2022-01-24This was the best cab I ever boarded. Firstly, I boarded it late due to my own reasons but the driver was very courteous to wait, next I provided the wrong location but still the driver made it a point to leave me at the right destination. Highly appreciate.

2019-02-16Came here to pick up the train to Chicago. As others have reported, parking is pretty limited — I would say 25 spots max — so consider taking an Uber or Lyft if you live somewhere close.Inside the “station” is an out-of-order snack machine and a pop machine from the 1980s. A friend tried to get a drink and unsurprisingly, it was out of stock. Seating-wise, I would wager 40 seats are inside the small building next to the tracks. The train arrived approximately 20 minutes ahead of departure and began rolling on time. All good there!Folks who have done European train travel...this is not it, but gets the job done. Just make sure to bring snacks and drinks with you!

2021-09-23Had to leave from here at 530am. It was pouring rain outside and the station was locked up and closed. It would be nice if I was able to wait for my train inside and out of the rain.... there were no signs telling you anything anywhere. Nobody working there to ask. It is a nicer building and station than the usual amtrak station stops but it was all locked up and not useful. Amtrak drops the ball everytime.

2021-12-24Station is rarely open. You should get a ride because its not the best place to park, theres no security people here.

2019-12-23Waiting room only open from 5:15-6:15 am and 10am-6pm. But if you get the 9:45 am to Chicago out of this station you’re supposed to get there 30 min before, there’s no outdoor benches and the building is closed until 10 am 😑

2019-12-31Having a hard time understanding why the station is only opened in the morning from 5-6 and then again 10-5. So where are the people supposed to wait that take the 9:45 train? Makes a lot of sense .... There aren’t even workers here so why now keep it open from 5-5 everyday !!!!

2017-07-22Seems OK to me. Just had a quick round trip from the D to Pontiac, free parking couple of snack machines. Not much around in walking distance. It was a hike just waking to the closest gas station. Guy inside the terminal is strictly for the bus tickets. Doesnt have any train info. Dont waste your time asking. The only info you get is when the train arrives.

2017-12-27Such a beautiful transportation center yoked to such a fourth world transportation system. It will cost me twenty dollars to get to Owosso from this station, but the bus is now thirty six minutes late. Uber will take me there for sixty-five. I love Indian Trails but it hasnt made the transition to a first rate bus system. You have to print out a bus ticket. So I did. My hotel clerk printed it out front and back. This flipped out the bus clerk at the terminal. Dude, you have seriously messed up. I tried to reason with him to print me out a real bus ticket for both legs. He accused me of buying my ticket from Walmart. Nope, I bought it from Greyhound. I stopped talking to him because nothing about a twenty dollar bus ticket should cause me upset. The bus driver took my two sided print out bus ticket and said, The website said dont print it out front and back. It has bar codes on it. Has Indian Trails ever heard of scanners? So, the bus is late up to Flint, so I might not have time to get another ticket for my eight dollar leg to Owosso. I may well have to take an Uber anyways.I Thisa problem a photocopier would solve, probably an item of office equipment in the Pontiac ticket office. I should be on your registration, in your database. Why should this be so hard?I dont have this problem on Megabus. I dont have this problem on Amtrak. I can get on their rides with a cell phone. What is worse is Ive been totally confronted by harshness if not rudeness dealing with Indian Trails staff.
