This has been my go to pet care place for more than 10 yrs. I have health insurance thru Banfield saves me lots in primary care. I love the Groomers they do such a great job.
Their gooming services are the best! My husky always looks fantastic & Rian is just so good to her! She is always happy after her groom!
I thought dogs are supposed to treat grooming places like theyre at the vet. Arya goes right in as though shes among friends. Will try to keep coming at least once a month....
They were great! Very nice helpful friendly. Everything you would need for a pet is in that store. They even have training and a hospital for your pet inside the store! Picked up this little guy from their adoption center. 125 spayed all shots tests and chipped too. Well worth it
Great variety of leashes,found a cool Slytherin one for our cat. Tons of kitty toys and stuff. Alot of things for dogs too as well. Beautiful beds for both.
LOVE this store. The staff here is so kind to me and my son, and they really care about the animals. From the cashiers to the attendants who get me my feeder-insects, this staff is the best.
I find everything Im looking for except they discontinued my little Ceasars dog food and my dog is picky so I have to drive further to find it now. Need to bring it back because they still make it. Thank you
Store, stock & employees are good, this location always has the newest food & toys, its our staple store & we visit 2x/month at least. Adopted one of our cats from this location too. Love ❤️

Awesome service. Over the moon with their grooming. Deanna made my poor long-haired Dachshund rescue that was all matted look like a presentable dog again!
Either take the masks off or I will boycott Petsmart all together. I’m not sure if this is corporate or a liberal manager. I don’t care. There have only been 2 randomized clinical studies on the efficacy of masks and both found the masks useless in a public setting. There are also peer reviewed studies on microbial build up on the outside and the inside of masks making prolonged usage DANGEROUS TO EVERYONE. I’m done playing the games. Either take em off or I will go elsewhere. Anyone reading this, if you feel the same way start doing something about it. We DO NOT HAVE TO SUPPORT THIS NONSESNE!
I had an amazing experience today at the Roseville petsmart! I was gone all day today at a funeral and came home to my bag of prescription cat food bag ripped apart and eaten by my dog. I did have a chewy order already on the way but wouldn’t arrive until Thursday (today is Sunday). I went into panic mode and checked online with who had it in stock and seen petsmart did. I called my vet which is located in Romeo and asked if they could email the prescription to me so I could go somewhere closer to home. They unfortunately couldn’t email it but did call petsmart and talk to a manager for me and then faxed the prescription to them. The vet office in petsmart was closed for the day being it was almost 6pm. The manager made an exception and allowed me to pick up my cats food tonight. She also made a copy of his prescription so I can have one at home if anything ever happens again and has me set up in their system now for any future orders. I’m so thankful for all the help I received tonight!
No one in the store. I asked the cashier for help getting feeder fish and instead of helping me she radioed to someone to help. Still sitting on the stocking ladder waiting 15 minutes later. Wont be back.
I really enjoy coming to this PetSmart. They usually have everything I need for my pets and I love the rewards program. Its clean, the associates are friendly and helpful, and I love seeing all the pets for adoption! I also really like their grooming department. Today, my lil lady had an appointment with Leah. She was soo nice and great with my pupper.

Took my puppy in for a puppy bath and Jenna was AMAZING! He was so happy and didnt want to leave her. Jenna did a great job from his nails and and paw pad trim to his ear cleaning and all around customer satisfaction. We will be back to book with Jenna!

We took a chance and stopped by today to see if you had any Fancy Feast Classic canned cat food. We had gone to several other pet stores and Meijers, and nothing. Thank you Petsmart, from the bottom of our hearts, and our kitties as well, for being fully stocked on every flavor and type of Fancy Feast! Two hundred dollars later, we now have peace of mind knowing that our babies have all of their favorites to eat! The staff goes above and beyond to help, and they were very nice. Thank you!!

We took our Gracie a lab here for grooming. She hates baths and is terrified of water. Well her groomer Zach is AMAZING. She loves going there is so happy when we say a bath wanna go see Zach! Wonderful employee love that I can trust my baby is well taken care of!

