Update: I gave this location 5 stars at first, I understand businesses are struggling right now, but this is the second time in a row they have messed up our order. I even double checked how I ordered it since I ordered online, it shouldnt be that hard to get orders right when your just reading it. This used to be a great place for wings, and loved how convenient it was with the drive through, we support local businesses but we are done here!
We enjoyed our dining experience completely, our waitress Sam even kept our additional to-go order hot & fresh!!! Thank you, Samantha, for pleasant service with a smile!! (glad to see the mask wearing is done!)
We ordered Medium Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan wings, with a side of cheese sticks. Being a Friday night, we thought it would be a lengthy wait, but the food was delivered in about 1/2 hour, and everything was hot and delicious. We used the online payment (including driver tip) and contactless delivery, so there was no delay in getting the food inside and diving in!
I know that they are working hard to provide delicious pizza with the little staff that they have during this difficult time and they do not disappoint. Our order is always on time, hot and yummy.
Although our delivery came later then estimated everything was hot when we got it and the driver was very polite.
Had to wait in a long line at the pick up window, everyone inside was busy and pleasant though so I understand everywhere is understaffed

Order to be correct, pizza did not have any sauce on it. Ordered bbq sauce on the pizza, for some reason it was on the side in a cup not on the pizza.

Saw your sign on the drive thru window that reads, The New Pandemic, Short Staffed. Its pretty offensive on a couple of levels. Shows your franchise owner sees their bottom line (losing cash) is as important as losing over a half million people. Lots of people that eat here have lost loved ones to this virus. Being short staffed wont result in death and whatever your political leaning its irresponsible to make light of a deadly worldwide pandemic by relating it to market problems. I left 3 stars as the staff are polite and the food is good.Good luck getting people that want to work with that sign. We know youre blaming unemployment and stimulus for the workforce shortages. Thats basically what your passive aggressive sign says to those with their eyes open. Whats really happening is people dont wanna risk their lives during a deadly pandemic to get screamed at by anti-maskers and paid a less than living wage. Youre witnessing a unintentional general strike. Imagine when people join forces once they realize it works.
First fo all I always spend around 80 to 90 dollars with pizza hut and it has always been great pizza but yesterday the pasta had a hair in it I did call but they just said sorry not even my money back for the pasta
Our pizza was soggy in the middle area, like it was not cooked all the way.
Order was prepared quickly and accurately. Wings were delicious, as were the breadsticks. Grandkids and grandparents were all very pleased~ Thankyou!
Generally a good place. We always use it for take out for pizza in Caledonia. I would give them 4 stars. However, there were 2 Times we went to pickup our order and no one came to the window. I had to go inside and wait and even then, no one came to help. It was so slow and people kept walking by and just looking at me. By the time I was able to pickup our order the food was cold.

This location has been a bit of a joke in the Trigo Hospitality family of Pizza Huts for as long as I have been familiar with it (9+ years). It has always made very little money compared to other locations, but there seems to be an issue with over-correction on the part of the management to keep labor high. It seems there are always very few employees on location, which is fine if run well. However, whenever I have went I am greeted after a long delay and the service is slower than expected.The most recent example was on 9/18, in which I stopped in to grab a table for dine in at 5:30pm. I was not greeted, nor did I see any employees until the phone in the back rang. I could see the employee through the kitchen doors and she ignored me. This happened twice within the 10 minutes I waited. Not a single employee was in the front of house.I would highly suggest to Trigo that they liquidate this location as it cannot possibly be profitable and the struggle to keep it afloat must be excruciating.
Avoid at all costs. This Hut hasn’t gotten our order right about 9 times in a row. Understaffed, workers don’t care. Worst one of all I’ve ever frequented. This one has turned me off to Pizza Hut forever.

Usually great with online orders.My confusion is with the app though. On the $10 Any deal, I ordered a Supreme, Hand-tossed, large pizza. I took off the beef, pork, and red onions, and added ham. The app added $.99 to my order. So, I took off a total of 2 items and still had to pay more...Then I just tried the normal recipe and it still added money to the order. Is that normal? I wouldnt think so if its a $10 Any Size, Any Topping deal. Very weird.
Ordered a large pepperoni stuff crust pizza for carry out. Got home opened it up and took the first bite, to my surprise it was hard and crunchy with zero pizza sauce and very little cheese on it. The little cheese that was on it appeared to have been over cooked. The only saving Grace to this pizza was that the stuffed crust was on point. Probably wont return in the future.
This place is amazing! They work to correct issues (which have been few). the deliveries are always on time or early. The drivers are friendly. I have a lot more details I could add but Ill just say you must order from them if you are looking for a pizza night!!!!!!I havent been inside but I had to give a 100% rating :-)
Excellent. I have to be honest: Pizza Hut wasnt our first choice. After Jets took two hours to deliver, we decided to give Pizza Hut a go... Turned out to be an excellent idea. They were punctual, friendly, and fresh. Gave me a newfound perspective on legacy brands.

9-6. About 630pm...waited a out 10 minutes to be seated. (only 3 tables were occupied) watched 2 groups that came in after us were seated , there orders taken and drinks brought to there tables and no sign of our wait staff. Waited 20 minutes then left.

