HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service from a young man with dark hair, heritage is from another country. Talks fast, yelled and cursed at a customer because she asked about their glove policy. They are making pizzas with no gloves. She left, I said it wasn’t nice to curse at people and he then turned his rage on me. Refused to serve me… said he had a stressful day and he doesn’t have to serve me. He got offended QUICKLY, he seemed to not have the ability to deal with stress professionally. He needs so much more training, no one should ever be treating with disrespect for asking questions about gloves or asking an employee to stop cursing at customers.
This Little Caesars has stolen my money. When I went to pick-up pizzas that my husband ordered, I was charged $84.80. When I talked to my husband, he said that he prepaid for the pizzas. We went back to the store to correct the matter. The store manager Amberlee H. said the error happened because the cashier who processed my husbands order entered it into the system wrong. Amberlee said that she would refund the payment I made for the pizzas. A week later, I never received the refund, so I called the store. Amberlee told me a refund takes 10-14 days and reassured me my money was refunded. Today, 2 weeks later, I still have not received a refund. I went back to the store and Amberlee is there again. I explained that I never received my refund. She tells me that the receipt she gave me said refund, so that means my money was refunded. I explained to her again that the refund did not go through and maybe she made an error. She tells me that there is no error. I ask to speak with someone above her so that they can check their transactions and see why the money was never refunded. Amberlee said that she is the only person I can talk to regarding the matter and there is no compliant process. She refused to provide any contact for the store owner and says she is the top person at that store. Amberlee refused to look any further into the matter and has refused to refund my money. So now, on Monday, I have to waste my time contacting everybody in the corporate office to receive my refund. Amberlee is unprofessional and should no longer be in that position. The customer service at this store in awful.
So I ordered two cheese right, waited she said about 10 minutes I said let me just give them some time they look busy waited about 5 more minutes. Walk in and she goes they burned so I put two more in, I was like alright. Mistakes happen right. People come in order cheese pizza get it right then and there. So basically I waited 30 minutes for two cheese pizza’s ridiculous doesn’t even come close to what just happened in there.
The service there is horrible. The stores clerk ran her mouth to an elderly lady, then refused to pick up the phone to take orders. When I advised her that I had been calling for an half hour, She threatened to stab me them called the manager who threatened to call the police. With the rudeness and no respect of these employees, this little Ceasars should be closed immediately.
Once you are in the store the service is not bad. They are attentive. When trying to place an order over the phone they will answer And keep you on hold forever. One day I was 10min away. They kept me on hold the entire time and I went ahead and placed my order when I got there instead of my order being ready when I get there. I thought maybe that was the case with one employee a guy. Called another day a girl answered then automatically put me on hold. She kept me on hold for 6min while she serviced the customer in there and the whoever else walked in the door after I called. I know that cause she didn’t press hold she just put the phone down and I heard her. She never came back I had to hang up. When get there it’s plenty employees in the store. Why they can’t man the phone and service calling customers properly beats me. Management needs to know that part of customer service needs correcting.
I sent my boyfriend to pick up pizza this past Friday. I ordered and paid online and let my boyfriend know it will be ready by 6PM. Fast forward to him picking up the food, where it all went down hill. They told him I didnt pay online, I checked my bank account and let him know the transaction went through. They went back and forth with him a few times, saying I didnt pay online. I then gave him the confirmation number that was emailed to me. ONE HOUR after the food should have already been done and picked up, finally everything was sorted out. The pizza was correct (Cheese & Pepperoni) however, the crazy bread was not stuffed like I had ordered. It actually was barely even cooked through, is what it looked like, it was chewy and dense.I worked in the restaurant business for 10 years. This whole thing was unprofessional.
Only reason its one star is you cant give zero stars. Ordered bestest pepperoni and order of wings...they said 15min....sat there for 12 min...they said oh we have no wings and another 5 minutes for pizza. Meanwhile i saw them.open a bag of wings not more than 5 minutes before that....just lost my business and any one else i can convince to avoid little caesars and go to hungry howies every time!!
Order a thin crust pizza with bacon, onion ,bell pepper and bbq wings. Was really hungry took the pizza sat in the car to eat. Didnt realize its the wrong pizza the guy comes out says I made the wrong pizza and brings the correct pizza. He told us we were good and have a Bless day. That was really nice what he had did. Our family are Pizza guys, I rarely join them however, I was so tired yesterday, I decided to join my family for Pizza! It was amazing the pizza crust was so tasty and perfectly cooked. I had the meat lovers it was nicely & abundantly seasoned with flavor we added the buttery parmesan cheese as a extra. Viola! your team service was friendly and we will enjoy our patronage with you. Support local business.We ate the pizza so fast I forgot to take pictures of the pies! We were all smiling! Thanks again
Visited this location on 05/29/20. There is a sign posted on the door that all patrons must wear a mask due to the pandemic...yet while in the restaurant I observed that the male cooks to both the left and right did not have masks on. The cashier waiting on me did have a mask on ..but it was hanging around her neck...not covering her mouth and nose. She proceeded to cough twice...not covering her mouth. Even though I frequent this location on a regular basis...I will not be returning here..as it is obviously not safe. Very disappointed.
Love the deep dish pizza, but disappointed they got rid of the salads. Said they werent selling enough. Thats probably because the quality had gone downhill. They were not very fresh and the croutons were put in with the lettuce and were soggy. Would like to see them bring back salads, but of a better quality and freshness.
I hate I have to leave this review because Ive been coming to this location for years since its down the street from me, but my visit today made me change locations going forward. With everything going on with this COVID pandemic I pay attention while supporting the essential restaurant workers if their wearing gloves or masks. Almost all restaurants that Ive supported have gloves or masks on except this place. ( Ive came here 2x and noticed) I paid with my card and he proceeded to put my pizza in the box with no gloves or masks. When I asked him does management not require they wear a masks or gloves, he had the nerve to look at me like I offended him and said, no with an attitude. Excuse me for just trying to be safe and still support the essential workers (restaurants). If your dealing with food you definitely should be wearing some gloves and also a masks due to the virus. While making the pizza you could be talking or laughing and spit can come from your mouth on someones food unintentionally. Not only that you should be thinking about protecting yourself! Although I paid with a card, but if I would have paid with cash, he would have still proceed to box my pizza without washing his hands while dealing with money at the registered. DISGUSTING! So careless and ignorant.... Dear MGMT: Teach this young lazy workers about sanitation and not cross contamination dealing with food and money! SMDH... You just lost a faithful customer
Went for the 5 lunch special. Which with tax comes out ti 5.30. This location is the only one to charge the deposit on the soda that comes with the meal. Service is terrible. Espicallt Cashier Jymontai C. He was very rude and unconcenrd with giving good customer service. He took his tume cutting 8 pizzas before turning his attention to taking our order. Gave attited when I placed the money on the counter to fish out the extra dime. Over all bad employees, are the crux of issues with this location.
Delicious! Had a Deep Dish with Pepperoni & Sausage and an ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni - both made to perfection, like whoever was making them was making them for themselves. With pizzas it’s always hit & miss, today was a HOME RUN. It was good enough to take the time to write this. Thank you.
Worst little caesars I have ever been to. Staff is clueless and rude.. pizza is crazy.. complain to corporate to get this location making better pizza... cold pizza and made wrong... wings tasting like I found them in the fridge a week later.Just dispute the charge with your card. Happens enough they can’t take that card.
The service at this location is terrible first they are very unprofessional. the women who wear booty shorts and flip flops to work and no hair nets . the men are not in uniform i have seen the cashiers more than once take payment and go to the back and make food not once have they washed there hands( did not take food that day). Jessica and Amber the suppose to be two female managers are rude and dont know how to talk to people. they need to move there store out of this area. the service is not on the level of what you get from anywhere else in the area. there just simple trash.
Everybodys always super nice at least everybody but one guy, hes so rude! Constantly berating customers and being rude to them, also if youre anything but African american hes extra rude. Honestly never coming back here because of him, he just makes the experience so negative.
I called the store cause my carry out order was wrong, They asked me to return, I said I couldnt I had driven some ways...The assistant mgr replyed WHAT YOU CALL ME FOR IF YOURE NOT COMING BACK!I said Excuse me! ?How about you just comp my order and I wont tell your GM what you just said?He says I dont care what you do Im about to be offAnd hung up....I returned to the store and not only did he not denie saying that but he became really combative!!!!Im never going there again!!!11 mile and middlebelt

