Comment: I bought a phev car.When I checked the engine check light that came on even before the license plate arrived, it said that the CAT and EV battery needed to be replaced.It doesnt make sense to have to pay 5k for repairs 2-3 months after buying a car for 15k.

Comment: Unfortunately, I have to edit my previous review. I was asked for my first review while sitting in the office immediately after purchasing my vehicle. However, I am editing my initial review because, this dealership sold me a lemon. The car is currently at the mechanic with thousands of dollars of repairs needed. I emailed the owner and never got a response and I spoke with the manager Richard who was so rude and told me, over the phone, what he thought was wrong with the car, and that it would only cost about $200 to fix!?? How would he know without ever looking under the hood? Curtis, the salesman who sold the car to me, talks over you and doesn’t listen. I feel so stupid trusting these people.

Comment: Prestige Auto sold me a vehicle that has a totally damaged transmission and had been involved in a accident, neither of which facts were disclosed at the point of sale. 10 days after the purchase, the scary juddering during acceleration and various noises the car makes lead me to bring it to a shop. There the diagnostic test reveals two TRANMISSION ERROR CODES that explained the juddering. These codes didnt show up during the test drive. I had to pay $3,760 to replace the transmission right there because the vehicle was deemed unsafe to drive. Even now, this car still makes a loud braking noise, like waking-up-the-entire-neighborhood-loud, which I still need to work on.Should I have requested a Carfax at the POP? I did, but Danny informed me that no one uses Carfax anymore (?!?). When I persisted on getting some vehicle maintenance record, he promised to get it to me the following Monday. But he never did. I kept reminding him every few days until I realized that theres no reason for such a delay. I ordered the Carfax myself, and found out about the accident he was trying to hide. When confronted, Danny became unreachable by text or phone.Not only Im now stuck with a huge debt on a broken car, I have experienced tremendous stress during the month and a half following this purchase, trying to figure out on my own whats wrong with the car, bringing it to a safe condition, attempting to ask the business for money back while also finding alternative transportation for my day-to-days. An experience that would not be forgotten for a long time!

Comment: Bought a 2016 Range Rover from them. Took it home and realized the heater wasn’t working so I called them and they said they will take care of it. I took the car back to them and they said it will be a while for the part to come in so I drove back out there to get the car until the part arrived. When the part came in, I told them to just give it to me and I’ll install it myself and they said ok. A couple weeks ago I got a message stating the part they ordered was incorrect and they will order the right one… now how could they know it was the wrong part only after I told them I would install it myself? That’s a red flag because for all I know they returned a dealer part and bought a cheap one off Amazon or eBay to replace it with. Next issue is that the front suspension bushings are all completely worn and the car makes a very bad thumping sound when going over bumps. There is also an outstanding recall on the car and I believe they are legally on the hook for selling it without repairing it. I have tried to contact them multiple times and they place me on hold, don’t respond to text messages and now they straight up refuse to answer my calls. What I thought would be a trustworthy dealership ended up being shady and scammy. They also sold the car and stated it had 90k miles on it when it really ended up having 92k miles… not sure why they lied about that. Last, I took it to Land Rover for a thorough inspection and they said the coolant was topped off with MOTOR OIL. Thankfully it didn’t mix enough but I still had to flush the entire system.Ready to take legal action against them for selling me something they slapped a bandage on. Prestige auto is a joke and I would not recommend this dealer. The other negative reviews on here are not lying. They are your friend until you pay them. Once you drive off the lot, good luck getting ANYTHING done

She was quick to respond and answered my questions well, which was a good start.As my interest in the vehicle deepened, I decided to arrange a third-party inspection for added peace of mind. The inspection was scheduled for a Friday, and by the following Saturday, I had the comprehensive inspection report in hand.I reached out to Patty on the subsequent Monday. I detailed the findings of the inspection, which included the discrepancy in mileage by over 3,500 miles, the presence of dirty oil, and the necessity for new tires. Patty, in her usual prompt manner, assured me that she would discuss these matters with her manager, David, who would then contact me.Heres where things went wrong. David didnt get back to me all day. I even sent a reminder through Patty, but he still didnt respond. The next day, he finally emailed me in the morning and promised to get back to me soon.I waited for hours, and when I asked Patty when I could expect to hear from David, she didnt know. It wasnt until 3:39 p.m. that David finally emailed me to say, Sorry, the Audi Q3 you wanted just got sold.It became abundantly clear that he had no intention of continuing negotiations with a customer who had taken the initiative to have an inspection performed and had raised legitimate concerns.In a nutshell, my experience with Prestige Auto was disappointing, especially with how they handled communication and negotiations, especially David. I hope this review helps them remember how important it is to treat customers better.

Curtis took care of us on the price to get in our budget. We bought the tint add on and he recommended the extended warranty but was ok when we declined it. They had an Acura we wanted so we came back today so I could test drive and see the car during the day. Now these sales guys did answer all my questions about warranties to car fax questions. Curtis and Danny were patient and understanding. They left us alone, did not pressure to buy, did not hound me which is the one thing I hate about sales people. They were super friendly and I would totally recommend anyone coming to buy a car. Also friendly finance guy David helped me with the contract questions and helped me get a better rate.