This is a very nice store, it’s always clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. I keep an eye on the food prices as sometimes I can find better deals at Meijer. However Petsmart can’t be beat when it comes to finding high quality pet accessories. I found a Kong crate mat for my super chewer at a very reasonable price that is holding up great!

Ryan at the grooming salon is really great with our extra nervous pup. The cashiers are always friendly as well. This is the busiest pet store in the area but is always stocked with what we need.
I love taking my dog there shes a pit and I always get nervous about others prejudices. Nothing here all love and is just adored by the salon ladies. This is the only place that she doesnt growl when her nails get done. I dont know what magic this is but my vet doesnt even have that!

Id like to see the kitten items separated from the Cat items. That would make for quicker trips to the store. Also would like to see an employee that walks around to see if people may need assistance. I do understand its hard to get people to actually work right now but hopefully that could become common practice in the future.

I adopted this creep in 2013 from you all and shes just the best lol, her name while with you was Elizabeth so I kept that and gave her George as a middle name so shes named after kings and queens..She lives up to that name and then some spoiled rotten from the second she came home lol we couldnt love her more and I thank you for having an adoption addition in there ❤

Ive been taking my dog here for about 2 years and they do a great job grooming her. I know shes tough to handle sometimes and they always are very kind to and about her. The store itself is usually very clean and well organized. The staff is super friendly and they always greet me and my dogs warmly.

The manager who is an older lady, im unsure of her name but she completely refused to help 3 customers and walked in the back because she didn’t want to do her job. there was a guy working at the register also but he was extremely helpful and left to deal with all the customers by himself and it was extremely busy. she literally yelled at me because of how different customers left the store, won’t be going to this location again
My shopping at PetSmart, was not a pleasant experience, due to the fact that like many companies today they are short staff. I could not find anyone to assist me, and the couple work was that they did have I feel bad for because they were trying to do everything oh, and I give them credit for how they handled some customers who did not have patience as I did. And I was shopping for a friend, doing a favor.. some more than likely if ever asked to do that type of a favor again I will have to decline. My overall shopping experience would be a 2 out of 10. My daughter and I each adopted pups on 7/24/21 from the Roseville Pet Smart. We are over the moon about our pups, we want to take the best care of them we possibly can. We went into PS a week later to look for the Kong and some Enzymes for the puppy accidents in the process my daughter met Jill, the Blue Buffalo promoter, Jill is an amazing wealth of info. She educated us on quite a lot in a short period of time. I am now giving my puppy a much better choice of food with an understanding of why it is a better choice. Jill is a real asset to Pet Smart, I hope PS knows this and recognizes her for being that.

This is our go to store. In store pickups always go smooth and are quick. Everyone is friendly and willing to help.We also bring in our dog to have her nails trimmed as we aren’t comfortable doing so ourselves since she has black nails. They always take care of her and get them done quickly and efficiently.The only that I’d like to see is a bike rack to lock up my bicycle as I often do my shopping with my bicycle and trailer. Luckily with the new curbside pickup I can just call and have the employee(s) bring out my items.

Good in stock selection. Cashier apparently is not comfortable calling for help in ringing when long lines form. Another employee walked into view, and quickly got to ringing customers, but clearly had not been called. If a Cashier is uncomfortable asking for help, it is likely because of management.
ASHLEY in the Pet care department is AMAZING!!!!She was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. You all need to put her in your commercials and give her a pay raise ASAP. I was sooo happy to meet her she helped my son with everything he needed to know and recommended tons of things that we needed and bought just because she said so for his lizard. She’s simply the best part of this company.I will be back because of her and I will only want her to assist me.
I came up there to get crickets and I rang the bell for help once. Waited waited waited some more. Then a guy rang the bell he waited and waited then there was a family that rang the bell. No one came to help us everyone gave up and left. I was standing there for 10 maybe even 15 minutes. Rang the bell one more time then said screw it and then waited in line at the register till i got up to the front. I asked the gentlemen if I could get 10 large crickets. He called it in on his intercom and he couldnt even get a hold of anyone in that section of the store to help me.. so I walked over there and said to the lady with my recite I need 10 large crickets. She proceeded to walk over to the crickets gave me a bunch in a bag and counted them and then took half out and left me with 4 dead ones. Customer service is horrible there. I also work in the customer service industry and if I had a client waiting 10 minutes I would of given them a free service for the inconvenience. People just do NOT care anymore.

