Comment: They lied to try and get me to pay almost $800 in extra cost not covered by American home shield. First he said I had a closed water system needed and expansion tank to bring up to code . When proved I had an open system he than said tank was required by all manufactures as of 2024 another lie . I went over two months with no hot water due to his lies . Than they show up with a $300 hot water heater when I have a $1500 tank . But still wanted to charge me for things I did not need. The tank was probably my home warranty company but the delay was all them . I paid another plumber to put in a Bradford white tank . This company is horrible . I can’t Exspress how angry I was and not with just the plumber but with AHS the insurance company for making me prove their lies. Honestly it was so much time calling both of them going no where. They are paid little to nothing for their contract with AHS . And in turn make it up by charging customers money they do not have to pay and AHS LETS THEM DO IT . They are not even close to me . 2 counties away over 2 hour drive . And AHS would not send another plumber . Not looking forward to the owner trying to spin this and making up what ever he has to say to refute this review . Been lied to so much it is frustrating. But I had no control over what company they sent . AHS is the worst home warranty company . Avoid having service through this plumber if they are sent out by AHS . You will find your self filing in small claims court because neither will be on your side .

Comment: My “repair” was through my insurance company ($125 copay) . Both my husband and I have medical issues and at the time was going through chemo. The young tech that came out to “repair” our toilet low flush issue did nothing but look at it, adjust the water level, flushed the empty toilet several times (with no toilet paper) said it was flushing, took a picture and left. Well the toilet continued (continues) with low flush. I called them back. The tech came back, I asked if he would replace the guts of the toilet. Of course he said no because it works. I would not recommend the company to anyone. Note, because they said they repaired the toiled the insurance company would require yet another copay😡 The repair was done by my husband (who suffers from cancer n fibromyalgia) soooo disappointed. I did file a complaint with my insurance company. Again, I would not recommend at all!!

Comment: Job well done... Excellent! A few weeks ago I was on the hunt for a new plumbing company to clean my main drain line. My slow drains seem to occur about every 2-3 years, and I have found the best way to clean them is with a power snake, and an experienced plumber. Our home was built in 2006, and some plumbing shortcuts leave a lot to be desired! Needless to say, recently I had heard strong recommendations from my neighbors about a plumbing company by the name of PLYMWR. I called their office and spoke with a knowledgeable and polite young person answering the phone, I explained my dilemma to her, and she promptly suggested a clean out of my main line with a power snake. We immediately determined a time and date for the service call. The plumber sent was very courteous, professional, and experienced. He decided his plan of action was to snake the line to the property line... carefully. I was at the connecting point of the main line with a flashlight to observe the heavy blockage the power snake pushed through the NOW OPENED main line. In less than 30 minutes he had snaked the line, picked up his tools, cleaned up under the sink and kitchen floor area, removed the power snake to his truck, and unclogged the main line! FANTASTIC SERVICE ALL AROUND! I am someone who NEVER writes reviews but I must reiterate here,,, this company with their service and experienced plumber was simply THE BEST! Great job, and I appreciate his dedication to his work! I will continue to spread the word with my neighbors and friends looking for plumbing assistance to contact PLYMWR plumbing.

Comment: Phill pulled out my old water heater and reinstalled the new one, explaining everything along the way. I’m kind of a busybody homeowner so I want to watch every step but he filled me in as I asked questions and explained all of the different situations I might deal with and why my situation is different than others. I feel like the service set me up better than I was before and he also made me feel the value of the service he was providing. Top tier maintenance professional, Phill, made the install a breeze. He even gave me tips on what household tool brands are the best, considering he uses them on a daily basis. Outstanding.Phill is the real deal that other companies wish they had. Safe travels, dude.

Comment: Nikk the Receptionist was given specific instructions to let me know an hour prior to technician Chris arrival because there are dogs on premises as part of safety and precautionary measures She failed to do so miserably. The technician Chris said the office did not notify him whatsoever. And to make matters worse Chris the technician came unto private property without permission and no prior authorization from the owner. Trespassing unto private property. I told him never to do that again. They are unprofessional to say the least. I do not recommend this company.I can write more but Im going to leave it at this for now.

