Comment: Our storage unit was broken in to and our stuff stolen. We had insurance through public storage but they refused to cover any losses. If you store anything here make sure it isnt valuable because there is a big chance it wont be there when you want it. Total waste of money.Worth noting, the staff ask you to leave a 5 star review when you sign up. All these 5 star reviews are posted the day they sign up. Take it from someone who had stuff stored here for a year. Buyer be warned.The insurance will gas light you into filling out all the paperwork, reassuring you that it will all be ok. Then after hours of filling out forms they deny you. Not only was my stuff stolen, so was my time.

They tried to blame me saying that if I had come by I would have found out sooner but its a storage unit not something you typically visit often and either way I should have been contacted . Awful and sad that you are paying for a service and your things are not safe and they could care less about it.

I came into the office needing information a woman named Suvie gave great customer service took her time to inform me and personally show me the locker sizes and helped with the locker size that would serve me best for the amount of stuff I needed to store. I have tried storage in the past and NO WHERE CAN COMPARE to the cleanliness and outstanding customer service!!! Best storage site by far.
