***CONSUMERS & COMPANIES BE WARNED***Horrible service time and time again. My delivery requires an adult signature; however, if no one is home to give that signature you might as well consider your package lost because (a) ProMed will NOT attempt a second delivery; (b) ProMed will NOT contact you to arrange a new delivery; and (c) god forbid you attempt to reconcile the situation yourself by calling them because you will be left listening to the phone ring into eternity unless you hang up.To be clear, this is not a situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. I have had two (2) previous situations with ProMed not delivering my packages--both of which pre-date COVID. The present situation, which resulted in my review, is related to an attempted delivery in May and I waited more than three (3) weeks before posting this review.If, and when, I am contacted by ProMed and/or receive my package, I will provide an update.
Imagine a delivery company that will not tell you when your package is coming, and also requires you to be home to sign for it. Then also imagine that the tracking number they give you never updates or has any useful information. My friends, you no longer have to, because this company has all of those features.
Very disgusted by the appearance and cleanliness of the delivery driver that comes into my place of employment. She clearly does not bathe and seems uneducated, but also the phone that she hands me time and time again to sign is APPALLING! The filth that is on this device would choke a rat and I am expected to touch it. The screen is also so cracked Im afraid that my finger will start bleeding. Next time I am REFUSING to sign if changes arent made.
Crystal that works in customer service answering the phones need a different position (she needs a negative 5 on the star rating)...it has been multiple times that I have spoken to her and it has been a bad experience...then their driver dont do their job (knocking on customer doors) when delivering a package they just put it on the porch but from my understanding they should at least get a knock...experienced this first hand...

2022-04-22If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the courier service for our paychecks. Since the beginning of the year (2022) not only have they routinely delivered outside of the delivery window, they have delivered outside of our business HOURS. Couriers have tried to shove checks through the door, have left them on a desk without confirming someone received them, and have handed them to random people without confirming they are employees of the company. When the deliveries are outside of the delivery window there is zero communication on their end on any delays - we call them for updates. Additionally, they are alarmingly vague when giving updates using diction such as should, probably and might. The couriers cars break down frequently. One would think that in an interview for a courier service they would ensure their potential employees have reliable transportation. These are deliveries involving peoples livelihoods and should not be handled with such disregard or lack of care. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

2022-01-07I dont understand how they can say they specialize in time sensitive deliveries when theyve had my package marked for next day service for 4 business days now. The regular customer service number wont help me and the department that handles my package only has a VM no live calls go through and Ive yet to receive a call back. The message even states give your package an additional 7-10 days after YOU CALL for it to be delivered. Id love for someone to explain to me how thats next day service.

2022-01-16Ive been waiting quite some time for a delivery of holiday drinking glasses from Illinois. I finally received notification that it was delivered, and when I went to verify the delivery on my home camera, the ProMed Delivery man can be seen tossing my package--which was labeled as containing glass--several feet onto my porch.I contacted the contacted the company via their website and have heard nothing for over a week now. I even have the footage saved and told them I was willing to share it. Their response? Crickets.

2022-01-18Did finally receive the package, 8 days after delivery notification. It may just be poor notification, but had notified seller that no delivery occurred based on review of our security video. The actual delivery was fine and was within expected delivery window , but was 8 days after stated delivery notification.

2021-12-05Bad place to do deliveryBeware if you’re picking up their load over the weekend because timing could be issues and you won’t get layover or detention from broker. They Supposed to from open 8 Am to 7 Pm on Sunday but didn’t showed up until 8:45 pm and now I am in dispute with broker over detention which is not working out . I was hauling for Spot Freight . Double check with Broker for weekends load . Good Luck 👍

2021-11-17I came home from work to see that someone else’s medicine package was delivered to me. Since that person lived half a mile away from my home, I took it upon myself to deliver the package to the correct address. When I arrived to that address, I found a medicine package that was supposed to be delivered to my home on that person’s doorstep. How hard is it to read an address label and put packages where they belong? Inexcusable!

2022-01-18Never received an item that this company was tasked with couriering. After contacting ProMed I learned that after one unsuccessful delivery attempt they had decided my parcel was undeliverable and sent it back to China.

2021-04-01I would just like to say how happy I am with how fast I get my medication deliveries. This company is a life saver as you can no longer trust the US Mail. I hope my pharmacy continues using this company. ProMed will accommodate my hours at home or even deliver to my office at work.5 Star - Keep up the great work

2021-01-19I hate dealing with this company... they make every effort to avoid doing their job when they drop packages at my job. They will literally run away, hop in the van and pull off when you tell them they have returns (customer prepaid returns). Not even exaggerating. They’ll drop packages at our dock without even ringing our bell (anyone could just walk up and take them). It’s seriously a whole new level of incompetence and it’s sad. We miss Robert... the young guy. He always did what he was supposed to do.UPDATE: I just got an email saying this review helped over 500 people, so it’s only fair to make it known that their service has gotten so much better since my last review. The agent that does our drop offs is very polite and she does her job quickly and efficiently.