2022-08-16This place still sucks after so many years, sheesh. I ordered the new amazing Fanceroni Pepperoni Pizza 4x to test them. They do not make it as advertised. The Use basic crust and only put 20 old world pepperoni.. not caramelized crust made as pan crust and 100 pepperonis gotta be on the pizza. Either they are that stupid or just plain lazy? Maybe both. Ordered from them for the past 5 years because its the only one near me and still fail to make a good pizza.. aint that hard Bucko!

2022-05-22I ordered online and use the pick-up station. You enter in the code they send you at the pick-up station, it opens up and you are on your way! I asked for butter and Parmsean cheese on my pizzas. They charge extra, service was good!

2022-08-07Im putting this out there: not a fan of the franchises taste. That being said, my kids do. The staff here was fantastic and thats why they got four stars. Otherwise itd be two.

2022-02-09I originally gave this place five stars but they have been going downhill and the last couple of years. They now shut off their phones one hour before closing time so that they dont have to do any more call in orders and online it wont accept any orders roughly within 2 hours of closing time. So if you want a pizza and its almost 9 yes to drive their place the order and then wait and thats assuming they make your order correctly and with quality

2021-11-25I arrived at Little Caesars on 11 mile in Farmington Hills at 9:35pm. I wanted to order two cheese pizzas but the clerk told me that they only had one pepperoni left. I asked if they could make cheese and he said no that’s all they had left because they closed at 9:30. I said that the hours online were open until 10pm. I told him the pizza was for Thanksgiving tomorrow. He said we are closed and we only have one pepperoni pizza left. I feel that if they we’re closed that the door should have been locked. They should just lock the doors and leave if they don’t want to work until closing hours. People go to restaurants to order what they want to eat, not to eat what the restaurant wants to give them. I paid for the last pepperoni pizza because I wanted my family to have some dinner for Thanksgiving. I went to Hungry Howies and ordered two cheese pizzas. They were still open. I wanted to take the little Caesar’s back but I thought I can just give it to my dog for a holiday treat. Hungry Howies has just gained a new customer because they took my order when Little Caesars wouldn’t!

2021-11-03The store’s clerk was very rude and has a bad anger problem. I waited almost an hour for a hot n ready and crazy bread. Granted it was busy that night and the line was out the door but when it was my turn the clerk with the wild red dyed hair (without a hairnet, mask or gloves) rudely tried to skip me for someone she knew behind me after I’ve been waiting almost an hour. Because I was cordial and nicely asked her can she please give me my food that I already paid for and patiently waited for so I can leave the store clerk literally had a mental meltdown and began cussing at me like a pirate. That one of the cook’s had to stop what he was doing to tend to the waiting customers. The cook too appeared to be tired of this clerks behavior. However my food was good but it would have been better if I didn’t have to deal with the unnecessary attitude problem. Would be 3 stars or more if I didn’t.
