First time here, great service. Everyone was so friendly and speaking with a smile, which is nice, you dont see that in customer service anymore. Easy access, quick, and super easy process, I was in and out in less than 7 mins. Sorry I did get their names, but there was a beautiful lady with a beautiful smile and a young man, very nice with a great smile as well. Thank you so much for helping me.
This store is top notch in customer care and service. Debbie, the owner, and her staff always go the extra mile. I have also purchased the best, most reasonably priced, funniest cards here as well. Forget Hallmark and the Post Office, bring your business to Postal Plus!
Best place to go for anything shipping. I am able to get my items packed, pay for labels or even just drop off prepaid items. They are willing to help in any way they can. They are the most friendly group of people in the area to work with. Would recommend them to everyone!
Friendly, but disappointed to see that 2 out of three employees were not wearing masks. No plastic dividers and no mask on the employee who took my packages. I always wear a mask due to co-vid 19 when going into public places, but it will take all of us doing so to make a difference.
Staff have always been helpful and friendly. Whether I am simply dropping a package off or need help getting something packed up they always work with me to make sure the package is secure and gets where it needs to go. Appreciate the prompt service that lets me stop in quickly and get back on the road.

This place is a god send. they help me get a notoriety. I have no clue what that was till i had to get it and every one was telling to go to a bank that would not do it. But this place helped me out. They are really understanding about your problems and try to help you out. every one there is really friendly and nice.

2022-07-07This place is amazing and everyone is so nice and accommodating! They will print out your return labels for you, make sure your package is properly padded and taped for no extra charge. I happily drive 30 minutes just to go to them for any of my package returns. They make ot so quick and easy!

2022-05-12Contacted a postal company from back home to have my birthday gift to myself shipped to me before a deployment. Staff was very helpful, kept the watch safe for transporting, and it got here in two days. Very happy with this experience!

2019-07-22Best of the best in customer service, very thorough and best advise to get from all the staffs that work in this place. I bought an oversize corner cabinet that the seller offer pick up only in Adrian. Postal Plus helped to coordinate, pack and ship the cabinet to Oregon and I received it today in impeccable condition. Special thanks to Zach, he did a marvelous job in packing, I wondered how he managed so creatively to custom build the box that not a pump or scratch to the cabinet, and in a very very reasonable (low) price. Thank you so much Zach and best to all!

2019-08-08Postal Plus has great customer service!! I ran out of gas while dropping off a package and the owner offered to run me to a gas station. I was so grateful for her help!!! It helped me immensely!!! They also did great with the package!

2019-12-17I am a 70 year old very low-tech individual. I have had 2 Amazon returns that I could not take to Kohls. The manager here in Adrian, Debbie, was able to speedily facilitate my returns and get them on their way. The employees here are courteous and pleasant. Very professional. A little gem here in our midst.

2021-07-02We called at 1:00pm to get a notary to sign our documents and were told that a notary would be there until 6:00pm. We arrived at 5:00pm and they said that the notary had left for the day. No apology or anything!
