2020-02-19This store has a very nice collection of everything decorative for your house. Even though it comes with a price, i always keep an eye for their clearance and sale. They will always have good deals. The customer service is also very helpful and friendly. I am sure i will always make a stop here if i am around the area. Recently stopped by and bought some nice dinner collection. I have to say a big thank you to the staff for helping out with taking my order to the counter and with the packing and wrapping.

2017-08-19They continue to have unusual items but prices are not reasonable anymore. Service is adequate and I feel off about having older female staff load heavy items into the truck. Im not being sexist, Im looking at physical strength, size, shoes, etc. Male of the same size, age, shoes etc shouldnt be doing that either even if their bones should be stronger because of different hormones earlier in life. This used to be one of my favorite stores and picking up a order placed by a friend brought me back to shop, giving me a chance to see why I havent been there for so long and wont be for awhile again. Disappointed.

2020-03-02Ive been to many Pier 1 locations, however this Rochester location really stuck out to me due to the staff!They were absolutely outstanding, they were patient, helpful, and knew what I wanted. Even when they were having issues with their computers, they still did everything they could to make things work out. I highly recommend this Pier 1 location, mainly because of the outstanding staff. The customer service was by far the best Ive seen in a LONG time.I was there for a good amount of time, roughly 2 hours, and I left happy.

2017-09-05What used to be one of my favorite stores years ago has become a disappointment. Minimally staffed, maximally priced, not like the good ol days. There are sill unique items but not the selection expected. Pricing for the items were more than expected based on knowledge of similar items. I brought my truck over to pick up a table for a friend and was a little concerned having an older lady having to load the truck. Disappointed. Hopefully they find a new purchasing agent that performs like the historical agents of yesterday.

2017-02-05I work here, so Im biased, but I really like this store. Cool, different decor options, furniture, tons of fun pillows and throws. We always try to be helpful, but not intimidating or pushy. I know a lot about design and decor so Im always happy to help!

2020-02-26Something new I learned, while shopping Pier 1 online, is they want you to pick-up your purchases (or maybe that is only required below a certain dollar level). Maybe I have just been spoiled by Amazon Primes delivery service. Pier 1 had declared bankruptcy recently, so I was able to buy items at 20% off. I have always liked its products, but much was a bit pricey for me. Not sure if they will restructure, or just close stores. I will keep on their website, for other fantastic buys.

2019-09-21Neat items, but cluttered displays. Theres just a ton jammed into this store and it is hard to see it all. Prices are on the high end. Unique holiday decorations generally

2020-07-10I like the fact that pure one can have things in stock but due to going out of business clearance sale some things you will not be able to find to match. Plus the downside is that they dont like to answer phones what games pure 1?

2018-12-07So Pretty! I was there to return online orders but ended up finding exactly what I needed. The staff were great, friendly, helpful. I will be shopping here more often.
