I Dropped my laptop and broke it Friday, was told by Best Buy that it would take 3 to 4 weeks and wanted me to purchase a whole new laptop for $800 until mine was fixed. Brought it here instead, and he fixed it within an hour and for a fraction of the price it would cost me else where. One of the sweetest and personable gentlemen I’ve ever met! My new computer guy!!
I had called the store and asked an employee there whether or not they carried any S9014 transistor triodes for purchase and the gentleman went out of his way to search for and obtain such a unique and tiny component, sent me high quality pictures of them, and offered me a very fair price. The response was professional, timely, and very helpful. I would recommend Plymouth Computers if youre looking for a store that has employees that care.

I found out about this store by randomly searching for a computer repair to fix an issue with my laptop. Nasser was super great, so knowledgable and have a great experience in his career. Dont look any further! Go to them!!My computer suffered a bad fall, and being a Mac Pro I had no idea what to expect in terms of waiting time (parts are expensive and normally ordered as needed). I cant work without my computer...I was feeling trapped. I took my computer over for an evaluation, they let me know the problem and even accepted me going over past closing hours to order the part on a Friday to try to speed up the process. My happy thoughts expectation was to get it by Thursday, given the wait for the part. What was my surprise to get a call saying it was ready before noon on Tuesday!I have nothing but to thank them for the help and fast service!Their price is fair, and their service falls no shorter than excellent! And if you need it fast... they can do it too!
My wife recently passed away and the only thing my son is excited about is building his own computer. Searched high and low for installation screws. Either places were closed or didnt sell them. The owner of this business was so nice and just gave me the screws I needed. And he refused to take my money. I will remember this place.

I brought my gaming rig in due to an overheating cpu, my issue was resolved quickly and just happened to be some wiring in my pump that had somehow disconnected. I was updated often on the progress of my order and my diagnosis was entirely truthful. On top of my diagnostic my drivers were updated as well as other maintenance I had managed to overlook and I was shown my issues in detail in order to avoid them. I felt comfortable in a place that I could entrust my rig. Ill definitely return in the future.
The guy who owns/runs the place is super accommodating and kind, and also does his best to save you money. The shop itself is also nice and has a good selection of electronics you can buy if needed, like headphones, screens, etc. Very knowledgable dude who got things done quickly. I would recommend to everyone I knew who had phone/computer problems.

Awesome service. He doesnt charge you anything more than what is required, and he is a genius at fixing whatever computer problem you have. A+ service, and he sells products/computers too. Shouldve originally bought my computer from him, and Im sure I wouldnt have had my current computer problems (but he fixed them anyways).
I purchased a used HP from Plymouth Computer. I had difficulty connecting to my WiFi. I called then returned with the computer to the store. I was extremely impressed with the skill of Maher. He established that the computer was not at fault. The apparent problem was the lack of strength of my WiFi signal. He supplied an amplifier, and back at home, I had WiFi.The patience he had with my 84 year old mind and body is commendable. I sincerely appreciate the service I received and I fully recommend Plymouth Computer.
Great experience! Helpful on the phone, great in store service. Put new battery in my iPhone 8. Apple would have done the same, only I had to mail it to them and wait 5 to 9 days. Here, I dropped it off and came back in a few hours. Will use again and have already recommended this business to others. Thanks! Very happy camper!
Incredibly Impressive! My 2010 MacBook Pro died. I needed a new laptop and my files from the previous hard drive. Thankfully there was Nassar, the owner. I brought in my old MacBook, he was extremely welcoming. He explained everything perfectly. He gave me numerous options, sold me a newer, refurbished MacBook that was completely updated and more powerful, and got me a great deal! He transferred all of my files completely and gave me all of my old parts and I had a smile from ear to ear! Simply phenomenal! Hes my new computer guy! Beyond an excellent experience! I highly recommend!!