Horrible, Ive ordered online 4 times and every time I order they have messed up the order.First time, ordered Cajun seasoned fries, got curly fries...not a huge deal so I let it slide.2nd time, ordered light cheese, got extra cheese and I do not like a lot of cheese at all.3rd time, ordered light cheese and what would know...extra cheese again, learned my lesson, dont order pizza from here.4th time (tonight), ordered wings and a ham Diablo sub, suppose to have jalapenos and italian dressing, got it dried out with neither of these items...I will never order from here again.
As of lately we have not had a good experience. Tonight my wife ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was not cooked so she had to throw it away. When she called to complain she was offered a refund instead of a new sandwich being made and delivered. She ended up having to cook dinner which is what she was trying to avoid hence ordering out. A few weeks prior to that we had ordered Caesar salads and was delivered ranch dressing instead of Caesar. On top of that when we called in to complain the young man who answered the phone answered it in a goofy voice as if he were making a joke out of his job. Not very professional and shows a lack of effort by all as of lately.

1 carryout person in front of me otherwise the store was dead slow. Took 8 min just to get somone to TAKE my order. The pies came out in 10 min. Get home and both pizzas are wrong. Staff is incompetent.
The service here is pretty slow in my opinion but the food is still good none the less. The prices have started to climb a little bit but not a ton. The food is okay and the atmosphere isnt that bad either.

Will not return to this location. Came in at 110, nobody seemed to be in the building. I understand its close to closing time (they close at 12) but I waited around inside the building and used the restroom. After 10 minutes of not seeing a single employee and multiple calls for service I left.
Waited over 30 minutes to get two orders of wings (6 each). It wasnt even busy. Also, the wings were entirely just drumsticks, no wings found.

Had the best service ever at a pizza Hut, the shift manager even came and served us. It was pretty impressive, she made us feel like we were family.

On Saturday January 7,2016 we waited 2 hrs for food and all the food was burnt and tasted bad. I will never come to this pizza hut again.

2022-04-08Customer service and speed were fine but the product is just super poor quality. Little Caesars offers a better product. The beadsticks are more like bread loaves and the pizza sauce is basically tomato juice. The cinnamon sticks had the most skimpy coating of cinnamon I have ever seen. If I was not at home theres no way to eat any of the sticks without ripping at them randomly.

2022-06-13I love when a shop does better than you expect. This Pizza Hut is one of those places. It always seems like the food just comes out tasting better than from other places. Even when they are short staffed, they still always have a smile and make your food quickly and with care.

2021-07-12Ordered on the app an 8 piece buffalo, 8 piece teriyaki, and 16 piece BBQ and got 6 buffalo and 24 BBQ no teriyaki! Then was told it was an app order so nothing can be done. This is not the way to do business.

2022-04-15I am changing my already poor review to be lower. I would give them zero stars if I could. Yesterday I had the worst interaction with a service employee I have ever experienced.My actual order was fine. Everything was correct.I had a problem with the delivery driver. He didnt follow procedure with the receipt, where normally I as a customer sign it and give it back. He never even took out the receipt or asked if I wanted it. Which is generally fine, I dont need it.But, what alarmed and shocked me, was that he had the audacity to then go to his car and use that receipt to take my personal phone number and text me. That is completely inappropriate and uncalled for. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and worried for my potential safety. Now this person knows where I live by way of delivering my food, and they took the liberty to steal my personal information and use it to contact me.I did call the store and contact the manager to make them aware of the situation. He brushed it off and said Im sure he didnt mean anything by it, but Ill talk with him. Which in and of itself is gross behavior and excuses the actions. In what situation would this type of thing ever be okay?I will never be ordering from this location again.

2022-01-12My online order was incorrect and I didnt realize it until my son got home. Im at home with covid and had been craving the chicken alfredo and was so excited until I opened it up and it was the marinara. Plus the breadsticks seemed very hard...

2022-01-18Cut the pizza and breadsticks all the way so that we dont tear up the whole pie trying to get a slice. maybe just invest in new equipment if your pizza cutters are dull. its the little things

2021-10-07I did not receive what I ordered, I tried the new premium detroit style meat lovers and received a generic sausage pizza with extra sauce on top that was still raw in the center and cold. In addition the family box deal I ordered had none of its items cut, not the bread sticks or the pizza. My family use to enjoy Pizza Hut now and then, but over the past few month we see it being our least preffered option because the quality has went down substantially while prices are higher then competitors.

2021-11-12Not sure who manages the quality of this location though after receiving undercooked Pizzas and the boneless wings look like the baby chick even had a min to hatch Its time to cut them from the list. L.C. pushes a better quality pie which doesnt say much considering the rising cost at the HUT youre just better off making a bit of a drive to get Quality for = or lower $ somewhere else.

2021-09-13When someone adds multiple toppings to their pizza it does not mean that they want a trace of each topping put on, they want the same amount as they would get off each topping as they would a single topping pizza. I ordered a four young pizza and I swear our was not far from being a cheese pizza. Also I ordered the Detroit style, big mistake on my part. This was the most flavorless mess I have ever had. There is a frozen Detroit style puzza that I buy that is 10xs better tasting in all departments. Crust, sauce (on top?) and toppings all were subpar on this so called pizza I ordered. Never again.
