A fantastic spot for some ice cream. Can be pricy but they dont skimp on the scoops. Huge variety of flavors.
Generous portions, fab decor, and friendly staff! There’s a bit of shaded outdoor seating shared with Uncle Cheetah’s. Perfect stop for your stroll down Wealthy Street.
They have so many unique flavors!!! I got a pint of Cookie Monster Ice Cream (blue moon and Oreo and Cookje Dough) which I’m really excited for! I also had a Flurry made of Honey Lavender ice cream and Grasshopper ice cream (mint ice cream with Oreo) and it is AMAZING! So creamy and unique, and soothing flavors. I will DEFINITELY be back!!
The owner absolutely made my sons evening! Walked up and realized they closed 45 minutes prior but the owner happened to be there and noticed the disappointment on my sons face and decided to let us in and serve him his favorite Superman ice cream. Thank you so so much for your kindness and the best Superman Ice cream in GR!
Im from the Chicago land area, stopped by this ice cream place during my Michigan roadtrip. The staff is very friendly and helpful and their ice cream so delicious and they have many unique flavors! Highly recommend!!
What an amazing experience with this wonderful group of Ladies. We called and let them know that we were on our way and would need 15-20 cones in a cup. We got there, they greeted us with amazing smiles and they treated us like royalty. Not only was the experience amazing, but the ice cream was to die for. The summer has just started and this will definitely be our go to place for yummy treats!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
Very friendly staff (customer service training well done) and many options of icecream to choose from. If youve been to Shermans in South Haven, you will recognize some ice cream titles and lingo (such as the baby size, which by the way is still 3 scoops of ice cream!)Well decorated and clean shop. Will keep returning, especially for that Chai Spice flavor ice cream.
Right when you walk you feel at home! The staff is so friendly. Love all the funny pictures on the wall. The ice cream delicious. Kids you will love Cotton Candy. 🍦👍
The kids love walking to Pinkies! So many choices, the staff are always incredibly pleasant, and the frequent buyer program is awesome. We get a free ice cream almost every time because there are 5 of us and I believe its 1 free after you purchase 4.

Love having Shermans ice cream just around the corner from my home! The ice cream parlor is very cute, reminiscent of an old fashion ice cream palor. They have a huge selection of flavors and the smallest portion is 3 scoops!
This was my first time here, but I was very impressed by the friendly staff and great tasting ice cream. We sat outside on their benches and shared with our puppy who happily greated every guest. Cool place, we will definitely be going back.

While a lovely idea -- a local dessert and ice cream shop in the neighborhood, the ice cream brand served here, while Michigan made, is a cheap, trans-fat laden equivalent of Blue Bunny. (At least to my palate, anyway...), If anyone is reading this from Pinkies please consider serving better ice cream.
A cute little ice cream shop with a huge variety of flavors. The ice cream is very creamy and delicious. The Sherman tracks is my favorite, lots of peanut butter cups!
As ice cream places go, this one is rather pink. Of course, the ice cream comes in other colors than pink, so you dont have to worry about that. In fact, I would have to say that most of their ice cream is not pink. Perhaps Pinkies is not the most accurate description! Unless the owner is Pinkie, in which case I am all wrong. I apologize, Mr(s). Pinkie! You do us all a great service with your ice cream! Long live Mr(s). Pinkie!

Great ice cream in a variety of flavors: salted caramel, black raspberry, chocomania, blue moon, carrot cake, strawberry kiwi sorbet..... if choosing is difficult you can get more than one flavor in your bowl. I usually get a to-go pint too. Helped me survive my first midwest summer!

2021-10-09Went here with two sweets lovers, looking for free cream and desserts. Turns out desserts means stuff made with ice cream,so no cakes, pies, etc.Between the three of us we tried nine flavors, ranging from Baconator to black cherry (with Traverse City cherries), strawberry to salted caramel.All were okay, in the okayest sense of that okay judgement. Sweet, flavored, adequate. Meh, okay.

2019-05-30We’ve enjoyed Pinkie’s each season, they are committed to good ice cream, are in a nice spot on Wealthy, and make appearances at community events. They are changing over their ice cream, Sherman’s was the main staple but is no longer selling wholesale, so we’re excited to see what’s coming. They have many flavors and a decent sized scoop.

2019-10-12Never seen unique ice crème flavours. I got the honey lavender which was smooth and not too strong in flavour. The place to was cute and I enjoyed the décor that filled the place.

2019-05-15Pinkie’S ice Cream. I think the name says it all.It’s an ice cream parlor. It is not a soda fountain, much to my dismay. ( Grand Rapids really needs a real soda fountain somewhere.)I wish you could say I counted how many flavors they had, but I was too busy eating ice cream.I know they had Bluemoon, I know they had Blackberry. (I saw the Bluemoon, I had the BlackBerry) I’m assuming if they had vanilla and chocolate. It seems they had a ton of other flavors, but when I saw the BlackBerry I stopped looking.I think it’s been half an hour just looking at the Cool artwork on the walls.If you’re even remotely on that side of Grand Rapids, And have a hankering for ice cream, this would be the place to hit.

2018-07-19Fun pink decor and a warm greeting met me upon first arrival. I was able to sample several flavors and was given a generous portion of my choice even in the baby size. Lots of choices on the menu and lots of space to sit!

2021-06-21Great ice cream. Best waffle cones ever. Great views while you enjoy it. I had read reviews ahead of time to know about the cash only, so I was prepared but don’t usually have cash. Overall great place and glad it’s close to home!

2021-08-12I arrived early at 3pm thinking they opened at 3 today and a manager was there (they don’t open until 3:30). She took my order and let me order 30 mins prior to opening! I had A very HAPPY 5 children and mama!! Pinkies goes above and beyond and I am elated with their customer service. The owner Glenn is also so kind and came out to greet us when we were there prior and talked with my kids- amazing owner and awesome business for our town.

2021-08-25We have had Pinkies Ice Cream truck at two large events over the last couple of years. In each case, the attendees were impressed by the great ice cream and really enjoyed the fun experience. We would not hesitate recommending Pinkies for your next party!

2021-08-14Great customer service !! Nice amount of food offering. When compared to other ice cream shops in the area . And if I had to say anything bad would be the cup size that flurry comes in. Being a little bit small for the price . But other wise its a good place and the decor is beautiful. Brings back a lot of memories.