Comment: This was a fantastic experience! I booked through my home warranty (American Home Shield) and was booked an appointment quickly. I was notified of their arrival time, and they arrived promptly. Darin was very professional and fast! He was fast in fixing our squeaky pipes and leaky faucet. He talked me through each step to help me understand the problem and what he was doing to fix it. Very impressed and happy with their service. Will keep them as my go-to plumber for our new home!

Comment: On ride home last night was cut off by a work truck with PLYMWR logo. The truck was a hot pink color. The guy cut off a bunch of cars than proceeded to the shoulder and almost hit a few cars. This was around ontario ave on the 15. He then swerved to the left and cut off 2 or 3 cars to try to get to the fast trac at which point he drove over the pilons to get on which I have seen many cars/trucks do, but none with a work truck logo blasting the name of the company they work for or own. Very reckless driving ! Please tell your workers to slow down and drive legally, especially in a company work truck.Update- The owner says the truck was stolen. Did you make a police report? Maybe I should call in and see if I could be of assistance in the investigation?

Comment: Total scammers, avoid at all costs. Had a home warranty claim and they were sent to replace a damaged water heater, which should have been simple. But no. The technician came up with a laundry list of supposed mandatory add-ons totaling over $800, which I was supposed to pay out of pocket (including such ridiculousness as $155 for straps, when they were already present and even if needed to be replaced can be bought for less than $20). Subsequent to that insanity, I contacted my usual licensed general contractor to complete the job. He verified the list of mandatory add-ons was totally bogus, and what was necessary was fairly priced. Greedy businesses like this who try to take advantage of a consumers knowledge gaps should be avoided, and it is my strong recommendation you avoid this one.

Comment: This is my experience with Plymwr Plumbing. I give this company a one star and if I could they would get 0 stars. I recommend that you don’t use this Plymwr Plumbing unless you want to get ripped off.I had a garbage disposal issue. The garbage disposal wasn’t working so their plumber came out and fixed the issue. The same sink that the garbage disposal was connected to became clogged which also clogged the bathroom sink adjacent to the kitchen. Now I didn’t have a clog/blockage until after he fixed the disposal. Call the plumber back out about 2-3 minutes after he left and this plumber stated there’s a blockage, or a clog in the sink and this is separate and I need to call again to place another order to have someone to come out and fix it. Needless to say, if you have a garbage disposal, that isn’t working, then the sink is automatically going to be clogged up not knowing that there’s a blockage.So I did speak with management and she said that I’ll need to call and get charged all over again for someone else to come out and snake out the kitchen line. So instead of me arguing with her I just took a loss and hired another plumbing company to come out and fix the issue which only took them 3 to 5 minutes to fix it.So I am writing this review to just let everyone know my experience and to warn you all to be careful with this company. Evidently they do not care about their reviews or their customers. I will never patronize this company again and I hope you all don’t either. That other company couldn’t believe that this happened and said I should file a complaint, because as soon as he snaked out the kitchen sink everything started working again. Please take heed to what I’m saying. We all work too hard to have to double pay and to get ripped off. Please remember to check your reviews because on yelp, there are 2.3 star company.

Comment: Only plumber in my area that contracts with American Home Shield Insurance. They came out for a non-working septic pump which was covered by the insurance but just as others have noted and BBB said - Plymwr DEMANDED a $760 modification fee. Total extortion as I am a trained contractor and the modification fee they claimed was mandatory was for modifying a 6 foot piece of exposed pvc pipe that was less than a year old!! If they ask you for modification - that is there term for we are going to rip you off!! I asked them to explain the modification and they refused. One employee admitted that they dont get paid enough from insurance so they have to get more from the customer to make up for it. They must think we are idiots to have the nerve to ask for $760 for absolutely nothing. Extortion at its worse!! If AHS refers you to them document everything, demand a cash out, and sue for conspiracy to defraud, extortion, and fraud.

Comment: Used because they are part of AHS. My mainline clog was not fixed. Guy showed up I explained problem, he flushed toilet a couple times and said I had no problem. That’s about 4 gallons of water. He assured me if I did in fact have a problem he or other in his company would return. Tried washing clothes, water started draining out of downstairs toilet. The female that answers the phone asked what did I expect them to do. Return and fix was what I expected, she had an attitude and said they couldn’t come back for another week. Called another company, problem immediately diagnosed, Sent a camera down, the clog was 60 feet out, I saw it.. Problem solved. I preferred to pay out of pocket. If AHS tries to assign this company to you, decline and get another! AHS refunded my service fee. That is saying A LOT!!! This was short version of my nightmare with this company.

