Cheese bread sticks were very over cooked. The cheese on top was crunchy and way past the point where it was melted.
Pizza was great The works where cleaning all but one she was talking about how she has done all that she is going to do

What happened to Breadsticks? They nasty, cold and not cut.. You advertise one kind of breadticks and serve another.. Hard crust on top and bottom. I got 2 orders of breadsticks that I didnt order, they were stuck together not cut. Not fluffy soft sticks like avertised.. Will not order them again. I had great breadsticks before winter and these are not it..
I know finding employees is hard and I am sure training is as well. I feel like there is new staff at this store and last week we ordered the breadsticks along with pizzas and the breadsticks were very overbaked and not even eaten. This week we ordered a thin crust pizza and it also was over done. As I wondered why the changes and noticed the recent on line add when ordering that it would be ready in 15 minutes....I have to believe that this madness to get everything ready so quickly is adding to the problem. The people showing up to work should be commended but they need to be trained and not pushed needlessly. Focus on quality not speed, and certainly in this recent environment, folks know things take time.

Best ever! They actually care about the quality of their pizza, they were super curtious n attentive. We left them a big fat tip they well deserved. Probably the best experience Ive ever had at any pizza Hut ever🙃
Very very disappointed!! $100.00 order for a birthday party and 80% was burnt, bread sticks were hard, wings were dry and hard (we ordered Buffalo mild). Called to speak with someone immediately and was told a manager did not have time to speak with me, call back in 1-2 hours. When I called back and spoke with Joe, I was told I have no idea how that happened, I can give you a $50.00 credit I responded that they should have a $50.00 order limit. The manager hung up.
The pizzas that I received were not baked as well as I liked. Big reason for this was that I order thin crust usually but store was out so I ordered hand tossed instead.
I’ve loved Pizza Hut for many years but I have to say those were the worst tasting pizzas I’ve had anywhere at anytime. Not sure why they were so different from any Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Sorry to say it but I gotta be honest.
I literally live 6 blocks from b.c. pizza, cant get it on time. Your delivery guy is on time in the rain. I wish I could have tipped more than 10. Hes the reason I will be back. Excellent.

Like the pizza. One big problem is that the restaurant was cold! I was born and raised 1 hour away, so its not like Im not used to the outside temperatures. My party and I had to eat with our jackets on.
The waitress started off with a kind of bad mood. Then she got much better. We found out she was the only waitress for the whole place. I felt bad for her. The food was so good. Fresh mushrooms in the pizza and it was so good. Pizza Hut is always so good

I ordered wings when i got them they were in a bag that was ripped in 3 places and there was so much sauce in the bottom of the bowls the wings were soggy .

The rudest customer service I ever received at a pizza hut. I ordered all you could eat salad bar bread sticks and soup server never ask if I wanted more of anything. Never ask if we wanted refills or dessert. Bread sticks werent baked all the way and were doughy. I will never eat at this location again!
We ordered a Meatlovers add mushrooms and onions with breadsticks. The store was out of bacon and gave us a buck off. Hot and fresh, hot marinara, great and attentive staff clean store and its great to get out.

Next Cheboygan trip, we will be utilizing a different pizza place. We paid a lot for something the whole family agreed was the worst pizza we had ever had. Terribly disappointed.
The pizzas were raw and burnt at the same time. The dough tasted like eating salty flour.
Its Pizza Hut.Pretty much the same all over, but this one was recently remodeled. At least I assume so.The only disappointment was there was no option for a side salad. The only choice was a 4 dollar salad bar, I didnt want to eat like I was going to the electric chair to get my moneys worth.
Dined in on 2/24/21 heat broke freezing in dining area fan could have been shut off but nope was told its broke like its no big deal. Wont be back to dine in again.
Maybe it was a mistake to order on Halloween. Worst pizza I have ever had. Dry, and looked like it had sat around too long, although we were only a couple of miles from location. First time ever ordering delivery from Pizza Hut and if this is an example of what to expect, won’t order again. I travel often and look forward to a hot pizza when I get to my hotel.
When I arrived, I only waited for 5 minutes or less. Everything was piping hot when I got it home (8 miles). It was delicious!

