I priced a tire for my bike I came back in a week later and the price doubled told me the price on a kenda the original price was $74 a week later for the same kenda $136

2021-07-15God blessed the shop owner,Such a sweet heart. We came in for a flat repair,and he was super friendly,honest and has such a good heart. Thank you Google maps for randomly sending us to pro cycle. Will definitely just swing by and say high from Mn whenever we come back to visit Michigan. Highly recommended. We are very pleased and appreciated.

2021-08-21I left them with the instructions to get my ATV in perfect running condition. We discussed new tires and the entire tune up that needed to be done. 6 months later, after numerous calls reminding them I was waiting still, I show up to pick up my quad only to find no new tires, my tires were completely flat. And the guy at the desk had no response for my inquiries. If I sucked this bad at my job, people would die, not sure how theyve gotten away with this one. Horrible customer service, well see how the quad actually runs once I get my own tires. Would not recommend at all. I can only hope that the guy at the desk wasnt the owner, because there was no apology, no solution, nothing....blank stares.

2021-06-11Ben was great. He was very helpful but bike took 3 weeks to get done when he only said 1 week. Brought it to them to fix a gas leak on the carb 2 times and still didnt fix it. Not going back there again

2020-11-24I would not take a lawnmower to get it fixed there. Very deceitful. I took it there on a Saturday then told me he would work on it Thursday of that week.Had my sportsman 500 for 24 days and never looked at it. I went and picked it up, I will have some reputable place fix it. Beware

2017-09-14Brought my bike in to have a tire put on and Ben and the crew were great to work with. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend and could not imagine having anyone else doing work on my bike.