I refuse to go anywhere else but here! I use to take my laptop to the Geek Squad and I refused to EVER go back there! Plymouth Computers & Phones analyzed my laptop and then were able to tell me EXACTLY what was wrong with my laptop. Every time I went to the Geek Squad they had no answers and my laptop was always worse off.Lastly, I will say that not only are these people good at what they do, Nasser was extremely professional, he responded quickly, was able to explain everything (as mentioned above) and the price was great!

Im pretty sure my 13yr old daughter broke her iPhone 6 on purpose, thinking she would get the new $1000 iPhone 11. Good thing I found this repair shop. I called 4 other places, and they had the best prices. The service was awesome. The tech was knowledgeable about the phone, and he gave me advice on how to get the most out of the older model phone. I needed a laptop screen replaced. They were quick, reasonable, and did an excellent job at a more than fair price.This is a father and son shop, and the best part of my experience there was the father telling me the work I required was too delicate for him. Only to beam with pride telling me his son could, hes the best there is.
Great service, great price, great people. I took my laptop there for them to change the broken screen. They did change the screen and also at no cost, fastened loosed screws and replaced missing screws. They are simply awesome. I will definitely go back there. I dont live in this area, came to visit family for a week but had to do school work while I was here and forgot my charger to my Dell laptop. Went to Best Buy and they had one that wasnt even the right one, it was for an HP, and it was loose, didnt even fit right for $60 and then they had one that was the same that somebody returned for $50. I was not impressed with Best Buy, so while we were at BB, my cousin googled and called Plymouth Computers & Phones. He said he had a cord for me that would fit. So, when I got there he had one that fit my laptop better than the one I DID NOT buy at BB. Plymouth Computer & Phones is great! I received great customer service, he was super nice and down to earth, very helpful in my mini dilemma, and they had great prices. He could tell that I needed to have a charger and the appropriate charger at that, to get my work done ..... I was very impressed! If need be, I will be coming back here, if I am in town. Thank you!

Five star and first class service. Cant even imagine why anyone would leave anything negative On here. The store itself isnt dingy like other computer places Ive been to. Everything is organized and very clean. The Owners are great people. Malek opened an hour early for us Knowing we needed our computer screen fixed urgently. The model of our dell is relatively new and he had the screen in stock. Very reasonable pricing. The cost to replace my phone screen at Apple was almost the same and thats in comparison to a full size computer. Only took 15 minutes to replace. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience!!!! My young son tripped, fell, and busted our old, outdated laptop LCD screen. Nassar was immediately available and ready to help that evening. Other places I called a bit closer to our home were brusk and overpriced. Nassar was the opposite! He was kind, thorough, and less expensive than the others. He had it done within two hours. He is a great guy who loves what he does. I cannot recommend him enough!

This was one of the best purchasing experiences I have had in a long time.They stayed open later on a Sunday so my boy and I could look at the MacBook Pros he had for-sale.He was very nice, great people person. Best computer repair in the city, I came here twice to get my computer problems figured out and the Owner here was amazing with letting me know what was up and what was needed to get my computer fixed. They will explain everything you need to know so there is no confusion or misunderstandings. Ill be coming here for ALL my future computer problems, its safe to say that these guys are the best around.
I went and got my phone repaired at this shop... my screen was a mess and I was completely happy with the results when they fixed it. A few days later, the whole screen itself becomes loose....like the screen is literally peeling off around the edges. When I go to push it back in, the screen cracks. I payed $175 for the repair, and I asked him several times if it was at OEM screen and he said it was... turned out to be just a really cheap plastic screen replacement, and now I have to pay again to get it fixed. Completely unsatisfied.

I found this companys ad on craigslist, brought my computer to this company and in less than 48 hours, I had a brand new machine! It was running fast and had all of the security features and programs installed that were helpful and efficient for my business! This guy is amazing. Great and friendly staff, took the time to help me with my needs in any way they could. This post is long overdue. I brought my moms tablet in which had a broken screen. I wasnt sure if it could be fixed or even if I would not be able to get all the data off it. As I was standing there frustrated and unaware as what to do, the owner came over and explained all my options to me. He helped with getting all the data off and needless to say, I couldnt thank him enough! I highly recommend this place for your repair needs.

