We used Pita Way in New Hudson, MI to cater our New Years party. We had eaten there a few times before, and knew our friends enjoyed it as well; but I know what I like and didnt exactly know what kind of options to give 16 people so everyone would enjoy the food. Pierre was the gentleman who helped me with the order. He made the entire process super easy and fun! Let me know whats the most popular, and the right mix of meats, sides, and even special sauces to have a great spread. Everyone LOVED the food, had plenty to eat, and we had amazing leftovers all for a very reasonable price! Pierre definitely took care of us, and saw the entire order through personally from start to finish. Everything was perfect! Well absolutely use for future parties!!
We ordere an online order at 4 for our grandsons birthday. Scheduled for 5:45 pick up. Didn’t get the order until after calling them at 6:05 and being told it would be ready a little late due to them being busy. We watched 10 people go in and out while we waited who all got their food. We finally got our order 35 minutes late and then they didn’t include our pita bread or our fries. This little boy was already dealing with sick parents and his birthday dinner was a cluster of errors at this place. Will never order from there again. Devin the manager tried to appease us with some free baklava but if we had just had our order right, it would have been a lot better.
Just went there yesterday after work around 5-6. There were 3 men working there and all 3 of them were amazing! They were all super nice, gave suggestions, were fast. Great service and obviously the food was all fresh and tasted great!

Slow and not authentic. I watched them heat up grape leaves which were somehow still cold in the middle. Way better Mediterranean place in downtown South Lyon compared to this unauthentic establishment.
SAVE YOUR MONEY! We ate here for the first time today and the sandwiches were pure mush! Wayyy too wet and soggy! $4 for a side of hummus that was maybe two tablespoons worth at best! Drive the distance to an AUTHENTIC MIDDLE EASTERN RESTAURANT!
Loved it! Food was good. I wish they would add a real tzatziki sauce to their menu along with Kalamata olives; white sauce is good but a bit too much like ranch
Great Mediterranean food! Do not order from them on door dash...you will NEVER GET PITA BREAD...EVEN WHEN YOU ORDER A SIDE BAG OF BREAD. I MEAN COME ON ITS IN THE DAMN NAME OF THE RESTAURANT! PITA
Normally I go here one to two times per week for my wife. She really enjoys it and has never complained until today. The hummus had a hard like crust on it, the meat and rice tasted old.She threw the bowel away because she didnt like it. I am disappointed as is she. This was a favorite place of hers but now I am not so sure. My recommendation is to make sure the food is fresh not from the day before.
Went there for lunch and they were very busy, but the team working wasgreat. They acknowledged me when I walked in and even talked to us a few times while we waited to assure us it wouldnt be much longer. The food as always was great.
I have really come to like pita way. Some of the staff seems to appear at all of the locations. Not a bad thing.The food can be much more healthy than other chains. It is possible to eat a low sodium low fat reasonable meal here.

I attempted to use Pita Way catering for a large Easter gathering, placing the order about 10 days in advance. After placing the order I called to make sure they were open on Easter Sunday and I was told they were open. When I showed up to pick up the order there was a sign on the door stating they were closed. I looked in my emails and saw that they had emailed me less than 24 hours before my pick up that they were closed and my order was cancelled. They did not attempt to call or text.The next day I called just to let them know that an email only was not appropriate and that I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know my large order was cancelled less than a day out. The manager informed me that they refunded my money so there was no problem.
We were from out of town and needed a quick place to eat, and we are so glad we found pita way. super nice staff and amazing food, smoothest hommus and awesome Baklava.
I hate to give them a bad rating, especially since they have great tasting Mediterranean food and their local. However, tonight we went there around 8:30 PM, the doors were locked and its clearly posted on the door on Saturday they are open till 9 (online as well), and the employee inside cared less we were standing outside. They dont take call ahead orders, online only and thats an inconvenience if your driving. One of the owners is extremely hyperactive and doesnt quite listen to your order. Overall, I think the concept and food are great, but the integrity of the employees/management is questionable.
This place is awesome! Hands down, some of the best mediterranean food. Great service, fresh, delicious & consistent food. I get takeout every week for my husband and I and always get double so we will have leftovers! The staff is exceptional as well. So fortunate that they opened in New Hudson.

