Bought a 2005 Buick rendezvous in Feb,its now August and Im having to tow it for parts due to the engine stall and cracked pistons.

2021-10-12Steve helped me out when I was in a rough spot and got me into a nice vehicle at an affordable price. He also accommodated any reasonable complaints I had about the vehicle prior to the purchase. I will be a repeat buyer from them due to the fact I was treated like a person and not like a customer. 2022-01-27We were thrilled to find the kind of jeep we were looking for local in Muskegon at Port City Cars. Purchased Dec 2021. They were so great to work with, very nice. They even offered to replace the battery which had to be jumped for us to test drive; small thing but a big gesture in my opinion. We will work with them again!

2021-04-15I bought a 2013 Sonic from these people. I have had the car for barely a month, and have had to drop 2000 dollars into it. Now, it is a decoration in my yard due to yet another thing being broken. The only good thing about this place was the man who sold it to me, Steve. Other than that, dont buy from here. You will be in bad shape friends.

2021-04-20Buyer Beware!! Bought a 2008 Ford F-150 FX4 from this place in January. Drove less than 600 miles and the truck is now a yard ornament. Had 2 different mechanics tell me the engine was trash and the rack and pinion was rusted beyond repair. I was told by this dealer that I bought it “As is” and they suggested that I buy a used engine to cut my costs. I already paid $4,500 down and have payments for the next 24 months on the other $4,500, and they suggest that to cut my cost. I understand “As is” and when you buy an $8,000 vehicle that they help you finance, you think they would stand a little taller than that. I had only had the truck for 37 days and had problems after the first 20 hours of ownership. Sank $1,500 in that first month to find out it’s a junk engine that was put in terribly and then sold to me. I can’t say the dealer knew this or not, but they should have inspected the vehicle before telling me all about it. Finally, the Ford dealership has told me $9,200 for reman engine and labor + cost of trans harness because of bad install on the junk engine in it. $1,400 for rack and pinion and $1,000 for rear leaf springs that broke at the 425th mile I drove it. Please if you read all of this go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money!!!! There are still good dealerships out there and most will give you a 30 day 1,000 mile warranty for free! Some will even give you a year warranty on select vehicles. Shop around!! This place is just about getting rid of the inventory and never looking back.

2019-04-20Made the drive to look at a very clean and well prepared Jeep Liberty. The vehicle was exactly as the pictures presented it. Very clean and surprisingly better condition than expected. Prep work and consideration to putting a safe and well prepared vehicle on his lot, was clearly evident.Steve was great to work with and a pleasurable experience. Handled everything right there and about as painless as you can get with a car purchase. First time meeting Steve and drove away a very satisfied customer.