Comment: Local dealership with good descriptions on there vehicles and professionalism.I arrived and was greeted by Curtis and after telling him my needs and future concerns I decided on a land rover discovery.The test drive went well and I purchased the car, they worked the paperwork out fast and offered a warranty at low monthly cost,Curtis clearly explained it and all the advantages, he didnt act like it was just a extra spiff to make money on but being a usedcar I seen it as wise advice in which I purchased.Upon my second day of driving the car it locked up from one of its safety features, police arrived rapidly from the car calling them thinking it was in a accident (awesome feature). I then contacted prestige and had the car towed back to the dealer in which they paid. The Car was then sent to the land rover and repairs began. At this point I understood that theres no way of knowing there was a problem like this and remained calm with Curtis, he said they will take care of it and will contact me later.In the end and about 20 phone calls later and Through all of this sometimes Curtis would answer other times he was way to busy with keeping the business moving forward and im sure he was scratching his head on what to do for me, they could have just gave the problem back to me but they didnt. Its easy to get mad but how would that help the issue.I expressed allot of stress upon Curtis and totally lost the excitement of getting a new car, but he keep expressing that theyare working on it so please be patient, at times I did feel ignored but again he did say hes working on the issue.I then started to really worry since I was starting a new job soon and couldnt use the loaner car they had assigned to me.Prestige continued to work on repairs and at this point land rover said they would have to order the next set of parts from outof country and it could be weeks till it arrives, which I had no time for, so I went back to prestige unannounced to see if wecould change the contract and get a different vehicle for me to be back to work this week. I was then greeted by Henry whowalked me through a few vehicles and low and behold Curtis drives up with a different discovery, so I walk up to him and hesays I got you a new car so you can make it to work, I was totally lost for words at this point and have never imagined a dealershipwould go so far out of there way for just a regular person like myself, (thats business dignity and integrity). We then tookit for a test drive, I called land rover for a service report and everything was just perfect. So we rewrote the contract and Iheaded home in my new car.Im sure its rare for them to have to deal with a car that broke down the way it did even after the rigorous inspection that prestige performs on there vehicles but sometimes you cant see everything and even land rover was at a loss of what was really going on with the vehicle so there was no point to get mad, or curse Ect; at the prestige team since that only makes things worse while the guys were working with me and did provide me with a loaner car during the process, and Im thankful I took the advice to get the warranty even though I ended up with a different vehicle in the end.Through the stressful process I give 7 stars even though usually there is 5 only. The guys will go above and beyond if you only listen and express yourself patiently as it should be done in business. From this experience, I will continue to purchase vehicles here since they have high end cars and the professionalism you just dont get at other dealers. Thanks Prestige.

Comment: Hello everyone just giving my honest review on this shop I feel like its way overdue and needed to be said Ive brought a vehicle from this shop and less then a month later things start to mess up Ive called plenty of times and never gotten any help or legitimate reason why my car cant get fixed under warranty since I didnt have it a full 30 days yet I was promise that the car would get fixed and here it is a month plus later and Im still having the same issue as mentioned before Ive called and visited the shop countless times just to be told to come back at a later time or to call back another day as if I dont use my car on a daily basis I fell if the place didnt hesitate to accept my money for the car why hesitate on fixing it and needless to say the customer service and workers are so unprofessional and rude I advise anyone thats in the market for a vehicle please be mindful of this place and take my advice DONT SHOP HERE if I could give this place a negative 0 I would do a word of advice save your money and save your time DONT GO HERE unless you wont to be sold a lemon and took advantage of Im sure someone will respond and deny it all thats part of the games they play so look at the other reviews and you would see the negative reviews out shine the positive reviews

Comment: If I could give a million negative stars, I would. We were sold a van that was an absolute piece of junk. We asked for the printout of the items and inspection they did on the vehicle upon purchase and the salesman said their printer was broken and it was too long, yet produced anything else we had to sign. They sold us the vehicle dirty, and then come to find out a month later, that the van had not only a costly transmission leak, but a motor oil leak as well, both squalling about $4500 in repairs. This dealership lies from the moment you walk in the door. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a vehicle. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Their cars are from auctions, which means actual dealerships don’t even want them because they’re JUNK!!!

Comment: I would like to thank both Henry and Curtis for following through in a timely manner to make sure everything was restored on my car. I was already pleased with my purchase of the 2015 KIA. The sales process was simplified as they secured loan and insurance for me. I drove the car home that evening and was very pleased with the performance of the car. The next morning as every new car buyer does I did a very thorough survey of the car and noticed a couple minor items not functioning properly with the lighting system. They told me not to worry and they would take care of it. By weeks end the parts came in and Prestige Autos Service Department did an excellent job in gettin the system fully functional. Comment: I bought the car on Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning it had transmission issues that weren’t recognized until my 3rd trip to the dealer— that Friday. The transmission was apparently “replaced & rebuilt” which factored into my choice to purchase the truck. It was not.Through out the first three weeks of my purchase, I had the car a total of 150 miles. 45 of those miles came from driving back & forth to the dealer & another 10-15 for test driving to ensure their quick fixes worked long enough to keep me away. It was a nightmare. I lost money, they gave me loaner cars as a “favor”, each car was 10+ years old. One of those was a safety hazard with bad breaks. All three loaners had check engine lights on.My center console was broken at purchase. I was told they would fix it, they didn’t. David dodged me for two days regarding fixing it. I bought the part on Amazon one day, fixed the console the following day. I was told I’d be reimbursed but I haven’t heard from them since fixing it.The car didn’t have an oil change prior to purchase & according to certified Chevy dealer, it needed air & cabin filter changes which I am taking care of myself at this point. Just wanna be done with the dealership.David did eventually get the transmission fixed. David did pay for my first month. David did extend my warranty. It wasn’t all bad, but it was a nightmare. I hope David thoroughly inspects his vehicles in the future because all of things should have been avoided.