I have NEVER been a pizza hut lover... but this place has such an amazing staff! I started ordering boneless chicken wings from here about 6 months ago, and everytime I went in to pick it up I was greeted with friendliness. Soon, the staff started to remember my name and one of them mentioned that their thin and crispy pizza was one of their favorites. I eventually tried it and its now my favorite too! And then you can add asiago cheese to the crust! Yum! I wouldnt be a fan of the place if it wasnt for the awesome people who work there, and suggest things that they actually like!
Just have to tell you guys you are doing a great JOB 40 or so years ago i ate at a pizza hut it was nasty, just had your pizza and BBQ CHICKEN last night i could not stop eating got so full it hurt was fantastic......
Great place to eat! Food was hot and fresh. Service was excellent - never saw the bottom of our glasses or needed to ask for anything. Server even suggested a special that made our order cheaper.
Not very good, I used to be a fan of pizza hut..pizza is really greasy, the waitress was running around the kitchen with her hair down and the seats where not very clean, probably wont be back
Waitress was very nice. I feel this place is way understaffed. Also I think they worry more about there take-out orders instead of the people who drive miles to get there and enjoy an evening out. Very disappointed with this pizza hut.
The service is really bad. Food was good but waitress never came back. Dont order the all u can eat soup and salad bc u wont get it. This is the second time this has happened in a month.

It was like 25 years since last time I visited Pizza Hut restaurant. And it looked exactly the same. A small salad bar and hardly any people. But service was fast and pizza was good.

Got delivery, but food was made well, and the delivery guy gave me my food with utensils & plates (nice touch) - note well that I ordered using the Pizza Hut app for ordering, so it works while traveling but make sure you add as much details to the deliver-to address.
Everything was perfect and our server Katelyn was very nice and did a great job.

2022-08-06This is my new review to add on to my first review:So around 1 month after I had written my first review, I had gone back into this Pizza Hut but only because my wife had already gone inside to order some pasta.And I HAD NOTICED THAT ALL THE WORKERS ARE STILL ONLY USING THEIR BARE HANDS TO HANDLE ALL THE FOOD ALONG WITH EVERYTHING ELSE AND STILL DO NOT WEAR ANY GLOVES AT ALL!!Not only did this Pizza Hut in Cheboygan Michigan close early and therefore turned us away when we had showed up for my birthday celebration..But around a week later we had ordered a few pizzas to go as we had watched them make our pizzas and we had discovered that absolutely none of the employees wear any type of gloves or anything covering their hands when they kneed the pizza dough and handle all the cheese and pizza toppings.. and when I had brought it to their attention..1 employee tells me that they are not even required to wear gloves at all while touching all the food with their bear hands.And that is a very big health code violation no matter who you are or even where you are.. especially while handling any food whatsoever!This really needs to be a rule and a law for all food businesses everywhere!So right when they hand us all 3 of our pizzas..we decided just to have them refund us our money and we plan to never eat from this Pizza Hut ever again.. atleast not until they start wearing clean gloves while handling any food or any part of any food or even anything that touches any food at all.We could not be more disappointed and disgusted and dissatisfied with Pizza Hut or any food businesses that do not take the proper actions in safety while handling food or anything having to do with food at all.. especially if handling money before touching anything food related at all!

2019-07-04We are visiting for the weekend and decided to come here for a quick bite to eat. The place is so clean, their salad bar (although smaller)was so fresh and clean, and the food came out quickly and great. What we were most impressed with was the staff! Our waitress was great! We were being picky about our pizza, but she was so accommodating and warm about everything! She made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant! We asked about adding different sauces to our order of wings and she was more than willing to make it happen! She just made it go from a normal/typical experience at Pizza Hut to a great one!

2022-01-30The new spicy pizza was an INFERNO. It was delicious, incredibly spicy and was the perfect amount of kick. So thankful this Pizza Hut store offers the spicy pizza, it is a must try. I also loved the original pan crust, maybe needed a little butter but that is perfectly do-able at home. Delivery driver was very prompt too. I always receive amazing orders from this store.

2022-03-25The Pizza Hut employees do not wear protective sanitary gloves while handling the food.So even if they wash their hands before touching any of the food or anything having to do with food or anything that touches any food at all..It is still not fully safe and sanitary since handling any food with bear hands can still leave certain things inside or on the food such as hairs or skin or even blood or even anything left in-between fingernails!

2022-03-21Absolute worst service I have ever had. Had to ring the doorbell 5 times before anyone came to the door when there was literally no one else in the building. Three associates looked dead at us and did nothing. All we could hear was the associates complaining to each other and swearing. Absolutely ridiculous.

2021-12-15Great went in as a family 11 and we had great service, she took care of us, and put up with screaming children it was great. the pizza was good. I was very satisfied. and the whole family had good time.