Nasir was great. He is very knowledgeable, but most importantly honest. My laptop stopped charging. The charger would not go all the way in the port. I originally took my laptop to Best Buy where I purchased it. They never tested it. They said they do not do repairs in the store and that I would have to pay $85 for them to send out and then whatever cost it would be to repair the found issue. I instead brought my laptop to Plymouth computers, Nasir initially said it could be a few things, but he tried a new charger and problem resolved. $30 for a new charger. He is great and I will certainly be back and will recommend him to anyone. Nasir values his customers as people and not like a $ like other places I have gone. I really appreciate and respect that. Im very thankful, Nasir.
I couldnt have asked for more! I was terrified not knowing what the outcome would be after losing data from two sources. I went to BestBuy after damaging my laptops motherboard and had my data backed up onto another source and suddenly that stops working too! I called the staff here and they were amazing, and more importantly super knowledgeable and were willing to listen to what had happened. He laid out all of my options and wouldnt give up despite calling me to inform me that I had a damaged source! I truly appreciate all of your hard work! After going to Best Buy for Geek Squad, who stated that theyll take some months, and PC Gladiator, whos owner said they there was no way my laptop could be fixed- I am so happy that I stopped in Plymouth Computer&Phone. TRUE experts. Incredible technician took the time to actually diagnose the issue and work very tediously to fix my laptop. He took my laptop apart and put it back together like surgery. I bought a used phone from them, and the first night I put it on my charger before bed it overheated and melted the charging port. I brought it in but they would not accept the return despite obviously selling me a defective phone.

My laptop screen was cracked, so i took it in to get repaired. The price for a new screen was a little high for me, and when i expressed this the tech suggesed that he could get me a refurbished screen for only 80 dollars!!! the screen looks brand new!! Also i was on my way to work at the time so he fixed it in 10 min for me!! Thank you soo much.

Took my MacBook computer first to the Apple Store and then Microcenter once somebody at the Genius Bar told me to do so. They told me my battery was broken because the SafeMag wasnt lighting up and my logic board was broken and irreplaceable. They said I should cut my losses and get a new one. I took it to Plymouth Computers & Phones and he fixed it within maybe two minutes. I am dead serious. My MacBook is working fine and healthy and I was about to buy a $130 battery for absolutely nothing. Please skip the Apple Store and Micro Center and come here! Amazing shop!!!
I work nearly exclusively off of my phone, so when my screen shattered I needed it to be fixed immediately. I brought it in and these guys fixed it within 15 minutes! They were so accommodating and wanted to make sure I was all set before they closed up, it was a terrific experience!

This place is awesome! I took my computer with a busted screen in and my daughters computer that would not start up. I dropped them both off around 3, and I was able to pick them up by 6:30. The service was fast, and the people were very friendly. I am a very satisfied customer, and I can say they went above and beyond what was expected.

Awesome guys here.. I called all over to find a screen for a note 3 no one had it in stock.. and it would take almost a week to get.. except here. I took my wifes phone to get the lcd screen and glass replaced.. and the guys gave her a new battery for FREE.. Im glad I drove over 40 minutes to get here.. I purchased a late 2012 iMac based on an ad on Letgo. The first issue is that the iMac has a wall mount stand attached. This wasnt mentioned in the description nor was it visible on the picture in the ad. I already own an iMac, so I figured i could just swap the stands out. I was wrong. Its only possible if you remove the glass panel which isnt easy to do. Its also not recommended by Apple that you attempt to do this. I want a refund. Ive been calling the store. Ive left a message. They have yet to respond.

