Comment: I had a rather stressful moving experience and felt a bit overwhelmed. By the time I arrived to the property I was at my wits end. Everything that could go wrong and was out of my control did go wrong. However, I worked with Phillipa and Heather who both provided such great customer service. They truly went above and beyond to help me. Their compassion and care honestly helped me pull myself together. They provided solutions and made things so much easier for me. What was wild is I went in there think this day is not going to be real pleasant, I have to spend money that I dont want to spend and left there thinking I think this day is a great day.I thought I needed a 10x15 but I dont I only need a 10x10 if I pack it right so I save money and to top it off its the Memorial Day sale 50 % off the whole time you rent so I save major money. No matter what, they have always treated me the same and have always been greeted with a welcoming smile. The place is very clean, easy to access, and greatly staffed! Not to mention, the whole facility is indoor, so it keeps a lot of weather damage from happening. Definitely recommend the location to anyone looking for a quality storage unit!

From aquring the locks, introducing the loading area, and helping us control the gate from our phone was an overall a great experience. It looks safe because it’s inside units but it is NOT ! mine & 6 other units were broken into and items were stolen from our storage yet the office ladies (besides philipa) acted like this was normal !! They actually didn’t even know units were broken into until 2pm when we went to the office to complain about our unit being opened ! Sad.. Didn’t care to do anything about it just tell you to call the police and let them handle it. no refund, NOTHING! Save yourself the stress and don’t come here ..

They broke into my trailer by drilling out the locks and pried open the door and then the following month they pried open my storage doors and took my $200 extension cord. They obviously don’t care about security and will do nothing about it. They even have some homeless person living in a van with a dog and cat wondering around the last time I was there. Cameras are there just for decoration since nobody monitors them. What a mistake storing my trailer there.

The staff at Public Storage has been very helpful and forgiving at the same time. I was supposed to be out of one storage unit on to another the same day but I wasnt able to but they forgave me and let me proceed the next day without charge. Now that was a great deal for me. I just hope I didnt get anybody in trouble for helping me out and thank you very much Public Storage.

Homeless people live there and will harass you. Nothing but non-stop issues. They raise their prices way up each year and say thats the going rate, but I check around and it isnt at all. They have awful customer service. I hate this place. They constantly change rules so you dont know what to expect and charge fees on everything. Getting a cart is not convenient. Using the website even presents frustrating regular issues. Bad news all around. Its my nightmare of a facility.

I called 4different times and nobody ever answered nor returned my phone calls. So I went down there and when I walked into the office Kristal was talking on her cell phone. I waited a few minutes and she just let the phone ring while she continued talking away on her cell. After about 5 minutes of waiting she finally hung up. She never greeted me. She had an attitude that I was there. She never even offered to show me my unit. She was straight out rude to me. So decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope that Public Storage Corporate doesnt condone their business practices.THE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION ARE DISHONEST AND SHADY!!!! My mom recently passed away and I have some items that needed to go to storage. I live in Georgia. She lived in California. I found this Public Storage online, 1351 Pomona Rd, Corona, CA. In the process of completing the quote I entered a wrong initial in the name. Sometimes I will do it on purpose if Im just information seeking. In this case, I decided I wanted to rent the space. I tried to correct the incorrect letter but the system wouldnt let me correct it. I didnt think it was that big of a deal so, I entered my information and paid for the unit and planned to call the office the next day to correct it. I received a confirmation letter stating that my space was ready for use. The letter provided me with a gate code and the storage unit number.Upon attempting to use the information, the keypad screen said that I needed to see the property manager. It was after office hours, but it was before 9 p.m., which is the cut off time for move-ins. Upon calling the office the next day, I spoke to a uppity little girl and she told me that unless I could come in and provide my I.D., they wouldnt be able to rent me the unit because the account said C. Williams instead of M. Williams. Just playing devils advocate here: since when is it illegal or suspicious to have a name on an account and have someone pay the down payment for you? All the information was legitimate. Remind you, I AM IN GEORGIA and she wants me to fly to Corona, CA to show her my drivers license. There is no policy stating that I had to reside in California in order to rent the space. There is a procedure for doing everything online without having to come into the location. I told her that was fine because I obviously couldnt come into the office, so just refund my money. She told me that they wont refund the money. Its their policy not to give refunds. I said thats not acceptable. You are refusing to rent me the unit -- I didnt cancel or change my mind. Besides that I NEVER ENTERED THE PREMISES, NOR DID I TAKE POSSESSION OF THE LOCK OR THE UNIT.Lets recap. I never took possession of the unit, but Im getting charged for one month at $52. I never used the lock but Im getting charged $19.99 for the lock, which they will reuse, I never accessed the property or the unit and Im getting charged $15 for the mandatory insurance on the unit, I never took possession or move one piece of anything into the unit, but Im getting charged a $24 move-in fee. Im getting charged $1.25 for taxes AND, THE ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY DUE TO THEIR NO REFUND POLICY!!!! In all fairness, I could understand this if I had taken possession of the unit BUT I NEVER SET ONE FOOT ON THEIR PREMISES LET ALONE TOOK POSSESSION OF THE UNIT. I would also understand if I cancelled or changed my mind about the unit. THEY REFUSED TO RENT THE UNIT TO ME BECAUSE I COULDNT COME FROM GEORGIA TO CORONA, CALIFORNIA TO SHOW THEM MY DRIVERS LICENSE. Keep in mind, they did verify that my license was a valid Georgia license. Please be careful dealing with these people. They are scamming people because COVID19 has given the the perfect opportunity!! I dont believe they ever had an available unit. So, false advertising, shady business practices and Im out $112.54, all while still grieving the loss of my mother. I agree with the other reviews. If I could give this place negative stars I would give them 100 negative stars. Comment: Son muy rateros!I began paying $141 with insurance and everything in 2017. In 2018, without a warning, they raised the price to $161. In may of 2019, I didnt notice that I didnt have money in my card. I had to pay late fee and I ended up paying almost $500 that month. They raised the price from $161 to $211. I made a complaint and the issue was not resolved. The office staff did not treat me with respect and I had to pay $500. I remember that someone from the staff told me that that is why I should have read the contract. I decided to revise the contract, in small letters it said that they charge fees but they did not specify the amount. So there was no regulation in the price or fees, meaning they could raise the fee price and storage price whenever they feel like it. If you lose your belongings, they do not consider all the months you paid. You either pay or they dont let you keep your stuff.