Okay, so I bumped my original 3-star review up to 4 stars because I find the floor staff to be knowledgeable about what they sell. Ive found this to be true on several visits to this location.. I also find the cashiers to be very kind on most of my visits. I do feel that they are EXTREMELY OVER-PRICED, which is why they only get 4 stars. I have found the same Greenies dental chews at the home store that starts with a W for less than half the price. Hmmm.. you do the math.

Love PetSmart grooming! They always do a great job, Ive tried several groomers and have been pleased with all of them. Our most recent groomer, Kayla, did an amazing job grooming our Multipoo. It is easy to make an online appointment and to pay online before picking up my dog.

Always nice going there. Their employees are so very nice & helpful. Also, even though I see people come in with their pets its always spotless.
Our experience was great, and the service was wonderful! We came in when the store was going to close in less than an hour, but the workers were still super helpful. One young lady directed us to find what we were looking for right away with a smile, and delightful conversation at the register. After leaving the store, we realized that we needed something else, so we came back, and another worker was very knowledgeable and helped us to find what we were looking for.
The pet groomers are amazing here. My puppy comes back looking like a new dog every time. I recommend Zach.5 months later; Bubba still sees Zach and he loves going to see him. Bubba is a handful but everyone there is so sweet and nice to him. He doesnt dread going to get his grooming. He started seeing Zach when he was a baby. And now we are going to keep on top of it and take him to see Zach every month so he looks amazing and gets more used to it.Thank you all.
I highly recommend!!! I was skeptical about taking my Zoey anywhere, but gave PetSmart a chance and was so glad I did! I cant get over how beautiful my dog looks again! Jenna was sooooo nice, prices were more than reasonable and service was perfect! I will continue to take Zoey here and I will also be bringing my other 2 dogs here. :)Update: I took my Rory in yesterday for a haircut and Saleem did an amazing job! All the staff here is amazing. The managers are great to their staff and the customers. This is my favorite store. And if your dog needs a good groom, bath, or nail trim; see Maggie and her crew in the Salon. They will take very good care of your dog. That’s what’s nice about this store, they care about you and your pets as much as you do.

I love going to this location! they have the kibble I need for my cats and my dog and they always carry the toys my picky dog is a fan of! perfect place for small dog chews and treats as well as crinkle toys for dogs as well! They also always carry favorite toys for my cats as well! its the perfect petsmart if you ask me. Everything I need is there!

Dont pay your purchase through PayPal and expect a refund, just store credit. I pay through PayPal often and sometimes have to make a return, this is the only company that has this policy. The store manager was rude and unhelpful, hopefully someone sees this and doesnt have the same problem as me.

The service i received WAS horrible. I took MY 9 month OLD st. Bernard puppy TO JUST GET microchipped AND an exam. My appointment was at 11:30 am. DIDNT GET seen until 12pm. THE tech WAS rude. Except THE new person WHO started TODAY. The vet doctor assumed Beethoven WAS aggressive because a tech gave her misread information. He is a lovable pet . VERY friendly. They put a small blue tight muzzle on him AND a thin collar. Making my babyboy breathing VERY difficult. I WAS VERY VERY disappointed in THE handling OF my puppy. I WILL NEVER come BACK HERE AND the staff AND Dr., NEED TO BE retrained on how to BE more professional AND to handle large breed dogs. I WILL NEVER recommend this place TO anyone.😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Stock is great, rewards are helpful, store is clean and organized. Fish area especially is very well maintained with clean tanks and healthy looking fish. They do need more employees on the floor besides just the fish area though. Ive been there a couple times not being able to find anyone to help me in other areas. Overall a great store though.

