2022-03-22Christina nailed our preferences in the selections of the homes she sent us to review. Fast forward to November. On our first outing, she scheduled three viewings and we made an offer on the last house we viewed. This was the timeline: We viewed the house on a Wednesday, made an offer on Thursday. Our offer was accepted on Sunday. We closed December 29, 2020. We moved into our new home on January 29, 2021. We received step-by-step guidance and assistance throughout the whole process. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions and Christina patiently answered them all. We were also provided with numerous resources that were very useful after we moved in. The Calhouns made our home buying experience a seamless one! We recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

They listened to my wants and needs and helped me find my first home in two days! It took only ONE month for me to close and the process was super easy!