The initial unit I had reserved was simply not going to work for my needs. She was informative, upfront and took the time to show me the differences between what was currently available. In the end, I really couldnt be happier or have anything better to say. This is the kind of upfront service that creates customer retainment and is invaluable to any business. As far as the unit and location itself, I give a solid A rating. Its convenient, secure, CLEAN and well lit. I have only ONE complaint and it is the exit gate. You must exit your vehicle to enter the code to exit. This NEEDS to be addressed actually as it is a huge security issue for my wife. Scenario, someone tailgates in and waits, she is leaving, must exit her vehicle, enter the code which causes the gate to open... shes now outside her vehicle (presumably still running) with a gate now opening in a rather secluded back area of a storage facility with quick and easy access to the freeway. Ya, not the greatest. Other than that, the place is solid. And FWIW, I would never let my wife come here alone at night for the reason I stated.

This is my second time coming to this location for my storage needs and my moms first and I would recommend this place to anyone. They keep a very organized and clean place and if you should need anything for your packing and moving needs they have a great selection whether you just need a roll of tape or boxes in many different sizes to kits which provide most if not all your packing needs there for purchase. They also provide flat carts to help move your belongings from your vehicle to your unit that can carry a lot to help in making fewer trips. I thank the staff there for continuously giving me a great experience and a special thank you to Valerie as well as my apology due to taking 2 weeks to give my review when I informed her that day and insisted I would before I left to share my great experience with them with others. He helped me find a unit that would work best for me and he was very knowledgable about all the questions I had. Comment: Came to get a unit and spoke with Bertha she is super sweet and friendly showed me the actual unit size I reserved online and another option to see what fit my needs best. When you go in to check out a cart for your items always greeted and with a smile. Def recommend getting a storage with them super conveniently located off the freeway and nice/clean.

Comment: I really hate to have to write this review, but the experience i had here was one that i couldnt easily shake. A few days ago i needed to get a storage space&came to this place because my boyfriend has one here. Everything went fine until 2days later when my friend and i showed up at my storage to drop off shelving. The manager snuck up on us and in the rudest and most condescending way possible informed me that i was being put on some sort of restricted access because the night before i had left my keys in my boyfriends unit so we had to go get them and ended up leaving 4MINUTES after close!!!! She told me that when i tried to list him as my emergency contact(which she denied saying absolutely not! You cant use HIM as your contact! With no explanation as to why not)And that she had flagged my account so she could watch me when i entered it upon arrival. this was only 1 time that i left late. She seemed to be so excited to use her power to restrict my access that i feel bad for anyone who is late more than once, does she have another ridiculous punishment for that offence i wonder??? This is the only negative review i have ever written but i had to do it because of how badly i feel i was treated, singled out because of my boyfriend. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Comment: Anne made the whole storage process a breeze!! Bertha was so helpful on the. phone and when I arrived Anne walked me through everything and made it all simple and quick! I truly appreciate the help that these ladies offered. Moving is stressful enough and these ladies really helped ease my stress. The property is beautiful and everything looks new. It is a very secure lot and I definitely feel comfortable storing my things here. If you need storage in the area I highly recommend public storage!