I called AHS and I was told that they were covered. I needed the repair done asap in order for escrow to close the next day. They scheduled me for 5 days out and said they would come on Saturday Dec 9, between 12-4 pm. Worst part is I can’t call anyone because they don’t answer due to “office hours”! Comment: Horrible! Worst customer service EVER! I requested a kitchen faucet to be replaced through my home warranty. I was assigned Plymwr Plumbing. It took more than a week for them to show up. The technician who came knocked on the door, then attempted to leave before we came to the door. We had to go chasing after him to come back. He was extremely rude, to the point that we considered asking him to leave because we were so uncomfortable with him being in the house. However, wed waited a week to get the faucet fixed, so we let him continue. He diagnosed the problem - the faucet handle was broken and needed to be replaced.(Duh!) We already knew that - we had the replacement faucet. He said that he had to get an authorization from the home warranty policy to replace the faucet and left! The next day Plymwr Plumbing receptionist called to tell me that the faucet replacement was declined by my home warranty - but that they would replace it at a cost of $150. I had already paid my home warranty (American Home Shield) $100. I told them that considering the horrible treatment wed already received, we werent interested in paying them for anything. I called my home warranty program to get a refund. The person was very nice and gave me a full refund. They also made a note on my account to never let Plymwr Plumbing step foot in our house again! Good riddance to bad service!

I have dealt with two plumbers from there and they were knowledgeable, honest and helpful. Comment: Honesty I’m not happy! Ricardo was polite and well mannered and a showed me how to light the pilot. BUT…I was supposed to get a brand new water heater. I paid what was asked of me. I received a water heater that was damaged (see picture). Instead of just replacing it, I’m being convinced that it’s just cosmetic and the water heater will work just fine. That may be the case, but in the event it doesn’t then what. Am I going to have to explain that this damaged water heater was installed like this? Not good business!THEN, I noticed my bath towel and a washcloth, that I had in a pile to wash prior to him coming, was used to clean up dirt and water off the floor (see picture). Why would you do that? Maybe ask if it’s ok to use. I could have given him something else to use so I don’t have to throw away a bath towel.Lastly, I had to clean up some trash that was left in and out of the garage area (see picture).So right now I’m just and very disappointed and HOPE I don’t have further issues with this new damaged water heater.

When I returned, a water heater was installed but not working. During the installation, they knocked a small hole in a bedroom door, broke the stairway railing and added several scratches and gouges, scratch the wall in several places, and put three dings in the floor at the bottom of the stairs. I have called three times and sent them pictures, but no response. I had to let them in a week later to finally get the water heater working, and now it works but they broke the deck stairway.I filed a complaint with the better Business bureau. They tried for 2 weeks to contact these people but no response. Ive called numerous times, including recently after they posted the Google response below, but now they dont answer my call. I will try again but its obvious they are ignoring me... Who who are these guys and who treats people like that?