This PetSmart is great! They are always stocked and good staff whos helpful. I use the grooming department as well which is wonderful. Always busy but they take their time with your pet. Ive never had any issues arise! (They do push grooming upgrades often though)
They advertise they have the non clumping fresh step cat litter in store but once you go there, they dont have it in store😬. You have to order it off line👎
I came in 5 minutes before close and hurried to get hay for my rabbits. Crystal went above and beyond to guide me and my sister good quality food options. She is always so friendly and helpful to us each time we come in. She educated us on healthy diet options for our rabbits. We learned sooooo much from her. Very thankful and so are our rabbits! earlier this summer i purchased a fish tank and she knew a lot about the products! I was stressed because I didn’t know how to decorate the tank. I told her my favorite colors and the coral that i liked and she used her creativity design skills to come up with and arrange something beautifully for our family! she told us the correct way to angle the sea weed so the aesthetic flow of the tank looked amazing by the end.
This store is always clean and bright, and the staff are friendly. The animals all look well kept and happy. The grooming is excellent! Our mixed breed has an odd combo of fur/body type, but they helped me decide on the perfect cut for her and have been able to achieve the same look each time I bring her in! Shes also older, with stiff joints and skin bumps, but they are very careful to make sure she is handled properly. They are very caring and do such a great job!
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the store was clean and things were in their proper places (not over picked like some other stores). If youre ever looking to adopt The Humane Society has a space there & they are truly amazing and have a good selection of beautiful/loving cats and dogs in need of a new caring home. 5 stars

I bought plants for my aquarium, several days later my red parrot fish died. I found out later it was white spot disease, caused by parasites. By the time I found out what exactly it was, my favorite couple of 5 yo red parrots died. I am beyond upset!! I didn’t say anything when I bought aquarium plants several years ago from them, they were INFESTED with snails and overwhelmed my fish tank... But THIS is UNACCEPTABLE!!! My fish never been sick before and now within 2 days they all gone. SHAME ON YOUR STORE!!!

I went for cat litter and food what a variety, so much much and I was looking around and the people that work there kept coming up to me do you need any thing. Which was nice because when I found the litter I wanted it was 40lbs they put it into my cart and took it out to my car.They have a grooming center and so much more. You can take you pets there .So friendly. I recommend them.
Had a very good experience here! The aquatic section was very well maintained even had a special tank just for fish who are about to give birth and smaller babies. The staff i spoke with were very knowledgeable and friendly. I Wish all chain pet stores could be this way!

Been going to them since they were puppies and my dogs are 5 and 6 yrs old now. They have always done an amazing job with them. I love the little reports on how they did in a lil pamphlet shows notes and stuff that needs to be done fir your pooches, and it tells the customers what they need to do more to keep them healthy and happy. So many friendly groomers and very thorough and precise. If you notice something they forgot to do, you tell them right away and they will take care of your pooch flawlessly. Theyre an amazing team of women.
Curbside pick up is so convenient and safe. My order is brought to the car and placed in the trunk by a friendly and efficient staff member. It is always exactly what I ordered too.

Brandy handled our temperamental greyhound with TLC; absolute fantastic grooming. He looked & smelled great. His nails were the shortest, best condition after a grooming. He was not stressed when we picked him; we will take him there again to see Brandy.

With great sadness, my review takes me a minute to explain... Went to the store in Roseville Michigan to purchase an upgrade to my 20 gallon tank.. Decided on a 65 gallon Aqueon on sale for 249... Great buy right!? Should have saw the red flags everything was shoved in the tank no wrapping no tape. As I checked out my purchase notice only ONE CANOPY LID for the aquarium... asked the nice young lady she was really helpful only to find out they didn’t have the other lid through out the whole store. However, I still wanted this particular tank so I received 25 dollars off to purchase one on my own. (Big mistake) 65 dollars was the price online. Got my tank home it had a LEAK HAD TO TAKE IT BACK! Received another tank. It doesn’t leak but it was so much sealant on it it’s like it had been repaired... I will Not purchase from this store again.
Got everything I needed, and the employees were so helpful. The fish tanks were very clean compaired to other stores, and they have a huge variety of fish, not to mention products for almost any pet imaginable. I have over probably 8 species of pets with multiples of the same, and I could probably get something for each species. The store is clean and well organized. I loved shopping there and definitely reccomend!

