United States Postal Service in other cities:
They open at 9:05 so you stand in line for five minutes and then when you get to the counter with your box that already has a prepaid envelope the guy will tell you to go to the machine and scan it and get a receipt which is something that he can do but he makes other people do it to embarrass you and then he doesn’t tell you on how to operate the machine to scan your package to get a receipt for no reason because it’s already been paid for totally unprofessional and these people need to be paid less in a zero star because they will not help you in anything you ask they will ask you why you don’t know that and they open late which is very unprofessional
I went recently here and there is a worker that works there name Rick, hes the one that offered serviced to me. So, I asked him to put a sticker on my package so that I can get it back on-time and he just have a attitude on me that I got mad but I didnt show any anger, because thats not my type of thing to do. Sorry but he has a attitude that just gets me mad and there was a costumer that have asked for a pen and he said It cost 1 cent and I dont know what got the customer mad but he started talking. Yeah, bad service.
Theres one guy here. Hes basically the sloth from Zootopia -- possibly even slower. There are over a dozen people in line and Ive been waiting 45 minutes. Seriously?Update: he has spent 10 minutes just typing in the address for a single package. I am not exaggerating.
I arrived at 2:30pm on a Saturday and it was closed. The sign clearly said that it closes at 3:00pm. I called the CS 1800 number but could not get the help i needed...so i thought of just leaving this review so that others know. I dont know if its just an issue with this location only. Very frustrating!

2022-04-04Very poor customer service. Asked a couple simple questions regarding mailing out an envelope and how much it would cost for them to expedite it. The employee looked at me as if she had no idea what I was talking about and the questions I was asking were crazy. She didnt answer my question on how long it would take for the individual to receive my letter, she didnt tell me where to go to mail the letter or if she could take it for me from there. She told me the price to expedite would be $26, when I passed she just gave me a happy birthday stamp (without asking? It is not this persons birthday), and that was it. I had to ask where to go to mail it out in their office and she just pointed in a general direction where the self service ended up being. Will happily go out of my way to not go to this location again.

2021-07-26In all ten years of going to the post office regularly I’ve never encountered worse customer service. Ive been denied of a receipt several times which is the most basic thing the post office should be able to do. Incompetent and rude. Closes earlier than they should because they treat their workers poorly by leaving them alone all day. Whoever manages is this post office is doing an awful job at it and other local post offices seem to know this as well.

2021-04-24Their sign out front clearly states they are open until 3p on Saturdays. I got there at 2:35 to mail some envelopes. The doors were open and a gentleman was working. He refused to serve me. I asked if they closed at 3 and he said yes. I said I would like the mail these envelopes. He again says he can’t help me and sends me away

2021-10-28Been coming here for 6 years now and I feel the customer service is great. I usually purchase my labels at home on stamps.com to save on retail prices. If you cant purchase at home yes there will be a line and this seems to be a very busy location and understaff but whats new now days. Glad to see Rick is still working there and they have the kiosk now to save on waiting in line. Also Rogers plaza does not deliver packages the USPS on Michaels does in Wyoming. Look for all the postal trucks and Vans, they have a walk up window To save time

2020-07-07StanleyLocal Guide · 24 reviews · 1 photojust nowThere is a man that works there he is in charge. He is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered with someone who works in the public. They’ve implemented a new rule about not scanning your packages in you simply drop them off at the end of the counter. Now this works fine if you are a business and you go in with 50 pkgs everyday but I go in with 2 small pkgs and I have no way to get a bill of sale proving I dropped it off so if something happens to my item I can collect the insurance. Now I went in one morning about two weeks ago and he was the only one at the counter generally I wait for someone else I had one small package he looked at me and said you know the drill! I said I needed a receipt he then turned away and said I’m not doing it he went into the back room I had to wait until someone else came out to do it for me!

2020-07-13Absolutely worthless. Wanted to ship a package international and was told that the package “might” be too big but I could pay the postage fee and try.... basically I could pay over $100 and see if my package goes through but no guarantees. That’s about the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. They didn’t have a definite answer as to the maximum size a package could be. I’ll try a different locations for better informed employees.

2020-10-10The old man who was working asked me to stand out in the hallway because there were too many people. The sign said 10 person limit, I was the 5th person in line and I was standing in the marked spaces that are spaced out. He would not help the customers in front of me until I stepped outside. He said that it was break time and he stepped away from the resister leaving us standing there...

2019-08-11Big disappointment. Not only have their prices skyrocketed (not their fault) but this location in particular refuses to put any tape on envelopes or packages. There was a sign that was posted saying this, even though next to the gentlemen helping me there was a big roll of tape just ready to be used, he wouldn’t even give a measly strip of tape. No way would I pay $4 for tape when literally every other store I have been to is not stingy with helping their customers with tape. For the price of shipping, it’s only appropriate to treat your customers well. This is the first time in my life a USPS office has denied tape, and after calling the customer care they said that it is not a new USPS policy to do this and the store’s choice. Very unacceptable, this needs to change.