Comment: Hilarious story. I have this Rheem water heater with a warranty. Its covered until 2028. My water heater was leaking. I call american home shield. I pay my fee. This clown does a video call. States we need a new water heater. Cool, figured as much. The plumber calls Rheem, and is told EVERYTHING is covered, including the $350 of a T&P and something else, I dont speak that-- (anyhow I didnt know this portion yet). So american home shield states that Im required to pay the $350 (for a T& P something) Im like alrighty lets do that (again Im unaware of the convo that the plumber had with rheem) fast forward, 7/3/23 about 4pm. I get a call... basically I am going to have to cover additional monies, if any up to $600 for the water heater bc Rheem doesnt honor their warranties. Anyhow, Im like wait, if Im going to pay $1k potentially for my covered water heater, I will pay someone local that I know and like. Fyi, they were due to come out on the 4th of july. I cancelled. On 7/5 I call American home shield, we conference call the plumber. Again some dumb garbage. So we call Rheem, who sends over the transcripts with the plumber. Ol boy knew everything was covered and attempted to scam us out of additional money (T&P and the heater). Thanks but no. Guess how much my water heater cost, not using this plumber? $0. Due to their lack of quality payment rails, they have the outdated options of credit card payments at 4% or Zelle to some random phone number. Nothing in writing is presented and no legitimate receipts are offered. Furthermore the owner seems to be unavailable with a voicemail box completely full (probably with other complaints) this company is a disaster and would rather use intimidation tactics rather than quality customer service to get their way. Comment: Its been over a week that they came by. The guy opened up the wall, the 2x4 came apart as soon as he touched it. The young guy they sent to my house tried saying that we have a termite problem that thats why the wood was rotten. Even before running the water upstairs. I told him ummm NO. Theres a clear water issue/leak going on look at the water residues look at the drywall. He told me to turn on my upstairs sink and nothing. I told him HOW ABOUT IF WE TURN ON THE SHOWER and he said its not necessary then after mentioning it several times he agreed. I did and sure enough it was raining inside my wall. You could clearly see where the pipe was leaking from in 3 parts. I called because I had a problem with my water heater, they told me that I had to change it and it was going to cost me almost $900.00 more because they had to put something in so that it would be with the new codes. They take time, they did not answer the phone to make an appointment, it was terrible. After they came, they did not finish the installation, they used the parts of the old water heater, and they did not return my money. AHS sent the job order to Plymwr Plumbing Company, within 24 hours Plymwr Plumbing sent technician Phil to temporarily fixed the water heater issue for the day. On the same day Phil wrote up the diagnosis report to American Home Shield for approval of new water heater replacement. Within 4 days we got new water heater installed. The whole process was fast, everyone was very awesome to work with.The work was very neat and professionally done. Comment: This is the most incompetent plumbing service I’ve ever encountered. They have no idea how to schedule, manage their technicians time or actually repair what they are hired to repair. They came to my house to replace a recirculating pump and fix a leak. The technician didn’t have all parts to complete the job so he had to go to Home Depot. When he came back and finished the pump he left before turning our hot water heater back on or checking to see if what he did actually worked. It does not. When you plug in the pump he installed the hot water heater turns off. When with the pump is unplugged, I’ve still basically got cold water. Also he never fixed the other leak. You’d think if I called in to tell them I’m living with cold water because of their mistake they’d hurry to fix it, but here we are a day in a half later and no one has scheduled me a follow appointment after 4 calls, 2 voicemails and a bunch of texts to the technician. Saying this company doesn’t care would be an understatement. Save yourself the brain damage and avoid at all costs.

Comment: AHS sent a plumber to fix a valve leak in the bathroom on January 2022. The plumber came and he did not have the parts and so he went to Home Depot. I told him to chage the stem valve and he agreed but did not change it but just replaced the washer only. The leak started again in October and the plumber from Plymwr Plumbing went there and replaced the washer again.The leak started again in November on the same exact valve and they refused and wanted a new work order from the AHS. Since AHS is the one who contracted out the work order it is their responsibility for the repairs that were made. Since the same issue is there it means the previous company didnt do their jobs properly. I will request AHS to send another plumbing company as i am thoroughly disappointed with this company. We had to use plymrw as it was designated through our new homeowners insurance for what we thought would be a very simple fix as our bathtub water will not get hot (even though everywhere else in the house has hot water). So they sent someone out, we paid the visit fee after about an hour he said he had to go to Home Depot to get a part…never came back said “they didn’t sell the part and we can’t turn the water back on because what he did now the tub runs.” Really just left us with an exponentially bigger problem UNABLE to turn on the water as when the water for the house is on the bathtub now just runs…it’s been two days of having no water and the plumber and company are 100% unresponsive and we can’t get ahold of anyone!!!!! Comment: My home warrantee company sent out Alverez Plumbing of LaQuinta, the 2 of them came out and didnt feel like working that day and left, so the warrantee company sent out Pkymr Plummer. Ive had both good and bad experiences with this company. Sevice tech Gregory was on time and ready to work. He diagnosed and replaced faulty kitchen faucet. Works well now. He then replaced 2 internal toilet fixtures. One of them is working good now, the other needs a flush valve, and it is not filling up with enough water to cause it to flush. He says hes coiming back .. Well, well see. So far so good. Ill add to this review when the final issue with the other toilet is resolved . Gregory was a hard worker and gave no excuses or sob stories. I would recommend them for the work I had done today. The key will be how long it takes to fix to toilet he was unable to finish. I tried to call the company to set up the return appointment and even though the web page said they were open, the answering machine said they were closed.To be continued.

