Comment: We left/forgot our cellphone at the end of the shift because it was closing time and if the register closes you cant get or pay for the part, so in the rush we forgot the phone. I called the next morning and the operator for the parts department who works at the location were we left the phone was a straight up b, refuse to even try to help, made up the most pathetic excuses but straight up didnt care or ever try to make an effort to help, yes we forgot the phone but it is not even a two minutes walk from the desk were she is at or the front entrance door were there are about 7 guys covering the front. It was literally just a few steps away, I live in Perris ah 45 minute drive away with no traffic. Youre not special just because you work at a department for mostly men and you sit in front of a computer charging for parts or looking for them, wow so special? She didnt care but had it been her would of cried to the world. Yes Im making it about her but thats the best way to describe this experience with a mentally stuck up self centered dumb women who probably gets to many complements because shes surrounded by only men and now thinks shes to good to help someone, thats all this leads up to. I just needed help and she just did everything to not. Again thanks for nothing princess

Comment: Very bad service when we entered they checked the tool bags when we left there were other people at the entrance and they took an ashtray from a trailer when there was no trailer there why didnt we bring it if you are supposed to check the bags they behaved very rude and We left them the part even though it did not belong to them.

Comment: Theres no way to get ahold of an actual person to verify inventory via phone. This is the second time Ive gone here only to find the cars I were looking for were both crushed and not updated online. Nobody will verify anything until after theyve gotten your $5 entry fee, which of course they wont refund. Its one thing to go to a junkyard and find a car thats picked over but to not even have the car? Twice? Never again, enjoy my $10 you stole.

Comment: The absolute worst place I went to buy a spare tire with rim they wanted to charge me $38 for the tire saying the tire is separate cost what a scam I could have went down the street for less and not had to pull the part. $33 for rim $38 for the tire plus $10 admission for me and my wife $81 what a ripoff. Save yourself a trip seen many people complaining terrible. They also did try and sell me a warranty for a spare tire luckily I asked or would have been scammed worse

Comment: Do not go to this location, the tatted Latino jose checking the parts at the register is price gouging everything you have. Youre better off ordering the parts new or on ebay. I had a cam shaft housing with ONE sensor as one sensor comes with one plug., engine (j30a1 has one sensor PER camshaft as listend on the helms manual from honda.. but because the sensor has 2 wires coming out of it and 2 nodes for detecting the cam position (left side of cam gear and right side of cam gear..as a variety of sensors in many engines do) he put it in the computer as two sensors and said this is how we do things around here un professional and unknowledgable if you ask me. In my many years of mechanical experience ordering one sensor comes with one plug which is considered to be ONE UNIT regardless of how many detection nodes/magnets they have.. he might as well start charging for the hundreds of sensors coming out of the ecu/computer since it has so many wires and sensor detections inside of it.. Unbelievable. Is he getting paid per sale or what??I Immediately rejected the part and ordered it on ebay for nearly 1/3rd of the price

Comment: I’ve been a customer here for years and I’ve never had an issue till now. Some of the employees are real jerks and add the warranty without asking or informing you. I had one employee appear out of nowhere as I was reaching the counter to let the cashier know what parts I had. As if I didn’t already put them on the counter, dude had a major attitude. He didn’t do any of that to any of the male counterparts there but came towards me as I went to the lines being the only female. It didn’t intimidate me but it was annoying cuz dude was a major douche with his stank attitude.Either way I still got the fender & owners manual for my 2015 Corolla. It sits well for my 209 paint code.

Ones your transaction has gone through even with paying cash they refuse to refund you for warranty you never wanted. The idiot that check me out and pull all my tools out of my bucket forgot to put two of my parts back in and I pay for them. Very dissatisfied I order on line use or new is cheaper. Comment: Worst customer service. Everyone was super rude and they just add the warranty without even ask you. When I mentioned to the manager she said they are trained to do so. That they have a sign that says you need to opt out but the cashier makes it seem like it comes with it. In other words it’s a rip off and it should be illegal for them to do this. Every time I go somewhere they ask you first if you want to include the warranty and they tell you the price.