Its a big box pet store. Its pretty clean and they host animal rescues on Saturdays. I prefer to shop local if I can, but sometimes I take my son in here to see the animals, since its right next to Home Depot where we shop all the time. If you are looking for fish, try one of the many excellent local fish stores around. But if you are looking to adopt a cat or dog, this is a great place to pick one up. For other small pets, visit the family owned pet stores. Most of them hand raise their animals.
Every time I stop in here, I am always greeted by every single associate while browsing throughout the store. Everyone is extremely motivated to help you find your needs. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the store is well-stocked especially for cats and dogs, and the training classes seem really well put together. Havent tried the grooming center, but looking in through the glass windows, the dogs always seem like theyre comfortable and well handled.
Used order online/pickup in store option - AMAZING! I like using this option anywhere I can to avoid unnecessary shopping; but this particular experience was great! Not only did PetSmart have a competitive product(price/availability) I was looking for but also offered a discount to order online and pick up in store same day! After placing the order I received the normal order email confirmation immediately, and then received a confirmation the order was ready for pick up in MINUTES. When I arrived to pick up the item the “worst” part(not really that big of a deal at all!) of my experience was finding the pick up location. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. The store is nice and clean, the staff is friendly, but the manager needs to listen better. I called ahead to see if theyd price match their Seresto collars to a generic version you can purchase online the way the Chesterfield store does they were out). I said the name of the site three times. She said they would price match it, so I drove 20 minutes to get the collars, and when I got there, she said they couldnt price match them. Between driving round trip and waiting for the manager, I wasted an hour. Ill stick to my Chesterfield store from now on.

Jackie (groomer) is the best. She LOVES my dogs and I always come back to have her handle them because my poodle/shitzu mix is nothing shy of a handful. Always clean, always happy staff

The store is fine. The service I receieved was excellent. Its the pricing I cant get behind. They dont carry full lines of product and the prices are kind of high. Especially when I factor the free delivery, better selection and better pricing to an unnamed online retailer.
Great inventory. Be sure to sign up for their Treats program so you can save extra on some items. Great variety of things to choose from obivously since they serve all needs for any type of pet. Wish one thing was different that they had someone actually help you look for something not one person was walking around the store to see if anyone needed help. Had some questions about their products I was interested in. So maybe get some knowledgeable staff that would help out.
Everyone at this store is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will help you and show you exactly where a product is that youre looking for. They answer any questions you have If they dont know they recommend making an appointment with their vet . they can weigh your pet so you know exactly what they weigh.
Came in to to just look. Vet, Grooming and training available. Good selection on birds/fish/rodent, moderate on reptiles (would like to see more turtles). I did end up purchasing a little corn snake and the associate(wish I could remember her name) was very knowledgeable, helpful and nice.
Anything and everything for your pets needs. Even new pets! Always get my supplies here. Good sales and great selection. The staff is extremely helpful, ready with answers to any questions you may have. A great place to adopt a new pet and a very good grooming salon.

Awesome place! It’s always very clean and well kept, which can be a problem for most pet stores. There’s always someone cleaning the animal’s tanks, which is very nice to see :). Stores like this get a bad rep for their treatment of animals, but if I was one, I’d like to wait to find my home here. Cat adaption section is nice because you’re welcome to go in and play with the kitties. I have to stop everytime I go! Super lovely and lively staff that will help you find what you need and get you checked out quickly. Keep up the awesome work!
They have cat food when no one else does
Its in a good location....clean, friendly, fair prices.... But I was concerned about a chinchilla that they had for sale, that looked like it was on its death bed...I notified one of the cashiers, and instead of checking it out, she said that Its fine! I proceeded to tell her that it looks lethargic and pretty unhealthy, Im quite sure itll probably die if you dont get the little thing some help, LIKE NOW! And she replied, I assure you, maam, its fine, AND healthy! I suggested that she should take a look for herself and left without making any purchases I had came there for... I was REALLY upset by her lack of concern, it wasnt like they were so busy they didnt have a minute to go check it out. I went back the next day, just to see if it was okay, it was gone. I asked one of the employees that was nearby what happened to it, he said he didnt know. I left and wont be back.
Had a great experience! First time getting my pups bathed and cleaned by Saleem and he was just awesome. I’m very happy with the results and so are my pups! Will definitely be coming back to this location.
Staff is rude and act like they are vets when they really are just a cashier. Always have to wait in line for over 5 min even if there is one person ahead of you. Limited over priced products. Youd be better off going across the street to Meijer.