Comment: The second day after installation water was discovered on the garage floor(video of floor water is available via iphone).The water tank was leaking into the base of tank and then into the overflow pan.A drain line was not connected to the overflow pan so water filled and exited at the level of the pan opening.Water entered the base of the raised platform that supports the water heater and exited under the wall of the platform and puddled on the garage floor (video is available via iphone.Water supply to the tank was turned off. Comment: If I could give this company a 0 stars I would. My pilot light from my water heater keeps going out. During the cold days I had to light it 3 times a day but recently since it hasnt been that cold, its been staying on but wanted my warranty company (First American) to send a plumber out to look at it. First the technician (Colin) did a virtual call with me which was fine due to the circumstances right now. He looked at it from my camera and advised I needed the copper wire from ignitor replaced. So the company called me to schedule the fix. The guy (Joey) came out and I honestly dont think he knew what he was doing. He looked frustrated and broke my burner assembly bracket. He tried to put the burner assembly back in place and then ask me if the pilot looks ok? Are you kidding me? He is the expert, not me! I cant believe a plumber asked a customer if something looks ok. After that, I told him nothing better happen to my garage or house. He said he didnt feel comfortable with it and just left everything how it was. I was livid and furious. This was on a Friday so I had no hot water for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and today is Tuesday. Not 1 single person from this company has called me back. I have left several messages, text to the owner and nothing. I cannot believe this company is still in business. I would never ever recommend this company. They break your parts and just leave it with no care at all. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and writing as many bad reviews I can. People save your money, your stress and DO NOT Contact this company. If your warranty company suggest them, ask for another plumbing company!!

Communication is horrible and so is there scheduling. They hardly ever answer messages. They’ll come out, assess the problem then come out a week later to fix it and then if there’s another problem you might get them a week later. And when you think all is done you wait another week for them to come out and diagnose a faulty part they installed. Comment: I have had my home warranty for 7 years and used them a few times with no issues. This time I filed like every other issue and that is where the lack of communication began. I played the middle man between my warranty company and Plymwr due to not seeing any progress. Original claim was for the water heater and shower. After back and forth with blame from each side to the other I wanted to play neutral and just get the problem taken care of. I thought it would be over when the owner of Plymwr contacted me asking if it had been resolved. He stated he would get on the phone with my warranty and take care of it. Soon after we had an appt for the water heater to be fixed. I even wrote a positive review, but I spoke to soon. The original request was put in on Oct. 19th and the water heater was installed early Nov. We went about 3 weeks with no hot water and we have 3 little ones. The shower, even as of today, has not been looked at. After calling, emailed, texting the owner and the receptionist... no response. Not until I told them to cancel the job, that it had been reassigned and to cancel the second job with them as well. I truly thought they were doing right, but I can see that wasnt the case. Not only did I tell my warranty that I do not want to use this company in the future, I recommended that they not use them at all for any customers. Comment: Used my home warranty to assist in fixing a water temperature control issue that is affecting the shower and possibly the dishwasher (does not appear the soap is dissolving all the way indicating the temperature is not hot enough) so I thought it was likely the water heater, which appears poorly installed, rusted joints, possibly calcified on the inside, from when I originally bought the house.I teach chemistry and physics from my house now, during the day, so it is often difficult for me to answer phone calls when anyone calls. I always attempt to return phone calls later, however Plymwr is difficult to get a hold of on the phone on customers time. I was able to make an appointment, and the first Plumber from Plymwr came out and said it was not the water heater but the cartridge and cap of the water temperature lever in the shower. I said I found that unlinkely to be the culprit because I had just replaced that unit myself a week prior, with no change in water temperature consistency. He took the unit out, and ran water through it open, which sprayed water everywhere (held shower curtain closed) to see if anything was in there clogging it. He showed a few very tiny pebbles that I am to assume came out from the stream. We turned the water off, and he put the unit back in, and re assembled the handle for the shower. He suggested replacing the back pressure balance valve, said he would order the part and someone would come back to install it. The shower actually retained hot water better now, although still after 5-10 minutes of a shower, if you have the handle on anything less than max heat it will still lose heat. Second plumber arrived with what appeared to be the part the first plumber had ordered. Instead of installing this part, he quickly reassessed the work of his predecessor and determined that this was not the part that needed replacing. He seemed determined to replace the part I had already replaced and left in search of parts. After returning unable to find the parts, he said they would have to order the part, reassembled the shower and left. Late, later that evening, my husband tried to take a shower. Nothing but cold water came out of the shower for a long time. My husband woke me up and showed me what was up since I was the only one home while the plumber was here, and all of a sudden out of nowhere, scalding hot water. We decided to just turn off the water and call Plymwr in the morning, however when you rotated the lever, the water wouldn’t even shut off anymore! My husband and I turned off the water to our whole house (house is pretty old and the valves to turn off the water just to that bathroom are rusted and next to impossible to turn) took the handle and plate off, turned the water back on and discovered water was leaking back behind the shower wall and was spraying like the inside of a sinking submarine everywhere out of the cartridge and cap. We immediately turned off the water. I have texted, called repeatedly, and emailed Plymwr to please come back out here ASAP to at least get the shower back to the condition it was in after plumber 1 left. I have not gotten a response from Friday to today (Monday) so far. Saturday morning I called the home warranty company and let them know what was happening, and they made this a priority case since our whole house has to be without water since with it on it’s a shower catastrophic failure, and said they would recall Plymwr out to the house ASAP. I understand this issue occurred on a Thursday night to Friday morning, and that weekends arenot usually considered business days, but Plymwr has limited Saturday hours listed, and I find it unprofessional to not at least have contacted me yet from my own messaging or from the home warranty’s recall. I also find it unprofessional that plumber two essentially broke my shower even more, left, and now not only do I not have a shower, but I have no ability to have running water at all in my house, and nobody will call me back. I’d love to take this review down after the situation is rectified.