Comment: Yep as SOON as you walk up, I MEAN as SOON as you WALK up to the CASHIER let them KNOW that you DONT WANT the GUARANTEED WARRANTY!! If you DONT tell them THEYRE going to TAG on more charges.. SOMETHING I had to LEARN the HARD way. So yes theres GOING to be a CORE charge for some of the PARTS. COMPLETELY up to YOU if you TAKE it back... The NICKEL-AND-DIME its like you got to be TRICKY if you dont want to PAY for the full price... IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE BUT YOU KNOW, I learned some things. Try to get there as early as possible because if youre there near the time theyre closing they will not tell you oh its about its about time you should stop already because were going to be closing and they will turn off all the cashiers so no ones going to be able to help you out if you just you know they will not let you know theyre closing the cash registers... So I had to have this gave me a break and let me hide my goods till the next morning. First they were charging me for the wrong part, a transmission solenoid, I was actually buying camshaft sensors.2 Cam Angle sensors (16.33+tax each) plus 2 pig tails(6.49 + tax each) these are online pricing Thats about 45.64+ tax my math. The cashier said $100 something. I said no warranty he said $80 something. I said no thank you.The solenoids are $79.99 + tax new. What a waste of my time.

Comment: Overall horrible experience. They treat their customers very poorly, overwhelmingly bad demeanor and attitude, like ones in prison or something. The whole energy from the employees is so bad, you can tell they all hate their jobs and most likely dont want to be there. The black guy with golden earrings has a really bad attitude and lacks proper communication skills...you can tell thats the highest job/career hes ever had. Dont take things so seriously buddy...you might get a heart attack. Otherwise prices are unrealistically and unreasonably high considering they are used and one has to pull them out on their own in this 110 degree heat. The only way to win is not to play, I would recommend everyone to stop shopping here until they actually reconsider improving their business strategies. I have not one good thing to say about this place. Not One!

Comment: Lately this place sucks, prices went up through the roof, not only that but they charge you for every little thing. Need a starter, be ready to pay for the solenoid. Need a manual transmission, be prepared to pay for the stick shift, clutch actuator, fork and push bearing. $11 for a small electric relay, not only that but they have a security guard with a metal detector in case a bolt or a nut fell in your pocket. Entrance is $3 must be for the soap and water you use washing your hands. Think twice before going.

My boyfriend and I was given a quote for our car of 532.00 we specifically told them about the damage to the front end of the car that it had front end damage and right fender damage when the tow guy came to pick up the car he said that front end damage was not noted and offered us 380.00 we were livid and we were lied to. They lie to people run from this company then when I called to speak with a supervisor and confronted them on this we waited over 45 minutes to talk to someone noone came on the line and the tow driver left. Stay away dont deal with these lying scam artist!

Everyone acted bothered to be working. They charge you to use the carts($50 deposit .. free for the first 30 minutes and then $10 for 10 minutes or something similar). I get to counter and guy charges extra for a small 1x1 foot of the carpet that goes with it, just detached. THEN I REALIZED HE CHARGED ME FOR A GUARANTEE THAT I DIDNT EVEN NEED AND COULDNT GET THAT BACK!

I told them I didnt want a warranty after noticing it on my receipt, and they said I shouldve said so before they charged my card... even though I didnt know I was being charged for a warranty in the first place... I got got, lesson learned! MAKE SURE YOU SAY I DONT WANT A WARRANTY BEFORE PAYING. Also look up the vehicles ahead of time so you know where to find them in the lot. Will still prob be back.

Comment: I went to buy an AC compressor that I removed from a Chevy Cruze and the woman wanted $82.17 for it. I can literally buy that part on eBay used and guaranteed to work for like $85. When I asked her why it was so much she said thats the price. Everything goes up. $82.17 I purchased this same part one year ago from a different LKQ junkyard and it was $40. Inflation has not gone up THAT much to completely double the price. They need to reevaluate their prices. Especially since youre the one doing all the labor.

