Deon was the most helpful person I’ve ever met. He was very patient and made several calls for me. I had been trying to get my passport for 3 weeks now and he was the only person who was able to truly help me and relieve some stress. On top of being extremely helpful he was also a great conversationalist. Amazing experience, thank you Deon.

Deon goes above and beyond for everyone that walks into this post office, every time. He’s patient, kind & more than professional. I’ve never encountered a rude postal worker here. They’re on it. It might be small, but they all keep that line moving! If anyone remembers the original Plymouth post office on Penniman (now Westborn) — Deon and his coworkers remind me of the folks that used to work there- they take pride in what they do. Skip the ridiculous lines and unhappy workers at the Canton USPS & drive 10-15 minutes for efficiency and service with a smile— It’s worth it.

Very small station. Parking is inadequate. There are no automated devices. Traffic in area is heavy at times. Times open are restricted.

Was able to get an appointment through 24 hour sign in the next day I needed. Extremely fast renewal of license and also able to renew plates even though I didn’t have my paperwork. Possibly the best experience I have ever had at SOS.

Chewable. Employee service is fantastic. Always remain calm & pleasant even with less than civil customers. The parking is VERY limited (not the employees fault) & I have seen rude & inconsiderate people parking there in Handicap spots with NO handicap placard or plate & even go to other businesses!Its shameful how inconsiderate & self absorbed our citizens have become.

Poor location for a post office. Its such a small plot of land considering the amount of traffic (people and cars).The parking is terrible too, I think theres about 8 parking spaces. I see people using the handicap parking space ALL the time! Due to the lack of parking overall in the general area, its possible patrons of other businesses are using the Post Office spaces. Again, too much traffic in such a small area.The employees are nice considering the lines are long and usually only ONE employee working the counter. Ten days before Christmas, one employee working at the counter, ONE!

The employees of this small downtown post office are very friendly. Allow 15 minutes because there is high demand in Plymouth for this convenient post office location. Limited parking available.

Small and Close. VERY LITTLE PARKING!Funny, the larger Post Office about 100 yards away was closed a few years ago as a cost savings move by the USPS. This former convenience store, which was vacant for about 11years, was revamped and brought up to code
