Comment: Tuan with Power Investment Real Estate was a great help to me. I needed to get into a commercial building with the right specifications and in a timely manner. He found a perfect location for us within 5 minutes of my home and ideal office and warehouse space. I did not know how much paper work and different types of lease options there were when signing up for a commercial space. Tuan broke it down for me and I received a better deal than expected with his negotiation skills. If you are looking to buy or lease commercial space Tuan is the guy to call.

Comment: Tuan assisted my business parnter and I with finding our new office location in the Elk Grove area. He was very attentive to our needs and most importantly efficient with the entire process. Tuan was very knowledgeable about leasing contracts. What really impressed me was the way he dove into the nuts and bolts of our contract, redlining everything he could to get us the best deal. Although we did not end up getting everything we wanted, we feel that his know how on what to ask for, allowed us to lease the perfect space at a fantastic deal as compared to our local market. I highly suggest his services. 5 Stars across the board.