For the most part I like this location, but I will never buy fish here anymore! I understand that you want fish and other pets sold from here to be treated well, but I dont need or want to go through an evaluation to buy a goldfish. My mother was actually denied from buying guppies.
I cannot imagine shopping ANYWHERE else. You would think chains dont have a caring feeling. Well, that is wrong when it comes to this place. Terry went so above and beyond to help. She made a loyal customer of me and I cannot thank her enough. My new puppy will be all set to come home because of her care and special help. Thank you!
They are okay. Thier prices are high but, they will match prices so shop around on your phone and show them the better price and they will give it to you.The people that work there are polite and most are helpfull,however the person I encountered at the register said nothing about price matching when I comented that the item I was purchasing was much more expensive there, rather than were I normally get it. It was something I needed immediately or I would not have purchased it. I had to go back for a prescription food and that is when the other cashier informed me of price matching and did a refund.
I like this Petsmart quite a bit, but am starting to get annoyed with the employees who help me get fish. They are always giving me unsolicited advice on how I should run a tank, despite my always telling them Ive had tanks for years. Ugh! Just give me the fish and let me go!
Was a returning customer to the groomer. went to give my number they could not find me in the system . Gave my name still could not find me in there so all i was there for was to cut my dogs nails . They told me the need the Date of rabies shot paper that i already gave them two weeks before. I did not know we had to carry are pets rabies paper at all times to get nails cut . Employees were nothing but rude . I will not go back to this store and be treated this way . Its not my fault the employees did not enter my info into the computer like they are suppose to.

Love the staff and store. Sales always helpful as they can be a bit pricier than other local stores, however, you really cant beat their selection of foods, snacks and other animal care items. Plus, their close to me.
They were good but they forgot to trim my dogs tail. And the cut fur were also stuck on his body I had to brush him once home.
Staff is great. Prices? Not so much. They should price check with chewy instead of expecting their customers to do it themselves. Especially considering older generations dont often know that they can or even know how.My dad came to get our dog his food because we needed it sooner than Chewy could deliver and he also doesnt know how to price check/price match and ended up having to buy a smaller bag of food than normal for the same price. The normal bag of food we buy is the largest available. You can imagine how disappointed he was, Im sure. Almost 70 dollars for a smaller sized bag of food that were going to have to replace sooner than were used to.
Grooming is 5 stars. Dog really seems to be put at ease there. General big box pet store. Prices are a little high for stuff but if you need it they probably have it.

Took my puppy for his first training session. It was horrible because a couple dogs were trying to fight. This lasted the entire class. My dog was traumatized. Because of the virus its been cancelled. Im hoping when we return there will be a different group of dogs. He wont get anything out of it if its those same dogs, he was scared. I believe it wouldve been greatof not for those couple dogs.

Workers are friendly enough and store has lots of products. The prices are very unreasonable for certain items. I payed 40 bucks for a inflatable collar for my dog. This very same product was 23 bucks at Pet supplies plus. If they inflate the price of this product it makes me think that everything is inflated.I will never return.
The staff were nice and helpful. They have a large selection of dog and cat food that were on sale. You can also adopt vert nice cats. We petted them for a long time and they are solid cats. So please visit pet smart and adopt some cats.

Went for their dog/cat first Saturday of the month. Very disappointed. Employees are very friendly but only free stuff was a very small sample of dog & cat food & a piece of 2 different dog treats. My two dogs wouldnt eat either one. The store is very clean tho. I might go back but not for their advertised free sample Saturday.