Comment: A pleasurable buying experience with both Henry and David. I purchased my used 2017 Nissan Altima from them which was in good condition when considering the age of the car. They claim to be a no mark up dealer and they definitely delivered on this. I passed on the warranty they offered on the car but it was a pretty good deal for you warranty people. Had a little scare on my first day driving the car after purchase but it has turned up to be nothing so far. Only real complaint are the absurd amount of water spots on the car, but nothing a good detail won’t fix!

Comment: The experience I’ve had at this dealership is horrible. I purchased my car less than a month ago and within the first week I had some issues. There was a leak coming from the engine cover so I took it to a technician. I spoke with the owner of the shop and he told me that a car in this condition is unacceptable, which leads me to believe that they do not look over or have a pre inspection before selling. When it came time to pay for the repair the dealer tried to make me pay for it! (This is all less than a weeks time of my purchase. ) They finally agree to cover the cost. I left mechanic shop and as I got on the freeway it started misfiring and my check engine light came on. I returned back to the shop and they looked over the issue, the oil leaking affected some other components of the engine. They ordered the part for me and replaced the part, when I called the dealer they didn’t answer. I called several times, left voicemails, and text and didn’t respond. I waited for over 2 hours to hear from them. I got tired of waiting because I had been there majority of the day. I kept my receipt and went to the dealership. My salesman said “you should have called before you left the shop.” (Clearly I did several times). I gave the receipt to my salesman and he said the dealership couldn’t refund me. I asked to speak to upper management. He decided to ask, when he came back he said they would take care of it. I was told that they would order the part and it will be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I followed up last week asking about the status and the salesman told me “he forgot” and he had been busy. Regardless, that is unacceptable and unprofessional. During this time of waiting a couple other issues have occurred with my car. I called and spoke to an associate and asked to speak to management over a week ago and they have yet to return my call. I have left a couple voicemails to my salesman specifically about the other issues, but there has been no follow up. At this point I want to turn the car in because the lack of urgency or concern this dealership has shown. This trouble has been all within 3 weeks. I’ve tried every change to give them an opportunity to attempt to show any concern or try to make things right. I’m a very patient person but lack of communication and sense of urgency speaks volumes.**Update: 4 months later and I’m still dealing with the same problem. There’s been neglect and avoidance. They have tried to fix the same issue 3 times and. Be very weary of you decide to purchase here. They do not have your best interest!

And I was charged more when I came in person to the dealership. They told me their standard practice is to charge 2,000 due to market demand. Which you only find out about after going to the dealership. My biggest problem is not the markup, but the lack of transparency.2. Their ad indicates a thorough inspection of the vehicle before its sold. Yet, one front tire was completely bald and the other was actually ripped. When I came in to get it fixed, only one tire was replaced.3. The front guard paint repair had to be redone multiple times. And it was still not satisfactorily completed. I had to come into their dealership 4 times before it was completed, still not to my satisfaction. But by the 4th time, I gave up.

Comment: If you are looking for a honest dealership dont go to Prestige. I was looking for an affordable work truck and found what I thought was a good deal. As I drove home the check engine light appeared. It was a nightmare to get Prestige to fix anything. It took over a month of me calling and calling to get repairs done. Until this day i have an odometer that states Im going 110 miles when I go 78. If you do buy a vehicle here test drive for at least 30 minutes. Get in writing an open disclosure of how many days you have to return. Dont take their word for anything. Dont let them minuplsye you. Test everything on the vehicle even the lights. Which was the only thing I got repaired. During my month of struggling and stressing.Also try to go during the week ask to meet them team (sales manager,owner, office staff, the more people and names you can get to hold liable for your purchase.and get names. )They will not answer the phone after you drive away. I hope this helps someone else.

