Normally, I have an enjoyable experience; however today after I called in our order that I was picking up, I was told a specific time. I awaited that time and when I arrived to pick up our order my family and I continued to wait in our vehicle for someone to bring our order out to us. Also, when placing our order I was advised when we arrive to call them back if they dont bring out the order. So, after waiting I called Jets, and informed the employee I was outside waiting, he responded by saying Im going to let you speak with my Manager. The Manager got on the phone and informed me I dont know what happened, because our oven was working, but your order just came out and it was not cooked. He then said I just put in a different oven and unfortunately it will be another 10 minutes. I understand the ovens malfunction eas out of their control, but it definitely was of No Fault of Jets Customer (My family and I)!! I had to call them after waiting and I feel the Manager handled the situation poorly!
This location at Canton Center in Cherry Hill has been declining rapidly over the years in their service.. Again had an issue with my order. I called back. They said it would take an hour to re deliver and I decided that I didn’t want to wait. They said that they would give me a free pizza next time... Called later on to get the pizza and totally acted like jerks. I seem to have bad luck almost every order.
They have the best pizza around. The toppings are usually adequate. Delivery is quicker than they say. Staff very nice. This is definitely our Jets. You pay a little more but they are quality foods. I just tried the wings.and they were great. The food is delivered hot very hot. Good job guys

The majority of Jets Pizza in the local area are really good. This particular Jets has really nice staff and management. I gotta be honest though sometimes it can be a hit or miss with the pizza slices.lol I still go back because those few misses be far and few.
I love jets! They have the best pizza a little pricey but its delicious. One of my favorites is the aloha barbecue chicken pizza!!! AMD the bread sticks are great as well! And you get free flavored crust.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 salads. When I asked for Parmesan the manager refused and lectured employee... Will never come back here. Go to one of the other jets locations.
Not happy at all & will not order again! I called when I got there, thinking they were still bringing to the car, but was told to come in. Should have gone back to the car, called & insisted it be brought out. Too many people in the location. Also realized they we in fact also bringing out to the car. WTH! Box with crushed pepper packets on counter & people just sticking hands in & grabbing what they want. COVID OUTBREAK JUST WAITING TO HAPPEN!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING JETS!!!

Messed up our carry out order the other day. Included a 2nd order of jet bread instead of an actual pizza. Called and manager had a driver send out the correct order ASAP. While the correction was great, shouldnt have happened in the first place.
I had a craving for some good chicken wings. I had tried several other places in Canton and was sorely disappointed. I decided to give Jets a try since I really like their pizza. The honey barbecue wings were REALLY GOOOOOOD! I will get them again next time I have a craving. Antipasto salad was good as well.

Love jets has the best pizza for a chain try the BBQ chicken pizza its my favorite and if you get bread sticks get the ranch for the dipping sauce.
Overrated, overpriced, sub-par service from shop staff taking orders, (accidentally charged my wife’s card three times) orders have been wrong the last three times we ordered. We won’t be ordering from Jets any time soon.

Their deep dish pizza is AMAZING, but when I got mine today I found 2 fingernail clipping in the sauce inbetween the cheese and dough.

2021-12-23It was okay last time not stellar but fair. The pizza last year was awesome but that last couple of times slipped a little on quality and service. The pizza was thin on sauce so it dried it out a bit causing cheese and topping to overcook.

2021-05-29I love jets pizza! It is affordable and my kids would eat it all day. I probably order from here about once a week. We will always go to Jets we live close and it is just so convenient. The staff is pretty accommodating and friendly too.

2020-10-03This is by far the most consistent and best pizza in town. I order from here at least once a week. The pizza is delicious! The service is great! And they have never ever once messed up my order or been skimpy or anything like that. I absolutely love them!

2020-06-03Great deep dish, detroit-style pizza. Always well made at this location, but keep in mind it may not be the healthiest option! The vegetarian pizzas are really great, however I noticed that the cheese may not actually be vegetarian. It would be awesome if Jets could clarify this.

2020-10-11Jets offers great pizza. I like the curbside drop off they offer. Pizza quality isnt always constant; twice they have made my 8 corner pizza into a regular large.
