Comment: Great storage facility - a very clean and up-to-date facility, good security measures, decent monthly rates, and very helpful and friendly managers (a big thank you to Michael, Nicolas, and the rest of the staff). Each customer is issued their own keypad code and there is secure fencing all around. A keypad code is required - first to enter the grounds, again to enter any of the buildings, and again to exit the grounds. All coded gates and doors close automatically after you drive/walk through. Cameras continuously monitor the exterior grounds. Each storage space steel door has a latch which allows the use of a high-security cylinder lock and 2 additional padlocks if desired. Very nice. Most smaller storage spaces are located inside the buildings while there are larger spaces with access from outside the buildings. There are also a few spaces to store vehicles and trailers. Dollies are available to use upon request. You will be required to purchase insurance and a cylinder lock. A very well-managed and maintained facility!

However, this facility is about the cleanest we have come across.We originally worked with Leslie when we first leased, and we have continued to work with Danielle and Karen. The service levels from each of them have been professional, friendly, and, above all, helpful. We moved out of one of the units this past weekend, and Karen was there to help with carts, access and the final inspection in record time. Of all of the facilities in the Torrance/Redondo area, we recommend this one!

Walking into this location I was greeted by a very nice and respectful employee by the name Karen I believe it was. She responded to all my questions with poise and excellent knowledge about her job. I was given a tour around the area and I have to say it was one of the better taken care of places Ive been to with plenty of options when it comes to storage space. Im definitely putting this place as my #1 option for my mom when she does decide to move.

It is very hard to get into at times as the alley is very narrow compared to the pictures. Our biggest complaint is the fact that Public Storage claims Temperature controlled Their idea of this is large out take roof fans. I can tell you it is extremely hot on there. So hot that you come out soaking g wet! Enough said!

She was very friendly and personable, took care of me very efficiently, and I left to go to my old unit (I was moving from a large unit to a smaller one to save money). Wendy realized I was unaware of a situation with the lock on my unit, and rather than just put in her time and go off work like most people do, she came looking for me, found me, informed me, and took care of me again, way above and beyond the call of duty. And if she hadnt found me, Id be stuck. Wendy is very on-the-ball and very pleasant too; you cant teach that kind of stuff. I know, Im a pastor who has to try and get good people to lead ministries and interface with people. Someone smart should put her in upper management soon!

I highly recommend it!2nd Review, Thurs., 2/20...I was going to leave a 2nd review related to my 2nd visit on the same day mentioned above, but it looks like youre only allowed to leave 1 review. I cleared out about 1/2 of the stuff in my unit during my 1st visit - decided to come back to check on downsizing. Once again, Wendy was very accommodating. She efficiently explained my options and the related costs. She also took the time to take me on a tour to look at one of the possible units. Courteous, efficient and professional! Wendy, and the crew at PS Torrance, are doing an outstanding job!

It is so old.2. They could of done a better job on fixing the floor inside the storage, it doesnt look that great. Good job on getting more carts.3. They shouldnt allow any pets.4. They should paint the lines where the park campers, trucks, cars pay to stay.So they can stay within there lines. So whomever can park in between to go into the buildings. I witness a big truck trying to get out, and he had to back out several times and it took him over 10-15 minutes, due to a truck and a big boat in the way, he could of gone out the front gate.5. The GATES should be replaced, they at times dont open or close properly.6. GOOD JOB on making the bathroom bigger, but the TOILET SEAT keeps coming off.?Also leaving it unlocked for more convienance, without a key each time.Please sweep for nails, I have gotten so many flat tires, and have picked up so many nails. The contruction people were so careless.Please dont raise the rates, it is great where it is for now.

Comment: Today I went in to clean out and discontinue my storage unit. The gal up front was extremely helpful and sweet. I also needed to throw away a few things, so the manager personally came over and helped me carry the items to the trash! Thanks guys!

Comment: Moving is one of those things everyone does, but nobody really enjoys... kind of like eating vegetables. Over the past couple years, Ive moved several times, but only one time was complex enough to require using a storage unit.Now, despite the hassles one might typically associate with moving, I actually had an awesome time with this location and with Wendy specifically. Shes very attentive, down to earth, and makes a normally tedious endeavor enjoyable.You guys have a customer for life.