I work across the street and this place is a great spot to grab arabic bowl from, pier (i think is his name) really hooked it up on the bowl, service is always fast and clean. Would recommend 10/10
The food has been great every time Ive been there. Including today. Service is always really good. Joe was the person running it today and really takes pride in what he does. He showed me today that they have a new Carolina Reaper powder which is deliciously hot.

We got coupon by mail and went there and then could not use coupon because they said they changed prices. The coupon WAS NOT expired yet. Thank you for mailing us scam coupon. I had issue at this place before because so rude. One lady is totally headache. Please stop being bad customer service. Food is good thou.

This is the second location I’ve been to. I’m so glad this place exists. Both visits, both locations I had a great experience - great food, great service. This location offered especially top-notch service. The gentleman helping me was extremely friendly. I always get a bowl with rice, falafel and lots of veggies and I can usually eat some for lunch, the rest for dinner later. Well worth a visit.

A big thank you to Keith and Dimitri for their patience, and most of all their helpful suggestions for dinner for my family. The three dishes were a hit with the family. After a 12 hours shift, I was greeted with a friendly, professional and big smiles you could see from miles away. Did I say it was 8:35 pm when I walked in and they had the same attitude and attention toward everyone walked in, while I was there You are the best.
Pita Way in New Hudson catered my daughters graduation party on Juky 18, 2020. We ordered 120 sandweeches and they were delicious!! We kept them warm all evening, and they remained moist and tasty. Excellent food. Excellent service. Do not hesitate to have them cater your party! Compliments came all evening from our guests. I couldnt have been happier! Thank you, Pita Way!!

Pita Way has changed since it originally opened in New Hudson. Ive noticed in my past 2 visits. I understand prices go up. But why, if the quality and portion has gone down. Today my bowls had shriveled tabbouli and brown spotted turnips. As for the hommous, it was very skimpy. The girl kept spreading it on with a spatula, I was lucky to have at least one scoop, where I saw the other servers placed 2 scoops in the bowls they were preparing. I may visit a Pita Way again, but it will not be in New Hudson.
Pita Way is unbelievable. Everything is fresh and made however you like it. It is amazing food and I recommend it to everyone I know.
I come here occasionally (first time at this location) to make catering orders for small get togethers, as the value was once good, and my friends enjoyed. Cant tell you how disappointed I was after my last visit yesterday. Catering order. Rice was bone dry, as was the chicken and all other meats. For $60+, to receive that and tiny sides of hummus and tabouli that were no more than 4 ounces felt like a rip-off and was embarrassing to serve my guests - although they did have a laugh over it. Pity. Should have checked the order before I left.

I have been looking for a chipotle style Mediterranean restaurant and I came across pitaway. The service was on point, the food was delicious, and importantly it was extremely clean. I am middle eastern so I am particular. Everything is made in front of you. I ordered a vegetarian bowl and it was very tasteful! Recommend this if you want real middle eastern food from scratch ! The Owner Joey was super friendly and welcoming as well! Highly recommend 👌

This was inedible food. I cannot believe beef can actually taste like wet sand. All 3 ordered meals were thrown away. DO NOT order a kids meal. Chicken tenders to them is fake tasting chicken cut into slices.
Eat here often and it has great potential. The food is awesome but the staff is constantly turning over. Newer people have no clue what they are making. Portions are crazy different and so are the prices. Lol. I think once they get it under control it will be great.