Comment: The car I purchased was misrepresented online to have leather seats, but when I saw it in person the car has cloth seats. Marc asked me why I did not bring this too his attention sooner ?? How could I when this was the first time I saw the car!! They knocked a little bit off the purchase price, but not very willingly and acting as though they are doing me this big favor. I drove the car home to find that it was severely pulling to the right. Now I understand why our test-drive was just around the block- they did not want me to notice. I took my car in to the shop and then found out that I also need 4 new tires in fact, I had 4 DIFFERENT tires on the car, they must have taken 4 different tires off 4 different cars and put them on. One of the tires was in such bad shape that my mechanic recommended I do not driver another mile. In other words, the car was not road safe at all. Comment: Prestige auto rocks! I came in on a Saturday after texting with Henry. They got me approved with not so good credit. Got me a two year warranty that included electrical coverage. I bought a BMW 428i 2014. Henry was the real deal. A great guy that will be genuine and answer any questions you have. I have a stutter and he was patient and even helped me get my insurance by calling his insurance broker. The office staff gave me a water and any questions I had they were awesome with helping out! This is a great spot with great prices. Understand some bad reviews can come from just bad people. Come down for yourself and give this dealership your time. The iDrive system in my BMW didnt work so they gave me a due bill to get it fixed and i just turned in my car today free of charge. He knows everything about this process and made our car buying experience extremely easy. Usually when ypu go to butler a car you are there for the good part of the day, we went in on a Sunday at around 12 noon and were driving off in our new porsche by 2pm, this is including both my wife and I test driving the car. Salesman kept telling me that he would get his manager to change the price, just to keep me interested. Comment: One of the worst experiences of my life.I drove over 80 miles to Corona and back to purchase my dream car, an all-black interior and exterior Mini Cooper from these people. Quickly discovered the vehicle was not in good condition, missing items like the vehicle’s antenna and the center console cover. After my front bumper fell off multiple times, I took it to a mini dealer for a full assessment. They found over $1700 worth of repairs that the car needs, including tires worn so bad they no longer have any tread.Also quickly after purchasing, I realized this dealer pulled a bait-and-switch, listing the vehicle price at around $6500, but instead charging me about $8500 on the contract, and taking out more than $11,000. During this time, I also received multiple loan denial letters from various loan companies that negatively impacted my credit. Turns out the people at the dealer had been putting in loans requests with various lien-holders on my behalf without my permission.When I returned to the dealer to call them out for their bait-and-switch, the loan denials, and to ask for an updated contract with the list price and the correct lien holder, they refused to make the changes. I told them I drove more than 40 miles there and would wait in the dealership until they fixed the contract. They told me they understand, told me stories about their daughters and family and how they totally understand where I’m coming from, all while they CALLED THE POLICE to have me forcibly removed from the building. They had never even asked me to vacate, they just jumped right to calling the police.These people are truly the scum of the earth. They will scam you. Please find somewhere else to shop for your car. Getting a car should be a celebratory and special occasion, and these people will ruin it—and ruin your credit while they’re at it.

You’d only have to set an appointment to use the services that you purchased.When I initially purchased my car in Jan 2020, I scheduled an appointment a couple weeks later for window tint and it literally took four hours to finish. The head salesman in the office told me “they’re cleaning my car that’s why it’s taking so long” but when it was time to pickup my car, my car was not cleaned. I was more bothered that he lied about the service taking so long versus my car not being clean but I was so ready to leave that I didn’t want to stay a minute longer.Now today May 2021, I scheduled an appointment to have only my driver window tinted and car detailed. I was scheduled at 10am, was told by Patty the gentleman that does the tint service was running late because “his kids mom was suppose to pick up the kids and he’s waiting on her”. As a parent, I understand things like this happen all the time but I was told by Patty it would be another hour for him to come in. I was fine with that as I had errands to run with family and Patty informed me to tint it would be 20min and for the detail an hour. I Came back at 12pm for an update, the guy still wasn’t there. I ended up leaving because I didn’t want to waste the rest of my holiday weekend in a car dealership. When I picked up my car, Patty just handed me the keys and said thank you. She was unapologetic and lacked a level of professionalism I expected from a dealership that was unable to complete a service customers are required to buy at the time of the sale.I’m disappointed in the lack of honesty, customer service, and professionalism.

Comment: I read all the posted reviews and concluded this dealership can be a hit or miss deal. With this in mind I inquired about a vehicle on line and received a phone call with in two hours. I scheduled a time and date. The person who I talked with on the phone happened to be my salesman.This dealership is unique since it aimed for those seeking luxury vehicles and those that make a statement. I was seeking a car that had a following of those who profess to be not part of the herd. Well they had seven of these that fit the profile. I choose one of the seven and purchased it.The condition of the vehicle was not pristine on the exterior but the interior was show room quality. I inquired about the exterior and asked why it was not detailed. The salesman couldnt answer my question since it would have made it more appealing. This vehicle was not alone since none of the cars on the lot showed evidence of exterior detailing. I did an overall inspection and found a few items that needed to be corrected. I did not take a test drive since it wasnt necessary in my opinion.I drove the vehicle off the lot and after driving on the freeway for thirty minutes I knew I had a brake issue at highway speeds.I contacted the dealership the following day and addressed the issue. They told me it would be a week before they could resolve the problem. I brought it to their attention that it was a safety issue. With in the hour I got a call from the service manager who said they could take it in the next day. We sent up the time and I returned to the dealership the next day.Upon arrival I met the service manager and explained the problem. I also discovered that the locking gas cap lid was not locking automatically and told him of this additional discrepancy. I also had a problem with the extended warranty.I arrived at eleven am and left at 2 pm with both mechanical problems rectified. The extended warranty problem was resolved and they even extended it by another year at no charge. So want can I say other than my appraisal of this business is they did their job far and beyond what I expected.

Comment: Went to look at a 2016 bmw 328d, was sorely disappointed in the entirety of my experience. They gave me the key to have a look inside and, it wasn’t cleaned properly. There was coffee or soda on the volume dial, the cup holders were full of gunk and stains. There were wrappers in the rear door pocket and the rest just didn’t seem like it had been properly cleaned for sale. Then the gentleman came out and i asked him what happened to the left rear bumper... it had clearly been repainted and did NOT match the metallic at all. Let alone the bubbling on the bumper as well. He proceeded to tell me that BMW had done this body work before sending it off to auction. And that all their cars are clean car fax and never had damage. I disagree, but hey its okay, the headlight was broken as well and he told me that they had one on order. Fair enough but then he tells me that BMW charges too much for parts so they’ve ordered the replacement off of CRAIGSLIST! REALLY!?!? There was also not a panel without a scratch or ding, and the pictures on their site looked GREAT. They also add tint, ppf on the edges of the doors and other misc random stuff for $2000 over list price on what appeared to be every car there. The other 328d they had was FAR worse and had exactly the same paint work on both front and rear bumpers! I drove an hour to be sorely disappointed, DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