They ask for deposit on wheelbarrow and hoist but they only have 3 wheelbarrow and 2 hoist which are lost somewhere in the field, doesnt compare to Rialto location which is more effective on this issue. I came in for a transmission and wasnt allowed to bring in my transmission jack even though i was only going to use it to lower the transmission i had drivin over 2 hours to go get it. It was extremely dirty and very hard to find the car i was looking for. The cars on the wedsite are not where it says it is making it a mission to find what you need.

Comment: Pick a part use to be amazing. The pricing was rock bottom the inventory was very neatly separated into all categories and it made it so much easier to locate the car your looking for. Now the pricing has become wayyyy inflated. They want about 100.00 for a fender and that is just way too much to pay for someone elses junk. And I have to dismantle it myself. The worst part is now they have all makes and models jumbled so there were Toyotas next to chevys in the same row as dodges and Nissan it make no sense please fix it. Also all the parts now come automatically with a 90 day warranty but they also automatically charge you for it unless you specify..i dont need the warranty. Then they will take it off or refund the cost. I got back 13 dollars that they were not going to tell me about until I went back and said something.

Comment: This was actually my very first time at a pick a part, and it was pretty cool. Asked one of the employees approximately where to find the volkswagens. He told us in the American section on right. Didnt make much sense at the time but we looked. As I figured they were in with the import and on the opposite side of the yard but it was a good little walk and got to see a lot of cool things. We did not find what we were looking for but we did get a lot of ideas and other cars that we think might be compatible. We did find one other thing that we needed, so all in all it was a good day and a fabulous new experience and first for me.

For anyone who can turn a wrench and wants to save a few bucks vs parts store parts OR grabbing a hard to find part, this place is the place to be. I always enjoy coming here (or any local LKQ for that matter), even if its just to look around.What I dont like about this particular location is that theyre never consistent on what you can and cant bring in. One time I go in shortly after opening with all my tools. I get what Im looking for but still need to return for more. I make my purchase, get my return admittance ticket, and return. When being checked in the second time, the SAME staff member who checked me in said I couldnt bring in my angle grinder. I explained to him that he checked me in earlier in the day, that he had just checked me out (tool bag inspection) not even 10 minutes earlier and provided me my return admittance ticket, and that on the return admittance he wouldnt let me take in my angle grinder.Customer tool policy needs to be consistent and clearly visible. This isnt visible anywhere.

Not too crazy about the SB lot being on raw dirt, whereas the Rialto location is on concrete. Sadly as of 3/22/2021 they discontinued their Monday Madness Tire Sales. $3 entrance, and they do take credit cards for entering.I have bought a running vehicle from here a bit back: Be aware that the Running Vehicles sold here (or from any car dismantling lot) are Not just Pay and Drive vehicles: they are indeed cheap, but you will need to bring it to a certified state Vehicle Safety inspector where they will check out that all the lamps are working right and that it runs safely, Before you can bring it to the DMV to get it registered. You may need to get several days of DMV Move permits to do this.

Comment: My experience was good I liked it I was with my husband and they allow you to pull your own parts if you want its cheaper if you do it that way then to get someone else to do it for you so Im lazy as far as I know they have motors and transmissions and every part you could probably think of other than that theyre great

Comment: THis place will rip you off if u dont know how much parts cost. I bought an a/c condencer for a 04 honda civic and he charged 40 bucks. I couldve bought a new one for that same price. Oh well lesson learned. Do your research on prices before purchasing the parts.

Comment: Best selection of cars just as well the pick-a-part app comes in handy it has a location of vehicle through section routes and a number just input year make and model and it pulls up the route and section number the car or cars is in beats running around the whole yard looking for the car AWSOME! Plus app records visits and purchases which go towards reward points for discounts and upcoming sale events today I got a free entrance coupon good looking out picks parts!

Comment: I have the LKQ garage App the location part is not correct or up to date. Been looking for a Certain SUV for months the app said not found, well yesterday I happen to go to pick up part just by chance looking 4 parts for another vehicle and there was the SUV that I have been looking for and the right year and color for months all the parts by then were taken it dropped 2 days prior. Not to happy!