Goust shrimp tank worms and they were still selling them thats a no no and dont let the. Tell you well you can just kill the worms with a ton of aquarium salt........ yea right along with your fish
I used to love this place but after a couple bad grooming visits with my dog I’ll never return. I’ve brought my dog to a handful of other places to get groomed and literally every single one of them tell me how easy and we’ll behaved my dog is. I have a shichon, part bichon, part shitzu. I made an appointment for the latest time they had available on a Friday and they called me twice within an hour to tell me they we’re having problems grooming him. They said he was trying to bite the clippers and he was being uncooperative and that I should pick him up and they could finish in the morning. When I picked him up he had the WORST hack job of a haircut I’ve ever seen. Clearly they were rushing since it was the end of the day and just wanted to get out of there. Then they told me I should consider getting sedated grooming for my dog. I brought him back in the morning like they TOLD ME TO and they complained saying they didn’t have room for him. They didn’t charge me for this ridiculous visit - since he looked worse coming out then when he did going in - and I will NEVER go back. I highly recommend Dapper Dog Wash in st Clair shores on Harper. They do an excellent job.
Friendly staff, but the new appointment booking program they are using has caused them and I headaches. Probably spent nearly 2 hours there during our last two visits just trying to get appointment stuff figured out, by no fault of the groomers either.
The store in general is clean the fish department is horrible theyre usually out of whatever youre looking for and on top of that no one ever there to help you you always have to look in the store and go find someone I would go to the Chesterfield store over the Roseville store any day get better service
The groomers are very sweet. My Great Dane puppy was so scared they didn’t get to do his bath but I really appreciated them not pushing him or fighting with him. They were so sweet to him and that means a lot!
Very busy store. Service was great .They need to keep flea and tick supplies in a closer location as it took over 5 minutes to return with products. Grooming and dog traing were ful and seemed to enjoy their dog training lessons. Very organized store.
Not so good this time. While the shelves were fully stocked, it seems they have discontinued some items. Now to play the what do I buy my fur baby? As she is a seriously picky eater the older she gets.
I received a Chewy price match at the register and saved over $20.00. I would much rather go to the store and get a price match than wait for an online order. Way to go Lexis at the Roseville, Michigan store, you really made my day buying my Feliway for my new kitty.

This is the absolute worst grooming establishment!! We have now had to pick up our dog 2 times mid groom. She has been going there since we got her, and although she is a bit hyper she has always gotten done, until this last time in. We got her half cut, nails cut too short and bleeding and told to bring her back on a less hectic day to try to complete. We did. Again we got a call to come get her, that she couldn’t be groomed. So at this point all they have done is emotionally damaged our dog to the point that she can’t be groomed.

This Petland is clean and things are easy to get to. I love he fact there is a Banfield vet connected to the store. I have used their grooming services for my dog and they were great plus reasonably priced.
The sale person who helped me was very nice. Even though they didnt have the product that I was looking for. So 5 stars for good customer service.

2022-05-11Great place, good help. Check out can take some time with 1 to 2 cashiers working and still a long line but that is cause lots of people shop here. Not really too much of a better time than another. Always a good flow of customers at all times of operating hours.

2022-06-07Allow you to bring in your well behaved leashed pets. Have a wide variety of food, treats, toys, health care, potty training, etc needs. And even have some animals available for adoption. They offer grooming and training classes. All of the people who work here are very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot.

2022-06-06They cleaned my chihuahua up so nicely and they clipped her nails and made sure she felt comfortable. Petco stop clipping my dog nails because they said she nipped at them. Its never happened at any other place. This is my dogs new go to place.

2022-06-22I have a sick pet so i rushed straight up their to try to find medicine of helpful kinds. I realized they have a vet so i waited in line. I got to the front and i really dont know what to say. I want to get my pet checked out maybe she can tell Me what to do. She just looks at me and says are you a current customer? I said no. She said, than i cant help you or say anything to you. I had some lady in the line kept acting like i couldnt be in line. Some guy wouldnt get out of peoples way standing in the middle of everyone playing on his phone. I realized why they acted that way toward me is because i just got off work and rushed in finding out my pet needs help right now. Its because Im dirty and young. Whats that called when you judge someone based on appearance. Still i only mean to say they were rude to me and i will never return. I have experienced decent vets before and theyre definitely not the only pet store. They doing even have cat ear cleaner.