Comment: Went in today to see a Flex they had advertised on Carfax. Gallo was a very nice guy, unfortunately when it came to working numbers they have a $2,000 addendum that they add to each vehicle whether you want it or not. IT IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO SAY THEY CANT SELL A CAR FOR THE ADVERTISED PRICE. I was told they were at 14,995 it was advertised for 13,994 when i asked why would you advertise it for a loss, I was told because they count on people buying the addendum. I told Gallo that they HAVE to sell it at the advertised price it is illegal not to. But chose not to push the issue and walk out.I wouldnt buy from this place after finding out there shady like that. And if you mention the bad reviews as I did, they say oh people that cant get approved always write bad reviews, or yeh they couldnt get us to come down on price so they wrote a bad review. Heard both of those from 2 different salesmen as if its a practiced scripted answer they are told to give.

Comment: Feb 14 2020: Drove away with my 2013 535i in late Nov 2019. Got a due bill for the door lock actuators to be replaced and the roof to get wrapped in vinyl. Its now Feb 2020 and I just got my car back after almost 3 week in the shop. Was compensated for the extended time needed and provided with a loaner vehicle. Passenger door locks wont lock or unlock electronically due to a part that needs to be ordered. Was told it will take about a week to come in. Just want my car finished especially since I live an hour away from the dealership.Update February 27th 2020: Dropped off my car to the service department on the morning of the 24th and was told the car would be ready the next day. Called this morning, 3 days later and was told it wasnt going to be ready until the 29th due to delay of shipping from BMW. I was not made aware of this at all, and was previously told they had all the parts when dropping it off.Update: Feb 29th, 2020. Erik in Service handled everything for me. Without him, this company wouldve had a big problem on their hands. Definitely deserves credit and a raise.

Comment: I had an appointment today 11/22/19 to see a car that I had liked from their lot around 4:30 with the sales man soloman shahid I was there on time, just to be stood up as he was no where to be found.I waited out for him but never had the courtesy of excusing himself from the meeting. An hour and a half of driving just to get there to possibly make a deal on a car . The lady at the reception was very kind and tried left and right to contact him but still no answer .at the end Im probably better off to take my business to somewhere else where my business is appreciated .terrible service .

Comment: Where do I start?I saw what I thought was my dream jeep on Facebook. We didnt bother haggling, instead we went in and offered full price and we paid 10k down. I asked if they could throw in floor mats and they said no. The salesman told me the wench was included in the price, then when we sat down he said it would be an extra 3k. Nope. Not what was said when we were looking at it. We opted to have it taken off.There was a dent in the bumper and they agreed to replace it. I took it in and they took a bumper off another jeep and put it on. The bumper doesnt fit correctly and there is a giant dent from when the door scrapes against the bumper.I noticed my blinker wasnt working correctly and I took it in to get serviced. They told me all the wiring was shot and that they would need me to drop it off for multiple days. I dropped it off on tuesday the 24th. I asked for a rental since they would have it multiple days. They told me all the loaners were currently out. I live in idyllwild. 3 hours away from the dealership. My husband went in today to pick it up and they informed us that its still not ready. A week without my car and they havent offered a loaner. Now I will have to drive an additional 3 hours tomorrow to come pick it up. Thats about $70 in gas money.Problems with jeep - running light out, horn not working, wiring shot, window switch works intermittently, ABS light on, battery came disconnected twice!, and the key fob only works half the time. They promised that these things will be fixed. So lets see if they lived up to their word tomorrow.SAVE YOURSELF SOME STRESS AND JUST GO TO A JEEP DEALERSHIP FOR A JEEP. NEVER AGAIN.

Comment: I was super excited to inquire about a car here. Called in, staff was super friendly. Was instructed to do the pre approval, did it, called back. They told me they would get back to me. My credit isn’t the best so wasn’t expecting much (15-20% APR) but was told I’d have to have a co-signer or put down 3.5k on a 6k car to get a loan on the rest. I countered and asked to do 2k down, was told no. Asked what the total buyout would be if I paid cash, salesman (I know the name but will leave out for his benefit unless asked by management) then asked how I expected to cash out a car I couldn’t pay 3.5k down for (at 3.5k I could make up the rest and was really trying to build up credit on the 4k loan). I then asked what the payments/interest would be if I did the 3.5k down. Get this, I was told a 48 month loan at, here it comes, 228 a month! That’s 10,944 after said and done on a MAX 4.5k loan. That’s over 100% interest (when I was assured it was just under 19%). Would give 0 stars if possible, awful service. Also I do have text proof of this offer.

Purchased my car 3/4, had it checked 3/29 multiplayers issues, the car went back to prestige for survive, picked it up 4/8, 4/16 warning lights came on, lost a day of work, car was in the shop, told it was 2 sensors, would be done 4/10 or 4/22, no contact, 4/25 I get a callits a 3 rd sensor, again told it would be done 4/26 or 4/29,. I again do not hear from the service manager, I call 5/2 I was told they replaced a piston, I go in on 5/3 and was told the car was sent to the bmw dealer, this whole time I had not been told this. Well finally 5/8 I’m told my car is done, today 5/11 it’s us dropped off at my home. At 810 am, the floor is covered in oil( was not when the took it), then I go to park it, and the transition light is on. So I have owned it for 67 days and 32 of those it sat in the shop, now it has another error really. And they did not bring the paperwork of all the service Hay was don’t in the last 25 days. This is poor business, I had to pay for a rental had poor communication the whole time, and again will nave to have it in the shop. This is not even a 1 star rating. Oh I must add the gave me a loaner, I barely made it to my vets office, the vehicle died in her driveway on 5/3, that is where it remained until this morning. And left me with no way home, or to work, had to borrow a car for work all week. Now I owe for 5 days of it being I. The shop to a rental car agency, and again will need a car for work next week.