Comment: Simple, bring your own tools. They wont help you much, and try to go early because the afternoon staff tends to get short with the customers. Also, if you do bring a part in to compare with what you find, be sure to get it marked when you enter because on the way out theyll try to keep your stuff.

Comment: They are not good. Went to buy side glass frame for camper shell they said the retaining brackets were separate than the from frame. Manager and sales were not helpful and took me foe $10 more than should have been charged. Have to say if you can find aftermarket or elswhere you should go that route. Place is expensive too!

Comment: This location is where you go to buy used auto parts you must pull the part yourself its a pretty large Pick A Part and the truck section is very large. Every Monday they have a special where you can get a tire and rim up to 15in for $7 its called Monday Madness. They also have a pretty good selection of tires that are off the rim in very good condition ranging from 25 to $40. Pretty good selection of different sizes. I should also include the import section is also quite large and certainly domestic side is okay, admission is $3 the half-price sales are only 40% now a days and prices you seem to be climbing however still reasonable this seems to be the norm nowadays

Comment: You pay a fee to get in, then you walk tge yard trying to find your make and model then you pull the part to find out there charging you some pirate price,then after you make your purchase walk out to the parking lot to find out its the wrong part so five minutes after making your purchase you go right back to see about a refund and roman tells you sorry no refund without the extended warranty!!!

Comment: This place is the biggest highway robbery business in The United States of America!!! They take advantage of the poor, and then sell back to the poor at outrageous phenomenal exponential scientific notation prices. I recently sold them my beautiful 1992 Honda Accord that would not turn on, for their quoted price. They only gave me $75 dollars for it. Yes thats right folks, only seventy five dollars. I tried to argue for more money, but they told me take it or leave it! Not too long ago I needed a fender for my 1995 Toyota, and they charged me $4 for entrance just to go in their property. Then I had to remove the fender myself, and to my surprise, they charged me $65 dollars just for the fender + environmental fees + a damn core charge of some sort + taxes (Im okay with this). In total, the fender cost me $75 dollars like the price they paid me for the Honda Accord I sold them. A single piece of plastic for my ignition switch was $30 bucks. Stay away from tbis place. They are crooks!!!!!!!

Comment: Seek and ye shall find.. Maybe!! After reading the reviews, I figured Id still give this place a shot to see for myself and to find the part I need for my car. I called their 800 number to make sure they were open today (Presidents Day) and that was a bit frustrating. I was just getting transferred by their answering service for about 5 minutes before speaking to someone. But once I got there, it was ok. The 2 employees I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. 1 of them advised me that I got the wrong part for my car. That saved me a headache for later on. The negative part is that the cars they have listed online arent always in the space they say itll be in. I ended up walking down each isle looking for the make and model of my car and hoping the part was still there. The cars are in an orderly row BUT there are car parts flung everywhere. Im guessing who ever came to get their part didnt bother leaving the unwanted parts back in their proper place. Either way, its a self-service auto parts yard so expect to get dirty and hopefully, find what youre looking for.

Comment: This is best U-Pick yard ever!!! Ive been doing yards for 50 years & 5 continents; I dont give out good references easily, see my scathing review of LKQ Anaheim & So-So review of LKQ in Sun Valley. But, this place rocks!! Dont know what wrong with other reviewers...glad I dont knowem!! This yards got goop & paper towels to wash ones hands, cold water to drink, heavy weight plastic bags for messy parts, friendly staff that tells jokes and gives out dinner recommendations (all one can eat buffet by WallMart on High Land). On the weekend the roach coach guy grills fresh carne asada!!! This is a great yard, ENJOY!!!

However, they sit there forever before being removed. the tractor rarley comes by and picks up your stuff.The biggest problem here is there pricing.example:there list prices:radio $14.99raido w/ CD $24.99Lets say you wanted a external CD player.you think... ok $25 tops.No. its not a radio with CD, its only the CD part, thus becoming exempt from there parts list.$68bunch of crap if you ask mePrices are just way out there.driver side master window switch for a 4 door sedan, you check the price. it says switch $7so you think, ok, $7 isnt bad, you go get your part, come back, and because it has 4 buttons on the one unit, its now $28.EVERY other local yard that switch would have been $7.
