This is my favorite storage place. If you want a very trustworthy and reliable place this is it. Very nice people who run it.

2022-09-01Cheryl is amazing. I witnessed her care for a long time customer first hand as I waited to be helped. When she took care of me I could not have asked for better service.It is worth the effort to drive to this location and to work with Cheryl during business hours. Please, please consider working with her. She is a pro and an amazing human being!

2016-01-09The lady working at the office was very kind and it was exceedingly pleasant to do business with her. I was even given a special deal since I only needed the storage unit for a couple weeks instead of a month, but I still was allowed to keep my things in there longer than the two weeks if I needed to do so (I ended up needing an extra day to clear the unit out and that was not a problem). The location is great for college students too. Also, my rental fee covered the padlock and key, so I was allowed to keep that after my lease was over. I will definitely use this facility if I need to store anything large in the future.

2015-08-05The staff are lovely people, warm and gracious, and go out of their way to be helpful and see that your experience is positive. Its a terrific place, reasonably priced... Ive been very happy with this facility and grateful for all of the suggestions that made my move so much easier! TY.

2015-07-27I had an incredible experience at North Huron Street Storage. I rented a UHaul truck from another vendor, and I needed to exchange it for a bigger truck. The gentleman at North Huron Street Storage was extremely accommodating. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure I knew how to use the new truck and equipment.

2018-08-03Unfortunately wasnt able to rent as all their units were full, but the owner was so kind as to call *another* storage place and find me a unit there. That kind of service is a good sign in my book!