I came in disappointed with several other dealerships because the had sold the cars I had been scheduled to look at and mr Curtis was able to find me my beautiful Cadillac ATS ! Such a refreshing experience!I was able to work out a payment that fit was offered 0 down and they managed to work with my credit (low end score) . I was treated well and appreciated the solution oriented atmosphere . I ended up purchasing the extended 5year warranty because I felt so supported in the time of my purchase. Would definitely recommend working with this dealership to anyone looking to get into a nice vehicle !

Comment: I just bought a car from these guys, I’ve had it less than three weeks and it’s already having issues . They say they have a 100+ point inspection but I highly doubt that. After buying the car I took it straight to my regular mechanic because it felt a little off while driving it back home . ( something that wasn’t there during the test drive)They found a handful of issues, I ended up having to pay a couple hundred more dollars to fix these repairs . I couldn’t take it back to the dealer because it’s sold as is. ( thinking I was getting a good car)I’m just reaching my third week with the car and Im already having major issues. Thankfully I bought the warranty. Now it’s just a matter of time to see what will be covered and what will not and how much more money I have to put into the car .All I can say is beware of what you buy, if you have a regular mechanic make sure you get your car checked out so you don’t experience what I’m currently going through.Also be warned ahead of time, There is a surprise charge of $400 that’s not included in the advertised price of the vehicle, for tinted windows they do. (kinda expensive for tinted windows)Over all the people that work there are nice and the customer service is good, they just happen to sell a bad product. Bought a car here and a week in with the car and it breaks down on us twice. then asked if we could trade the car in for a different one that actually works and the sales representives were making it really hard for us so that we wouldnt trade the car and would just have to keep it. In a way they basically scamed us. After buying the car they just didnt want to let us trade it and told us there was nothing they could do so we went to toyota dealer and asked if we could trade the car we bought at prestige there and thankfully the toyota sales representative made it work for us(when prestige said supposivly there was nothing they could do) and we were able to get a new car. The sales representative at toyota also informed us that prestige had sold us the broken down car for too much and that the car was not worth all that that they were selling it to us for. Dont waste your time buying here! Cars dont work! Bad customer service! Sales Representatives suck ! Everything about prestige sucks!!!!! Dont buy cars here!

As you can tell Im not the only one who is disappointed with the customer service. Long story short a gentleman from sales named galow called me. I told him Id like to test drive 2 vehicles they had on the lot. It took me 2 hours to drive out to the dealership! The gentleman said one of the cars is still Being serviced. He didnt even let me test drive the other car on the lot. Very pointless drive and frustrating! He said to call him the next day as I did but the young lady at the Front desk said hed give me a call back later today. Never received a response. Complete waste of time!

Comment: Bought a car from prestige auto minutes before closing got home with it to see why it had light smoke almost steam looking coming out the exhaust so when I popped open the hood I saw oil caps on the engine bay but I never knew the bmw 550 didn’t come with a dipstick so I just assumed it had too much oil a month later the smoke is intensifying and I replaced the oil after 2k miles and it suddenly said low on oil to find out the valve seals are bad and it’s a pricey repair and prestige auto has not been making the slightest attempt to respond to me about the defect. In honesty they’re a good dealer but if they have more cars on the lot like this one they’re just good con artist not even two payments into it’s breaking down

Comment: Could not be more disappointed with Prestige Auto. Just so i am clear the sales rep was very helpful, honest, and up front so kudos to him. Total bait and switch on the financing. After filling out the online financing form and being approved that is when the games begun. I was approved for a good rate and was ready to buy the vehicle. Called back in and was given a different rate (double in fact). I was given many excuses including 1. We cant do that rate for the model year you want....this is a lie part of the pre-approval is inputting the exact make, model, and year vehicle you want. 2 . I was told my credit score was too high for financing a small amount..again lies. 3. Finally they resorted to the old come on, its not that much more......come on, just do it. I did not dispute that the selection and price was good, but it is obvious that they make up for the great prices by doing a bait and switch with interest rates. Oh also they will not offer the published price unless you finance thru them. I even offered to pay cash.....CASH!!!! AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE PRICE IF I PAID IN CASH!!!! INCREDIBLEIn response to the response I was not offered a 4.99% rate. I was offered a much higher rate than that. Also they attempted to swindle me on the loan amount or payments. After double checking the math on the rate they gave me I found out the payment amount they were giving me was WRONG! Something is most certainly fishy with thier finance department!

Comment: I spoke to Sara (a manager) and made an appointment to see a specific car the day before. Sara kindly called the next morning to confirm my appointment. So far, things seem professional. But when I arrived, the car in question was four feet off the ground, affixed, like a hood ornament, to a display lift. In order to see the interior, I had to climb the scaffolding, in heels. Galo, the sales representative, had no idea why the moon roof wasn’t working, although I had specifically asked to see this car, 48 hours in advance. In fact, Galo had to find me a step ladder so I could inspect the engine. Needless to say, I had two immediate impressions #1 They had no intention, or interest, in selling the car they had posted online. #2 Basic professionalism and knowledge of inventory features left something to be desired. Consequently, I will write that $15,000 check to someone else. Because car dealers are a dime a dozen, but cash paying customers aren’t.