Comment: I called American Home Shield (AHS) to report a leak upstairs seeping through my ceiling downstairs. The plumber came out FINALLY after a week of sitting on the call, AHS called them to set up the appointment. The plumber came out and looked at the ceiling and said its the wax seal on the toilet above the area. He replaced the wax seal and said all fixed and good to go. He didnt go through the drywall to actually investigate the problem because he was 100% sure this was the problem. Well lo and behold we paid $350 to get the drywall fixed and noticed the drywall was wet again in the same specific spot!! AHS called them up to come back as a courtesy to fix the problem and they refused. So were outta more than $500 at this point to get someone else out to actually do leak detection and fix the problem. Theyre unprofessional, unreliable, and unorganized based on waiting so long to even reach out to set up an appointment. To add insult to injury we also had a slow draining sink. He said that was fixed too. Nope!! Problem still exisit. Do your job!! People work hard for their income and this is unexcusable. If I could give them zero stars I would. Update: the problem was a busted pipe in the ceiling. If the guy from PLYMWR WOULDVE DID HIS JOB by cutting into the drywall the problem wouldve been found and fixed.

Comment: I would like to thank the owner and the people of Plymwr plumbing for Removing and Replacing my Water heater great job and well done.Customers should know that if you are using a home warranty it takes time to get the necessary paperwork approved and water heater,parts etc.purchased.But when all is approved and purchased, scheduled.My plumber.I dont recall his name,He got the job done in one hour and 20 minutes.I would highly recommend you using this company.Thanks again guys for all your help.C.grant

Comment: Had an issue with my water heater and my insurance agency went through Plymwr.Plymwr came and diagnosed, and then replaced my water heater. Overall, things went smoothly and the job is done. The biggest issue I had is that their communication with me was terrible. After their first visit to diagnose the issue, I didnt hear anything about how it went. I wasnt home so I wasnt able to talk to the plumber.I called over and over, and texted their text in number. Someone finally picked up the phone, I never got a response to the text. Their people are super nice. I just think maybe they need another secretary or two. I also received confirmation from my insurance that the parts had been ordered and didnt hear anything from Plymwr for over a day so I called over and over until someone picked up so I could book the service.Overall, the work is done and looks good, and the price seems fair. Just know if you work with them, you will need to take the initiative to get them to do the work, and spend a lot of time calling them over and over until someone gets on the line.

