Comment: Has a trap, skeet, and a 5 stand range. Rifle and pistol range as well. You can back up to the range of your choice and tail gate it or grab some food inside. Plenty of shade bring some chairs for tailgating. Enjoyable time.

Comment: Ive visited a few times before for hosted events, so cant really say much about the staff. Its my favorite event hosted by one of our sales reps. Its always an enjoyable morning with friends, food and some shooting. This time I even won a gift card to return. stoked!

Comment: Have been coming here for ten years now with my dad, brother, and youngest son. Helps that it is four miles from home. Reasonable rates and usually not very crowded. Would give five stars perhaps if it looked as if they were doing some rehab or upkeep, but starting to show serious wear and tear.

This boy needs to improve their customer service skills and learn how to communicate effectively with people before obtaining a job in that location. Additionally, its crucial for him to refrain from spitting on the floor and sand. I rate the experience one star due to the behavior exhibited by this individual at the pistol range next to the RV registration on 11/10/2023.

Comment: First time coming here and used the steel range for shotgun. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Jordan met us out on the Range and when the shotgun wasn’t cycling correctly, our discussion focused on the rounds needing a little more kick. He grabbed a few of his own personal rounds and sure enough, the gun fired as fast as you could pull the trigger. My son and I bought about another hundred rounds and had a great time. Thanks Jordan you and Prado put a smile on our faces.

I paid for my daughter to shoot at 4:05 pm and they took my money and assumed an area for me and my daughter, but they changed their mind because the big bone person closed the lane he didn’t want to work and sent me to another lane where there were 2 people 2 dogs and nowhere to sit . So I asked them if they could open lane 4 and the big bone person said he could not. I guess they don’t care for business

It was my first time with this as we just used to use our own clay launching machine in the sticks.I had a pretty good day here but I was with a favorite customer; not sure if that mattered. Comment: Great place to shoot at. Relatively inexpensive, getting better because ammo prices are easing a little. As long as youre common sense minded, following basic gun safety rules, guns pointed downrange at all times no matter what, and respecting other shooters and staff you should be fine. Most of the staff are pretty level headed now. Ive been coming to this range for over 10 years now, love this place.

Comment: Came with the family and was introducing firearms to first timers. We were respectful and not doing anything we werent suppose to. Im in process of law enforcment and have experience around pistols. The 2 employees Rick and raul were giving us a hard time saying we were rapid firing and constantly coming out to hassle us. The people next to us were double tapping, rapid firing, and being obnoxious and not once did they get told something. It ruined the experience for us. We will not be returning or recommending.

Its hit and miss whether its going to be open to the public at weekends.The membership saves $10 per visit, not much of a savings if you cant use the rangeItd be nice if they had an online calender showing when the 50 yard range is being used by an agency so we can plan to go somewhere else.

Comment: I only shoot trap and skeet here, sometimes the trap sound puller mics used to not work but they’ve been getting better over the last few years and been much more reliable. Skeet field usually works well and has a manual pull button on a long cord. If there’s any field problems with the trap or skeet launchers (rare in my experience, we usually come in the morning) sometimes it’s just out of clays, the field techs usually help and sort it out quickly. I come here all the time with my grandpa and the front desk seems nice to him since they know him as a regular. Best time to come is early in the morning on a weekday, there’s usually trap/skeet fields available.

Comment: If you like to shoot skeet and trap or bunker this is the place to go in the inland Empire. Compared to the only other shotgun range in Redlands this place is outstanding. You do not have to pick up your shells end it is only nine dollars to shoot a round. Compared to Redlands where they make you pick up all of your shells and charge you $11 plus they want to check your ammo and what gun you’re using. There is no screen to worry about at this park also which is very nice. The staff is always friendly and eager to help and they sell a wide range of guns chokes T-shirts hats and other merchandise you might want or need. Their ammo prices are very comparable to shops as well for they do not feel the need to jack up their prices on ammo just because you were there. If you’re trying to decide between the two ranges I would highly recommend that you choose Prado I promise you will keep coming back.

Comment: Went here for my first ever pistol shooting class in 2015 with touring SOBTactical classes; the classes are held in the very nice private ranges. Been back at the public range for pistol and shotgun. Only downside is that there is no public long gun range for 223/556. The shotgun range is fun for a standard skeet but the downside is that the shotguns for rental are what you expect.

Comment: Love, Hate relationship with this place. Overall, the range is awesome and I have fun. BUT too many rules where I get yelled at every 5 minutes or so. I understand we need to be safe but they take it too far. I got yelled at for teaching my friend to use the gun. They said I cant mount a firearm. Then was told to hold it up not down when I walked up to shoot. Also was told something because I loaded my gun before my shoot as the guy to my left still didnt shoot.. I have more to say but overall be aware that this place has many rules .

Comment: First time shooting a shotgun (shot rifles and pistols before), and they were very patient. I had a Groupon code, which included rental with 25 shots and help from an instructor. He was super chill and cut right to the chase. Very informative on how to shoot, and provided very good feedback. Will definitely come back again, maybe even purchase my own gun.