Comment: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! We were told the only way to get our free oil change (supposed to be included in car purchase) was to do a review on Yelp. Not happy!!! The first oil change the drain plug was stripped and leaked everywhere!! Had to take the car back the next day, needed a new pan. When brought back I asked Danny (the Manager) if they could do me a favor and check the brakes as they were making a noise (clanking) He said they were fine. A few weeks later my sons brakes locked up on him while driving. Took it to an outside place and they stated, the brakes were missing bolts in the back brakes (they were just hanging there), I was pretty upset. I called Danny, he apologized and said he would take care of it. I tried and tried to contact him (well over 20 times) and he never called me back. It doesnt stop there!!!!! Ive had nothing but problems, when we first bought the car the locking mechanism on the key didnt work. It took over 3 months and 2 visits for the key to be replaced, that was only after we were sent to the Audi dealership to pick up the key. We sat down there for 5 hours waiting for Prestige to pay for it and for me to get our car back!!! They knew we were waiting down there and the Audi dealership was also appalled by their lack of professionalism. I purchased the extra warranty..Big Mistake..I tried to get an oil change early but I was told no as it didnt need to be done so soon because it was the synthetic oil. So a few months later the water pump went out, I was told they couldnt get to the car for another month so I was sent to A+Auto. It was fixed but again no oil change was done at this time because they didnt want to touch nor be responsible for what was already stripped. When leaving on the freeway it was noticed there was something on the car that was dragging. So my son pulled over I met him off the freeway and the large piece which covers the front bottom of vehicle was hanging and dragging. Called the owner of A+, he told me he was in San Fransisco and he couldnt fix it. Then I was told that the warranty was not going to cover it nor did it cover the cost of the water pump because the oil change was not done in time. WHAT!!!!!! I just cant believe this!!!! And no the nightmare doesnt end here... Today my son went down for his free oil change (once again we were told for the first year after we purchased the car all oil changes would be free) WRONG!!! We set up an appointment last week for today and they told my son they wouldnt do it until we did a review. I called them and asked, do you really want me to do a review as ive had nothing but problems?? Chad (car maintenance manager) said he would talk to Danny so he could do without it. Well that went bad too!!! Next thing I know im getting a call from my son. The guy from A+ Auto was called down to Prestige by Danny and harassing my son about the bill to be paid (which was supposed to be covered by the warranty) My son asked Danny to have him stop, but instead my son was asked to leave. My son asked them to honor the free oil change and not get harassed. Nope!! We have had nothing but bad experiences and unprofessional service from this business.

Comment: I had an appointment to see a Chrysler 200. The minute I arrive, introduce myself to Chris Hughes, he wanted to work with numbers. NO TEST DRIVE. My wife and I ask politely if we can test drive the car not just once but SEVERAL times. I also asked if I can see the car on the street/ground because it was raised by the display rafters about 3-4 feet high. Chris said again said, want to go inside and work with numbers so this isnt a waste of time. By this time I told him, Im not in a rush. Can I test drive the car if not its not a problem. Finally I test drove the car but because of extreme traffic I couldnt go above 35mph. Comment: Purchased a BMW 335i from them that was touted in clean, clean, clean condition with great tires and received the car with bald tires and major engine damage. The team at Prestige, whoever is the mechanic, tried putting in spark plugs (the wrong ones) and cheap aftermarket coils in order to fix a misfire and sell the car. Well BMW of Ann Arbor helped us find the real reason I bought the car at a somewhat good price, the fuel injector bore is enlarged and the car now needs a new cylinder head.Team at Prestige claimed I never even asked about tires and they claim bald tires can pass inspection. I wouldnt ever buy a car from these people again no matter how good the deal seems to be, because you wont find out what you actually got until you actually look. I now have a car I cant drive thanks to the honest team at Prestige.

Comment: Car Buying Experience was fine but MAKE sure your car works beyond a shadow of a Doubt before you start into the talks to Purchasein late March I went to look at a 370Z they had for sale, Better deal then Most and the car looked Clean. the Salesman was very helpful and let me, my sister, my Wife and Friend all test Drive the car. The first red flag was the broken fuel gauge, Curtis, told me they will fix it before I pick it up and not to worry. Cool. when I came back that weekend. the Fuel tank gauge was working and the car was showing a Level of 1/2 tank.the next issue was the car would act funny after a turn, the engine would stall and then quickly regain power, my Google FU quickly told me Transmission TCU or Fuel Starvation issue. a Flash and update Fixed that issue and we were set!. I bought it and all seemed fine, 1 week later the 370z is in my Driveway and will not start. I Pulled some Codes and came up with: a code for: fuel pump Failure and Fuel Sensor not reading. still had 1/2 a tank.. I called their shop 3+ times. Finally spoke to Javier, and walked him through my Problem. turns out the Fuel sensor was not Fixed thats why the Engine wont start because the tank was actually Empty even though its showing 1/2 a tank (only driven it 90 miles) so I tossed 2 gallons in and, sure enough, it started. but then there was ANOTHER issue. the car would not Rev over 5k. (its a sports car with an 8k Redline 9k Revlimiter) which you dont notice on normal driving but when you Punch it and the RPM hits the 5-5500 RPMs the cars Limiter DUMPS down to 2-3k RPMs Throwing you forward. rinse and repeat until you back off the throttle. More google FU.... bad CPS sensor. I call them 5+ times I get nothing. Im constantly getting transferred out to their shop but no answer. Finally Javiar calls me back and (I couldnt answer at work) he leaves me his number to his cell, I try and call him back 3+ times over the next 2 weeks, but he never picks up. at this Point I have a Fuel tank gauge that wont work. a Bad Crank sensor that wont let the car Drive like it should and a Light for the key switch is now on...Now, They get an extra star for the sales staff. they were very No pressure and Hands off for just about everything besides trying to get us to use their financing. this is a Far cry from most salesmen who dont know when to just go awayIm a competent human Being. but there becomes a point where u just have to give up trying to get someones help and do it yourselfthis Dealer buys these cars at Auction. they Fix them. in a basic Mechanical way clean them up and sell them.... this can get you a REALLY REALLY good deal. IF (and thats a big IF) your car comes out of that Mess working perfectly. if not.. good luck.my Advice? take someone that Knows the car you are looking at VERY well. and then take it to your mechanic to go over it before you buy it.

