Excellent! I used this place to replace the screen on my chromebook, and, more recently, to install a new keyboard on my Macbook Pro. The Genius bar, and Geek squad, both said its an old machine, and to replace it, and ubreakifix quoted me a higher price. The macbook now works fine, and, hopefully, I can keep it a few more years. The repair was completed quickly. Apple is a Dow Jones stock; let it crash some more. muahaha!!

Took my computer here, and it was WAY worse when I picked it up afterward. I dont know if it was a new guy working on it there or what, but either way, they should know what theyre doing. Went here because a neighbor said they were good and I did. Very regretful I came now.

2021-01-19Awesome experience. I needed a repair on my Dell laptop that was beyond my skills. On the phone, Dan explained his pricing and what to expect. Possibly same day service, if not I would have my laptop back the next day. I had the required parts, just not the confidence. I dropped the laptop off just after 1:00 pm. He called just after 3:00 pm, saying it was ready. Amazing.Dan has a kind and professional demeanor. Most importantly he has great computer skills.The location inside Heartland Market (a grocery store) seems unusual to me. At the same time, it is ingenious. The store is easy to find. And Dan’s counter is just a few steps to the right once you enter the store. In these COVID-19 times, I can say this store is compliant with masking and social distancing.

2021-10-06I have always gotten great service at Progate. Dan Sabri has been a tremendous support to me in setting up my small business. He’s done printing, advises me on what equipment to buy, how to identify and deal with scams, and always readily repairs anything that goes amiss with my computer . You won’t find better anywhere. Progate is the BEST!

2020-11-03Excellent. Called ahead for opening hours, could bring my computer in and got Windows repaired a few hours later. Couldnt ask for better service and highly recommend Dan, the owner.Note: Address will change to be inside Heart Marketplace 12 Mile and Farmington Rd in December.

2019-06-29I came into Progate with an audio issue on my laptop. Dan was knowledgeable about possible issues and was able to diagnose the problem - which led me to be able to fix it on my own! He is also the nicest guy and we had a great conversation about computer technologies. I highly recommend his business!

2019-02-27Brought my computer into Dan due to motherboard not functioning. Dan did an amazing job of diagnosing the problem. I watched him go through a very thorough process. Very impressed with the customer service I received and will definitely go back if I have another issue. Do yourself a favor folks. Dont waste your time anywhere else.

2017-02-08I was having my data recovered at the cell phone shop right next to this business and was in need of a blank CD. When I walked in, there was a customer ahead of me thanking the owner for his wonderful service. When I told him about me, he handed me the disc and said, No charge. It was an incredibly appreciated gesture as I had spent 2 days looking for a store that could retrieve my data, then to be in need of the CD.... This business is clearly a gem with a terrific owner. Thank you for being kind!
