We enrolled our daughter, Kaylee, at 3 months. Now at 9 months were so happy we did and feel Primrose has been essential for her development. Every morning when we drop her off she always gives a big smile when she sees her teacher, Miss C. Clearly she loves it there. In conclusion - we have a happy, inquisitive, baby whos blowing away all her development milestones and we attribute this to the excellent care she receives at Primrose.

We started at Primrose when they opened last summer. It has been the best decision for our family! Our two daughters (currently 2.5 and 4 years old) absolutely love it here. They come home with something great to say every day. They love their teachers. The food choices are much healthier than those at our previous childcare place. The facility is very clean. I feel that everyone genuinely cares about my children and their well-being. On days when my girls don’t go to school they ask if they can go! Not once have they said they didn’t want to go to school – which is a big change from our previous daycare because it used to be a struggle to get them in the door without crying. Now, they happily walk in and don’t even look back to say goodbye! We are so thankful we found Primrose and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for safe, high quality childcare.

My wife and I enrolled our daughter in Primrose back in March of this year and simply could not be happier with the dedication, care, and professionalism displayed by all of the teachers and staff. The level of engagement and education is much to be desired even for the pre-preschool aged children (our daughter is now almost two and a half). There was a seamless transition from one toddler room to the next as she got older and her teachers ensured she was more than comfortable before fully moving her to the new room which included some new friends and teachers. We would absolutely recommend Primrose Schools to anyone looking for friendly and reliable care for their little ones. Big thank you to Kunjan and Hemal for bringing Primrose to our community.

We are so happy with the care and attention our daughter is getting from teachers and staff at Primrose Canton! You can see how much effort they put in as everyone is paying attention to details from the healthy food options to a balanced curriculum. My daughter is having so much fun there and she is just blooming. They learn a lot together from puppets, books, and different hands-on activities that let them construct their own knowledge and understanding of things. The playground outside is awesome too. The school environment is always so clean and they are doing a great job handling everything even during a pandemic. Glad to be a part of the Primrose family and we definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested!

UPDATED 6/27/22ALL FAMILIES TAKE NOTE OF THE REPLIES FROM THE OWNERS! They are basically cut and pasted Shows how much they’re invested in your child. My grandson was a student at Primrose Canton. At age 2 1/2 he has a speech delay. He excels in every way. My grandson was bitten, 3 times, which I understand is how toddlers behave. He likes to rough house, never in a mean way, laughing all the while, which is also how toddlers behave. The director told us that his physical behavior was due to his speech delay and they don’t have the resources to help. *very important correction. The DIRECTOR did not make the statement that they don’t have the resources for him, the OWNER, made that statement regarding not having resources (or patience) to accept a child with a speech delay.I, again, feel that I must stress the important dynamic here. My grandson has no learning disability, no socializing disability. He’s a wonderful bright boy.My understanding and expectation for sending a child to preschool is to teach them not only academics, but more importantly to interact with other children in a responsible, productive manner. I’m outdone, shocked and disappointed that a school with a great reputation, not to mention the cost, failed him in such a major way. This school prides itself on having children who are bright, which he is. They also pride themselves on having children who are very well acclimated to every possible situation. What they fail to recognize is that they expect children to come to them that way. They can’t the credit for that. Now, I feel I must give a glowing endorsement for The Learning Experience in Novi. He has been there for 3 weeks now. They were surprised that his previous school had any issue with the speech delay or his style of play and behavior. During the interview expressed, and now they have shown, that the toddlers enrolled there run the gamut from speaking fluently to not saying one word. They’ve had no issues with any child and how to handle the behavior of toddlers. As any layperson would know, let alone a professional; yes, toddlers bite, they cry, they push, yet they laugh, they hug, they have tantrums, yet they help one another, they share, but they are above all sponges that soak up everything that is taught to them, every experience, good or bad. Whether they are talking up a storm, frustrated because they can’t form the words, or simply mimic and haven’t connected that through sign language that they can stop signing and use the spoken word to get the same action.Primrose Canton is nothing more than an over-priced daycare, which has labeled itself a preschool. The Learning Experience has comparable tuition, but they earn every dollar. This review is only a review of the Canton location.I know of many children who have excelled at other Primrose schools.***Update*** He is thriving at his new school, The Learning Experience in Novi. He is allowed to be a kid and develop as kids do. He’s completely potty trained. Has wonderful friendships with his classmates and relationships with his teachers. He is out of the “aggressive play” phase and is speaking more clearly and expanding his vocabulary weekly!*I have a talking little genius who won’t stop!A preschool should help with that, as the Learning Experience has, not write them off as having behavioral problems. as Primrose did.