Other than stratches on the side of the car, a gash where the trunk door lands on, and a few scratches on the front bumper.The front bumper was repainted but it randomly rained so i spent a few hours in my car wondering what the hell. After i make it home after sitting in my car for 2 and a half hours. The paint still smeared. Had I know i would have either tried to show up even earlier or reschdule ( I even left work early that day)The interior was not exactly clean either, after the incident with the paint i decided to let my parents handle it should anything else come up.An appointment to get the interior detailed was never scheduled, my car only came with one key also, so when i asked if they could get me a second one. All i was told was that Ill try to get you oneThe service here was good, Could have been better though. Ill definitely spend more time examining the cars should i buy another one someday. Word of advice to new buyers.Either way Im slowly fixing all the marks i dont like on my car

When taking it to Prestige, they didn´t take any responsibility on it. I finally had to take the car to the official service and they told me that the previous dealer (exacts words) must be a 5 years old children trying to build a car, with no idea whats he is doing on the motor . The personnel was rude once the purchase was done.30mins calls waiting on the phone to talk to a manager, who seems never to be on the office when a client visits for a problem.And please, read all the reviews, you will easily notice all of the top rated ones are made by them, just see the kind of words and phrases they use, it´s almost a comercial. Comment: When you buy a car there can be so much hullabaloo that makes it hard to see clearly what kind of deal you are getting.Travis Mark and Prestige cut though all of that and made things clear for me. the most WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) experience and very up front. Add to that the best price anywhere on the car we were looking for and you have a seriously great place to make your car purchase.I would not hesitate to recommend them to ANYONE.If you are looking for a new car, you owe it to yourself to check out their inventory first.

Comment: I had a good hassle free sales experience at prestige. Travis was provided a good sales experience and did not haggle pricing as I am use to from dealers. good pricing on truck and was only dealer that responded to me from our my work website. the only regret i have is that truck was in pretty good shape except for it not having the front bumper,( which explains why there was no picture on website) and i went ahead an purchased it anyways because of travis was up front with me and said they was on order and they would take care of it. well it has been over a week that i Have purchased the truck and have been contacted by bank that is going to finance me but i still do not have a truck due to a part that is being back ordered. the fact that travis was honest with has kept me patient and the fact that my son likes the truck. I would recommend them to others but only if the cars are ready to go an not need any kind of servicing.

Comment: I bought a used 2014 Ford Focus and loving it! Prestige Autos have very competitive prices! If you are looking for a used early model vehicle, check in with Prestige Auto. They will give you a great Price. They werent pushy and intimidating at all. I was a little unsure about the car and i said i would come back and they literally told me yeah shop around! Here is my card if you are still interested we will be here! At other dealers the salesman are pushy and try to get you to buy it right away. Dealers dont want you to go shop around for a better deal but purchasing a vehicle at Prestige Auto was a hassle-free experience. You also get free car wash as long as you own the car! Their restroom is like a club! They have music bumping with neon lights. I didnt expect that at all.

Comment: Went online looking for a car and came across prestige auto Shaun pretty much took care of my application from over the phone and online and when I came in Shaun was absolutely wonderful didnt take long and they worked with what I had and my horrible credit and I drove off in a clean still under factory warranty 2014 Chevy Cruz with payments I can afford that I love thanks again Shaun and everyone at prestige auto for your great customer service!!! I would for sure recommended this place to anyone looking to buy a car.

Comment: The staff is great! However, after about 60 days my car began making odd noises. I left a couple messages regarding the issues I was having with my car and no one called back. I took my car to the dealer where I was informed that I should definitely speak with the seller about my issues.

Comment: I live in Nevada and found the Rover I had been searching for over a year at their dealership. I flew in to test drive it and loved how clean and maintained it was. After paying for a third party inspection which it passed with flying colors. I moved forward with purchasing the vehicle and was continued to be impressed with their professionalism and kindness throughout the process. Other dealers would get bent out of shape whenever I mentioned paying for my own third-party inspection, I had a few that would try to talk me out of an inspection which was always a red flag to say the least. This dealership is friendly, no pressure, no stress, honest and even offered to pick me up from the airport. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle and I am so happy with my new Rover. Customer for life!
