Comment: Happy Customer here, I had an emergency relocation was my mission and as a regular renter at this location I knew I had no problem in the past I felt my unit was secured and great deal as well so I’m back. I had help and was explained in.a very nice manner was “ Yamira “ she was is a trainee but she was so kind my hard day bad mood went away as a happy spirit even after I’m going through a storm she was awesome she made my day easier. I respect and appreciate the respect back and YAMIRA WENT BEYOND HER KINDNESS taking me to preview the size unit I reserved to making me feel a home there. The detailed tour and merchandise in the office I got a new lock and erring the pack for unit not to get humid ( I forgot the name ) haha the system was acting up for some reason but the young girl that was in the office training Yamira had to do it manually and I had to sign papers maybe upgrading the system or get some tech to boost it up this was the only thing that sparked me Public Storage is a big company and hospitality is awesome give these girls some good new technology make it faster finishing the rental process 🙂 overall I’m happy to be back truly Recommend this location.

A storage that is infested with rottens you can clearly see them and the stink. Terrible place. And I bet its not just one unit infested rats must travel all over the place . Comment: I have had this storage since 2018. When i got it they would increase the fee every year by 10% which was understanding and affordable. Know this year they have incresed the fee by 34% which its almost $100.00 increase from $282.00 to $374.00. According to Freddy its due to the inflation, I told him your community that you serve still lost their jobs and their income decreased significantly. Their community are suffering this is not acceptable or human taking advantage.

Comment: I have had my unit for about 3-4 months and got it for $277, I got a notice that this next bill my payment will go up to $364! The units of the same size are going for under $300 right now, $283 was the lowest. I don’t understand the price hike. Why?! The unit didn’t grow. I have not made a late payment. I feel like this company is taking advantage of its customers- once you lug your heavy furnishings into storage, they blindside you with a price hike for no reason. If the price hike is to offset costs, then why are the prices for the available units a lot cheaper?!

Comment: Start off with the star, they get one simply because there is no such thing as 0 zero stars. Their service and security is a joke. They work in a way that when my trailer was stolen, cameras just so happen to not be working. To this day Im still waiting on the manager to let me know if theres footage. The business hours are a joke anyone comes in and out whenever they want tailgating happens with every car. Police state this is one of the worst places to store your things. Theres always theft and management has done nothing about it. My 14 foot trailer was driven off the lot and they could not help me to figureout what truck, large truck, managed to take it . Stay away from this disgrace of a business.

Comment: I have rented storage from several places but this one is by far the worst. Their accessible hours are not the only thing horrible about them but their customer service is the worst. Also, if you vacate the unit on the 2nd of the month, you are still liable for the full amount of the month. They dont pro rate you! Comment: I just visited the place to get a better view of the storage units before reserving, they were really nice and showed us all the sizes from inside with out a hassle, they explained everything by detail when it came to our payment arrangement, they also provide you with dollies if needed to move around. Comment: The worse customer services. Girls working there overcharging storing size fee. Also they not allow to get your own lock. If you want to rent there you have to buying the using lock. And they selling a 25 dollars. And home depot price is 10.95. I very disappointed how this place steals your money. In the top of the if you dont buy insure, you cant rent the space. I move my office furniture as emergency because I did not found a good office location. definitely I wont go back there and not recommended to public.

As I spoke to her she asked me what size I was looking for and by when would I like the storage unit. She was able to tell me in detail, as well as simplified how big the storage unit were with a friendly and knowledgeable attitude. She was very detailed with her responses to my questions and even provided extra information. I love this because it allowed me to find what I needed without having to fish for information.

Julie and Jose were WAY above and beyond service oriented!! Not only were they extremely helpful but their attitude and customer service was top rate.I definitely would refer anyone of my friends or business associates to this location.
