator. Meal worms and giant meal worms can go into the refrigerator. But not super worms.. it kills them.. I dont know who trained these people at this store. But the try need to do as their grandville state does and keep them on the shelf where they belong. Do not buy their super worms. They will die within a day or two after getting them.

2021-11-20Usually a quick visit (no line). The employees are always nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They must get treated right or something. Ive heard they will order products and price match, but Ive never needed to due to the selection and monthly sales. Ive been a customer for 15 years and I dont see that changing soon.