One of my favorite places. I get the pita bowl and love that I can build it myself with my favorite ingredients and toppings. The staff is always friendly and efficient at all three of the Pita Ways Ive gone to (Milford, Highland and Livonia).
Best fresh fast food in the new Hudson area, hands down! Very clean store, and friendly service. True middle eastern eats, Tourshi is made in house, and their Garlic Sauce keeps me coming back for more (even 3 days in one week [sorry not sorry])
Consistency is on point every time I visit! Wish we had one out in birmingham. Food portions, quality, taste, and customer service of this caliber is a rare thing to come by. Mix the lemon rice with the curry soup you wont regret it!
First time at a Pita Way and glad I dropped by. Pierre recommended a sandwich that was delicious. Pricing is more than fair with some generous portions. Definitely give them a shot, you wont be disappointed.
Think Subway for Mediterranean. Fresh and warm pita sandwiches with super fresh ingredients to add. They offered a couple of types of hot soup as well on my last visit. My wife and I love this place.
Best place for fresh delicious food. Dosent make me sluggish after eating the large portions. The staff is patient and willing to explain the options.
I didnt give a five 5⃣ star, because the last time I was there, the guy gave me a very small portion of the rice. Otherwise, I love their food. I recommend that you try it.
Stopped by yesterday to give it a go and it was great! The guys behind the counter took the time to explain the order process and watched it being made from start to finish. The best middle eastern sandwiches in the South Lyon area. Give it a go!
Highly recommend! So refreshing to have a healthy, different genere of food in the New Hudson/SL area. Staff are very knowledgeable about their products and aware of allergy needs. The food is delicous and staff are friendly and helpful. If you havent been yet youre missing out on something great!
Love this plane so much! I always get it on my way home after my second job. Super nice guys and ladies working there, food is fresh and the place is always clean!
My family and i had been trying to get our schedules to line up with open hours since theyve opened. i barely made it happen mad it 15 min before closing and made sure to call ahead. as soon as we entered we were greeted with friendly smiles. i was helped through the menu by the manager (i think) and honetsly i was just trying to rush to get ordered so they could close and i missed his name. He made great recommendations for my picky kids who all got the quesopitas. I also wanted to make sure they got to try a bunch of new things this trip so we also got a mini combo platter a salad a chicken shawarma sandwich a cup of curry rice stew, fries,and drinks and baklava. of course being Dad out running around with the kids i managed to leave the combo platter on the roof... made it out of the parking lot through the intersection past Tractor supply and all the way to the roundabout before i heard it slide off.Luckily the tray was soo well wrapped i circled back and there it was completely unharmed on the sidewalk.lol made for a very interesting trip but got home and had an amazing late dinner. kids were grabbing things to try without even asking what it was and loving every bite. ive honestly never seen my kids this excited to return to a restaurant that didnt have a play structure. we will be back for sure!!!
Pita way is the best place to eat in milford.. the food is so flavorful and the experience is always memorable with Joe. Ive tried everything on the menu and cant say a bad thing bout any thing they have to offer. If you havent gone your sleeping on that authentic Arabic cuisine.
I stopped in here the other day. The cook took care of my VEGAN needs, knew exactly what to make me as a newbie to the place, and served me what was one of the best sandwiches of my life. Thanks Pita Way! Ill be back!

A nice find for lunch spot around Milford. Food was good, got rice bowl. Chicken grilled very well and portion was big. The staff very friendly they let us in before even they opened and gave us falafel to try on. Will visit again.
The taste was pleasant and ingredients were fresh, theres no limit to toppings, pile it all on. Staff is quick, efficient and patient even with young children. The setop reminds me of a Middle Eastern Qdoba. We will likely return, dinner for two was $16 and filling.
Really good food but when you order online they will always mess up the order and forget to give you things. Website broken can only pay in storeBottom line order in person if you want your fries and sauces, that you pay extra for.

Delicious. Friendly staff. They assemble whatever you want. Similar to a sub shop, but Mediterranean, pick your items, select a meat, and list off the vegetables, sauces, cheese, etc.