Comment: This was my families first time here and first time at a shooting range,The staff was very accommodating and I believe the range the masters name was Zach, was very helpful in making myself and family feel safe and understanding the correct and safe practice of gun shooting, This was very important and my wife and 2 young daughters had never shot a gun before. The range is clean and pretty basic.Thank you to the staff for a great experience.We are already planning our next visit.

The place can be viewed as rustic, but the clays still pop out and the equipment and facilities are in good enough shape to have some fun. Most of my experience is on the shotgun-side of the facility.Oh, and beware following rain, the area can be quite muddy!

Comment: We went there in a Sunday afternoon and let me tell why it was a bad move. The shooting area has no protection whatsoever and the sun will blast you in the head, face..your gun and your bullets.Even though the sun was ruthless baking us, all the lanes were fully booked.There is a covered area with chairs, tables and benches for the ones who are not practicing and the place also has a fridge with very friendly prices for water, soda, Gatorade or juice. In the front there was a table where some cute kids were just waiting for their dad.(before entering the area where you practice which was all the way in the back)Outside they have one of those low usage, maybe recycled water to wash your hands after the practice and I think Ive also seen a honeybucket.The targets are the XL ones, beige in color, but after the 1st round we were allowed to put our own practice targets.My friend didnt bring his own toy so he rented one, but halfway the gun was getting stucked, so the guy working there, maybe the owner, came in and did a few rounds, troubleshooting it and decided to changed it with a different one. He was very polite and knowledgeable and explained to us, some of the steps while troubleshooting.The whole area is big, with a huge parking lot, the shotgun practice area is on the left while the handgun and pistols are on the right.The perimeters are clean and maintained.So all good just dont go when the sun is blasting you..maybe very early in the morning, because even at 4-5 PM you WILL get baked.

Comment: If I could not leave a star, I would. Ive looked over past reviews and everyone either had a great time or the employees that worked there ruined the experience. Here is my reason for giving one star.I came out for a wedding and the guys wanted to shoot trap. I own firearms, however, I never shot trap before. We have a party about 8 guys, some have shotguns and the others used Groupon. The Groupon was a great deal!! We got a shotgun rental, 2 boxes of shells, employee on site for tips, ear plugs, 2 tokens for a total of 50 targets and a Home Depot tool belt for the rounds.The trouble started from the get go when the young lady at the front desk didnt know what to do because we had guys in our group that only needed tokens because they had everything else. She looked to an older gentleman and his attitude turned sour when he heard we had people with groupons and other had all the equipment. He made it seem like it was an inconvenience that we came there and they were actually going to have to do some legit work. We checked a week before about the Groupon and others have firearms and we were told it was ok. We finally got our rounds, ear plugs and made out way to the range we pick from the three that were open. They only allow five firearms per spot and we had four 12 gauge and one 20, left the ammo for the 20 at home. I went back to get a rental, included in the Groupon, and the first young lady now wanted to give attitude about the shotgun and wanted us to exchange 2 boxes for 20 gauge shells. After telling her that it was included she finally handed over the rental. We walked back to our spot and had to come back again to exchange the shotgun because it was in deplorable condition, sights missing(not that it was needed, however you should expect quality coming from an Olympic Shooting Range).I know this is long winded. I would not recommend this range to any of my family, friends or people I despite. Lack of respect from the frontline employees, check-in is a trailer, outside bathrooms (I completely understand this), rentals are in terrible condition and the ranges are just ok. I was told it was an Olympic Shooting Range and its their calm to fame, it was 1984 and I was 4 at that time. We are in 2016 and times have changed, move forward or you will be left behind!I will end on a positive note. The best part for me besides spending time with a great group of guys was two others guys that showed up before we left and part on clinic for hitting targets.

Not only is it outdoors, but the staff are super-friendly and always willing to help anyone who has questions about shooting/how to shoot.Prado is also a great place to meet fellow shooters and gun enthusiasts; you can develop great relationships with the people youre shooting next to. Wednesday nights, during the Spring/Summer, they have a IDPA/IPSC mix competition that anyone can participate in. Also, every 1st and 3rd Saturday, they have IDPA competitions which are great to watch and/or participate in.POSP was built for the 1984 World Olympics (hence the name) and has been part of San Bernardino Countys parks since then. Make sure you take a look at the plaques referencing this historic occasion - right at the base of the flag poles!

Comment: I am not sure what other people would expect from their visit to the range, but my own personal experience was above expectation.I traveled with 3 children from Japan. I had emailed them in advance, s they were very prepared. The pistol range manager, Raul, personally met us when we arrived from Japan and two employees gave us a private tour of the entire range. They explained in detail how the range operates and later gave us a couple of guns to try out. The kids were a little nervous at first, but thanks to Tyrone and Jerry, they got over their fears and really enjoyed learning how to shoot. This experience is unforgettable.If you are a beginner and want to learn more about how to behave around guns, this place is an excellent place to start. Just ask for Raul.We paid $20 per adult, $10 for children with rental. Aside from the nostalgia of being the 1984 Olympics site, the service was amazing!