Comment: I had a horrible main line stoppage, contacted my warranty company that sent me to Plymwr plumbing. Contacted Tory as soon as they opened and she was able to squeeze me in by 9:30am!!!! Zeke arrived on time, assessed the situation and was able to clear the clog which was not easy in this old house. He was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I am so happy with this company and highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again if necessary. THANK YOU!!!!

Comment: Plymwr, and specifically Colin, are absolutely the best. I couldnt have asked for a more timely, efficient, honest, knowledgeable, and pleasant person to fix our issues with our water heater. His help left me pleased and grateful that I have American Home Shield insurance and that they contract with Plymwr Plumbing for plumbing repairs.

Comment: This is the worst plumbing company I have ever experienced. They are a company that work with our home warranty. They showed up for our appointment and didnt even knock on the door when we had a scheduled appointment. Our landlord called to reschedule the same day at 5:44pm and what a surprise, they didnt show up for another appointment this morning. They claim we never rescheduled even though we have proof we did. We called this morning to reschedule and let them know this water heater is causing damage to our home and EMILY was the rudest person I have ever spoke to. She kept making rude comments and saying we missed out appointment when my husband and myself have taken two days off from work for these people. She hung up on me after being rude then trying to apologize. Take your business elsewhere.

Comment: I must admit I never write reviews, but reading some of the reviews for this company I just had to respond. I just had Bobby install a hot water heater, he did a fabulous job. He returned calls, was timely, neat, and extremely friendly. He also has a secretary that returns and confirms all calls and appointments that I had with them, and she answers on the second ring.It seems unfair that some of the reviews are so negative. all of them do have one thing in common they have a home warranty with American shield, maybe thats the problem more so than the plumbers!Great experience and I will definitely call them for either plumbing needs I may have in the future.

Comment: 0 stars if I could! The skilled technician arrived to our house, spent less than 5 minutes diagnosing the problem. Snapped a photo of our water heater and stated that we needed a new one and that he would report it the home warranty company and then left.Weve had no hot water for over a week now, and the skilled technician never bothered to inform our Home Warranty company about the diagnosis. Had I not followed up with the home warranty company, this guy would have never informed the home warranty company about our issue and we would have kept waiting. The home warrant agent had to literally track him down to get the diagnosis through a social media page!!!! Because he wasnt answering emails nor calls! And when they finally got a hold of them, Plymwr had the audacity to over charge a ridiculous amount to replace our water heater. The home warranty company is ashamed of having this skilled technician represent their company. With all this said, stay the heck away from this company!!!

Comment: HORRIBLE experience. 0 stars. Technician came out for a stoppage in my sink. He did not remove the pipes under the sink and said he needed to hydro jet it which my home warranty, American Home Shield, does not cover. I was told I had to pay out of pocket on top of the copay I already paid. I automatically thought something was wrong so I called another company to get a second opinion. That plumber came out emptied the trap under my sink and problem was solved. I was charged less than my original copay. Plymwr Plumbing tried to take advantage of me and tried to get me to overpay. HORRIBLE business practices. Do not let them in your home!!!!!

Comment: I do not post many reviews.However, my experience was so exceptional with this company that I felt compelled to write one.I am a 52 year old home owner. We have an elderly person living here.We heard about this company through our home warranty company ACH.The main water line entering my home broke and we needed it fixed correctly and quickly.Plymwr was very understanding and even worked very late into the evening to make sure that my water was fully restored.I can not say enough good things about them.They are highly responsive and the price was right!They showed up on time, figured out the challenges and got the job done.We all know how scary it can be calling a plumber.I will be a client for many years to come and will let all my friends know.Thank you!

Comment: Plymwr Plumbing did a great job installing my new water heater and bringing it up to code. My old heater was leaking, they handled the whole process with my insurance. Had a new heater in 2 days. Fast process, very friendly and gave us some pointer for maintenance. Military friendly too. Will definitely recommend. Good job guys!
