Comment: Ive been out front since 10:00 its now 11:09 and No sign of any employee no note on the office door saying that the manager is on the lot or on break. I have three storages in three different cities to take care of and its just kind of unprofessional management that messes up my business. We live in manager should never be out of sight or contact without having some type of notification made aware to all customers should not be tracking down a manager who doesnt want to work.

Comment: Last I put a lot close and in public storage in Vallejo on Humboldt in Tennessee This past weekend a friend help get my stuff out. But to my surprise more than half of my stuff was gone because before then the stores please was so full that I couldnt barely close the door to my storage unit. On June 27,2021 I opened the door my Im with sitting back door the wall with the rest of my stuff in my storage unit I guess they figure I would never notice that majority of my stuff was missing I would never rent there again I suggest whoever went there and give you a sense of false security what those locks because they will rip you of!!!!!

Didnt see cameras, but noticed there is a person living on site. In personally would store my own things here. Tight driving paths though if you have a trailer. She was very knowledgeable and provided me with awesome customer service despite people coming in needing a million things from all over the place through the process. I can tell she cares about the well being of my items and that they are in good hands!The second time I came in to make my payment a larger woman was working and she was so rude, I almost thought it was a joke or I was going to turn around and see a camera man for MTVs Boiling Point. I was absolutely terrified that maybe they sent the manager I liked to another location and that this is what I was stuck with! I even called PS to make sure the property manager was the same ready to move out if it was changing.Great property, and great manager so I gotta give it 5 stars. They have recently been burglarized and our unit was one of the 7 to be broke into, strangely ours was the only one that nothing was stolen from, but the robbers cut our lock off and put their own gigantic lock on which happened to be a brand new Public Storage lock and even more strangely the night the burglary took place, the cameras were coincidently down, so it appears to me that it could possibly have been an inside job. Now we seem to be treated as if we were the buglars, this place is riduculous!

Comment: I always receive EXCELLENT and professional assistance from Desiree. She is always extremely courteous and efficient. The property is always clean. This Public Storage location has problems with the entrance/exit gate malfunctioning on an average of once per month. Through all of this, Desiree handles problems with customers in a manner that reduces stress and tension. Her input helps me tremendously.I complained once about my rent increase, and I was given a six month hiatus at the rate I was paying. Soon thereafter, my rent was increased by twenty dollars (more than 10%), so, I really didnt get the break I thought I was getting. Why am I still using their services? Because as most, I need somewhere to store my personal belongings (due to people constantly breaking into my house). Its a no-win situation.I dont have PS insurance because the theft that occurs on-site is obviously by someone who knows how to manipulate the locks. My son had entertainment equipment stolen from his securely locked unit. His lock was secure when he returned, so how did the amplifier worth more than $500 disappear? I hear about this kind of problem often.Bottom-line- rent at your own risk and dont take the insurance because in some cases it will be hard to prove that your unit was broken into.More importantly, I am concerned about the business entity not being legal. To date, there is no business license through the city of Vallejo, and the corporation status through the State of California is dissolved. So what does this mean? It means that the business structure is questionable. It also means that the liability factors for all customers will not be sufficient if there are potential legal actions against them.Finally, the increase in monthly rents are too high and too frequent considering the fact that people are losing their rental agreements due to Vallejo Housing Authority downsizing households by forcing their clients to share bedrooms with teen-age and adult children as well as the increase in the tenants portion of rents that are over and above (the legal) 30% of their income. People just try to port out of Vallejo because they do not know how to ask for HUD regulations that support the City of Vallejos unconscionable downsizing and increase in rents. Personally, I believe the actions by Vallejo Housing Authority is nothing short of blatant gentrification. There are also too many auctions of customers possessions due to frequent increases of Public Storage rents and people losing their homes for whatever reasons..