Nasser went above and beyond for me. The keyboard on my work computer broke and I was referred to Nasser. Nasser got me the keyboard in a few days. He immediately called me when it came in and I dropped off my computer. After about a hour, Nasser informed me they had sent the wrong piece. I was nervous because my work computer is essential and I had upcoming meetings. Nasser assured me he would make it work. I put my trust in him and it paid off. After about 6 hours (3 hours past the store closing), Nasser reached out to let me know he had finished it. I didnt expect him to work past closing hours but he did exactly that and it meant the world to me. I went to the store and my computer looked brand new. I couldnt believe it. Nasser is amazing. Most people would have given up but Nasser did not. He made sure my computer was fixed. I whole heartedly reccomend Nasser for any electronic problem.

Incredibly happy I came here. Got a 240GB SSD installed, windows 10 install, external enclosure for my internal HD and my fan duct cleaned, for a GREAT price. Highly recommend. Also, wont try to upsell on stuff you may not need. Just educates you on potential options and what the benefits of doing X, Y or Z are. Never felt pressured.

Malek did a great job repairing my shattered iPhone glass in less than an hour. He was very friendly, the business was clean and the custom service was fantastic! I would definitely go back there.
Malek took very good care of me, reasonable price, and speedy repair. Dropped my HTC Desire 626 off at 1:45 and it was done by 2:30. Came in under $50 out the door. Awesome. When I picked my phone up, he even let me hang out in the A/C while I waited for my Uber driver. Go see this guy HE WILL GET YOU RIGHT!!

Brung my gaming pc in to get checked out just to see if anything was wrong with it..the owner informed me that it needed some piece and wanted to buy it from me for 50$ so I thought something was really wrong with my gaming pc so i let it sit in my storage for months then decided to post it online for 350$ to whoever buys them or fix them sooo someone buys its for 350$...The guy i sell it to informed me nothing was wrong with my gaming pc so not only could i have sold it for more money i also lost alot of money because they lied and told me my gaming pc needed a part!!! Smh!!!!

On July 30th, 2016, my phone screen went out because of my tinkering with it. So I took my phone to Malek at Plymouth Computers & Phone to be fixed. He told me that my antenna was bad and needed replacing. Charged me $35 to fix it. Now mind you, im a little tech savvy and had reason to doubt a bad antenna which is for reception, not a black screen. After some research on YouTube, I had forgot to snap the display connector back in place. Moral of this true story...TRUTH outweighs a LIE any day. Support them at your own risk or risk losing unnecessary money for something thats functional and not bad like I did. Shame! Where is the integrity!?!

I had my I phone Xr repaired there and when they gave it back it was fine for one day or so and the screen fell off completely not only that my wife took a computer there to see what it was worth and he said $20 but yet he had the same one for saleFor $350Total bs place they make you wait for no reason like there is not other places to go that are better

These Iraqis boys are so rude and disrespectful they sold phones on craigslist when i drove to the address they gave me. They ask me to come inside when I was refusing to get in they were mad didnt want to come out with the phone and said to me go back home . Why do you have a business and sold things on craigslist? Im not meeting no Craigslist creature inside their place.

I took my iPhone there a couple of days ago, and this young gentleman was so helpful he was able to fix it right away, and the price was cheaper than going through Apple.

2022-07-19Repaired two laptop screens for me and one of them is my technical workstation and has all my years technical data. This guy is super competent and provide excellent customer service in terms of response time and technical knowledge. The back of my laptop is full of dust and he volunteered cleaned for me and make it like new. I am very satisfied with his service and definitely recommend for anybody looking for computer repair service.

2022-03-22My Son lost his data that He had been working on for over two years. He thought it was over and reformatted his hard drive. We brought it in and was told He could retrieve the lost data. He did just that and helped and made it better than new. Very satisfied with the service and the price. It’s refreshing to find someone who takes pride in his work. They have used computers or any other electronic needs. Need a repair?, they took care of us and they will you . I googled computer repair near me and took a chance in a desperate moment of wanting my laptop to work for a trip I was taking. So glad I did because they solved my issue in very little time.