The food is very good, but they are not organized. You will have a lengthy wait if you dont time your visit just right, especially on Sundays.
Great mix of flavors and options. You get to pick between a sandwich, a wrap, or a bowl. THen you pick a meat (or veggie option, or falafel) and toppings. They have everything expected, turnips, pickle, pickled cabbage, beets, tomato, onion, peppers, etc. There are also a few options for sauces and seasoning on top. Including an optional ghost pepper seasoning if you want to try it. There is a cooler of beverages, along with soda machine (pepsi), and I think there was tea as well. We keep going back because it is always good.

Not sure if theyre just in their honeymoon period being new and all but my chicken tawook sandwich was AMAZING today. The meat was juicy and had a nice char to it. I love being able to select toppings - there are so many to choose from! The concept is that can build your own bowl, sandwich wrap or quesadilla by selecting a protein, veggies, dressing/sauces. These can be made into a meal that would include a side (e.g. rice, fries, garlic sauce/pita) and a drink.

Love Pita Way. This is as convenient as Subway but the food is actually good. I always get a Quesopita with chicken shwarma. I love the tabbouli, hummus, pita chips, and the baklava is so good.

2022-04-14Very professional and gave amazing service! Door Dashed my lunch and was given the wrong sandwich. I called up to Pita Way- I told them I don’t want to be a Karen calling to say my sandwich is wrong, but wanted to know if I could get the correct one. The person who answered (Dennis or Devin lol cannot remember what he said) was so friendly and told me to come on up and they’ll make it right and fresh in front of me. I appreciated how kind everyone was and how quickly they got me the correct order!

2022-01-20Honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. The food never disappoints and GIRLLL WHEN THE PUT THE ALMONDS AND RAISINS IN THE RICE!!! hits on a whole other level. Everything from the sandwiches to the bowls is amazing. They give good portions unlike some restaurants and is worth going to.

2022-02-07I absolutely love pita way, but had the absolute worst experience at this location. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted, and the worker just stared at me until I told him what I wanted to eat. I also asked if I could utilize one of my rewards and the worker proceeded to argue with me. He told me he was not allowed to honor my reward (which I have used at other locations perfectly fine) and still continued to argue with me when I told him it was no problem at all. He then stormed in the back and I was left humiliated. The worker was yelling at me because I asked a simple question. I am really questioning if I will ever return to a pita way ever again. It went from one of my favorite restaurants to me never wanting to return

2022-01-03This place was just god awful terrible. We are from Chicago and truck drivers so parked at Walmart and decided to go here because all the positive reviews to be fair. Boy we were disappointed we got the pita bowl with three meats and meats tasted horrible, rice was terrible just the whole meal. We spent $50 and literally took three to four bites and threw all the food away. Just beware when choosing this place isn’t real middle eastern food.

2021-09-01My office loves getting Pita Way catered and a lot of times I need to order it last minute. They are always super accommodating and my order is always perfectly made and on time. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful even when theyre busy. The food is always delicious. Highly recommend.

2021-12-16So I go here often because it’s easy ect. But everytime I come there’s one working who basically puts whatever she wants on my salad. This is happened quite a few times and I don’t know why it pokes me the wrong way but maybe just the fact that I am paying for it and I’m not getting what I want on it because I always seem to leave with an ingredient that I don’t like or I’m allergic to when I simply came in there to just get what I want and leave. It’s very frustrating and if you’re not allowed to pick what you want on your salad you should probably stay in somewhere.

2021-09-25The manager at this location (or at least the one working at 3pm on 09/25/21) is phenomenal. Its clear he enjoys his work, hes extremely kind to everyone that comes in. He clearly knows what he is doing and treats his staff with respect. Ive been to several pita ways (Clarkston, Grand Blanc, Fenton...) and now New Hudson, but Id drive all the way back here just to get the service they offer here. Job well done. Food is great, as always.