We could not be happier with the experiences our daughter is receiving from Primrose. She is currently 20 months and has been enrolled since Sept 2020. Her language skills, color and shape recognition, etc. along with her social skills are blossoming thanks to the teachers and staff. The attention she receives is exceptional and with the Procare App we are involved in her day with pictures, daily lessons, bathroom breaks, and many more updates. Another huge plus for us was and is the attention paid to the current pandemic and staffs effort to keep everyone safe and healthy. I highly recommend Primrose School of Canton!

Initially, I thought that choosing Primrose would be a great fit for my daughter’s transition to Kindergarten. It appeared to have all our boxes checked. However, it was indeed not a good one. The Pre-K Classroom is chaotic. The Ratio for 20+ children is only 2 Teachers. There have been multiple Teacher Changes since September. The Procare app that is used is not updated regularly. Items brought to the school were lost and so on. I was told by the Director that my child did not act “Age Appropriate, was “Non-Verbal” and that we should speak w/ her Pediatrician in regards to her behavior. Implying that maybe she had some sort of developmental delay. This Director did not spend regular time w/ my child to make this assessment of her, but according to her she has Years of Experience and a “Masters Degree.” My Daughter communicates well verbally and would act out occasionally, Like any other Toddler would. It was to the point where they would call daily and asked for her to be picked up. This was not how she normally behaved, so at this moment I knew that she needed to be removed from the school. I would ask the Owners when did her Behavior worsen and I would never get a clear explanation. They stated that she always would act out but they never communicated this to Me or my Husband. I would ask her did she like the school and initially she would say yes and as of lately I would only hear no. It was just not a good fit for her as I could see that she was not adjusting well to the setting.

Weve been sending our daughter to Primrose since opening day - I could not be more happy with the care they provide. When we drive into the parking lot my daughter cheers from her car seat which makes drop off so much easier for us both. I absolutely love the app for parents - pictures throughout the day, messaging ability with the staff, potty updates, meal updates, nap time, etc. I feel very connected and informed about what they are up to and what she is learning while shes there. The quality curriculum and healthy meal plan sold us from the start and they have proven to be well worth the money.

Primrose schools is hands down the greatest please to send your kiddos. Primrose puts so much thought and care to every aspect of childcare and it shows. My kids love going to Primrose and I love it because I know that they are learning and playing in a safe environment, especially during this Covid pandemic. We were previously with another child care facility before Primrose came to Canton and the kids were regressing, crying at drop off and I felt horrible dropping them off. Since switching to Primrose, we haven’t had a single tear, even from my 7month old, and I have piece of mind when I have to work.

We recently moved to the area from out of state. Our first early childhood education choice wasnt ideal and our oldest didnt take to the school. I searched and took multiple virtual tours to find the place I wanted to take my children every day. After meeting with the owner, I knew Primerose of Canton was the place my children needed to be. There was an immediate opening for my oldest and a waitlist for my youngest. We made the decision to move forward even if it meant we had to send our children to separate places. The owner was so welcoming, professional, and cares about every single child. Now, both of my children are full-time and loving it! The food is a well-balanced, the teachers and staff are really nice, and best of all my children are excelling their educational skills faster than I’ve ever seen them. Everything about this franchise has exceeded my expectations! I will gladly recommend Primrose of Canton to anyone in the area and moving to this area.
