My unit is now more than double what they rent current similar units for.Ive been a customer here about 4 years. 10x15 unit.--Initial price with insurance was $233.--9 months later increased to $255.--12 months later $291.--12 months later $393. Prices online at that point significantly less.--I ask if they can do anything, they brought the price back to $291.--3 months later, the price hikes back to $393.--6 months later it hiked to $467. Prices online about half. I ask if they can do anything, they decline.--Prices online today for similar 10x15 unit, $219 with insurance.I finally just booked one of the online units for $219 and will physically move my stuff from one unit, down the hall, to the other. I asked if there was a way to avoid going through this exercise and just give me the price that they are currently asking for rentals, and they said they could reduce my rate down to $375 but no more.Periodic price hikes are one thing, but for them to get to the point where the unit of someone who has been around for 4 years is more than double the price of a similar unit currently online is horrible.Facility itself is fine and the individual people working there are nice, which is why it doesnt get 1 star, but the pricing practices are a just a bad way to treat customers.

I’ve had a few storages in the past, but I usually always had the same type of experience with them, I felt like I was just another customer. Today Kent made me feel like I actually mattered, and that they really do appreciate my business. I was getting ready to move to a different location because it would’ve been a bit cheaper, and I had let Kent know that, and solely because of his exceptional customer service and such a positive attitude I decided I would stay with this public storage location. I originally chose this location because it was climate-controlled, conveniently located near the freeway, and I got a great deal by booking online. I was very happy renting here, but I moved to south OC a few years back and wanted to have my storage closer to home. When I was moving out, the manager, Kent went above and beyond to make sure my move-out process was smooth and was very accommodating! Although my new storage is closer to home, it is not near as nice as this location and has much shorter access hours. We will miss coming here for our storage. Highly recommended!!

Comment: Do not park a vehicle in their secured lot!! We were traveling from Wisconsin to California and needed to keep our teardrop camper in a secured location for a couple of weeks. Came back to find $2000 worth of equipment stolen. They jimmied the window and opened the door. We had a side tent that I spent hours sewing and customizing that will be of no use to anyone. They also stole the Thule Dockslides for our kayaks, but the base is on the teardrop so they will be of no use to anyone either. It is simple to see it was an inside job. Who steals from people with your own interests??!! Google reviews were very good at this place. But going on Yelp is a different story and explains what is really going on here. We called police twice during the day and never came. I suspect they are tired of coming to this place. We also never heard back from management after many calls. I wish I would have checked ALL reviewing places. I would have never put it there.

Comment: So I went to pickup my RV for a quick trip and discovered my catalytic converter had been stolen. This comes on the heal of a theft about 9 months ago (nothing stolen, but about $1,500 in damage. Like others, office says to call the police, but offer no assistance and no explanations (call your insurance company). By the way, as I was discovering the recent theft, the office assistance was walking back to the office with a trash bucket filled with shattered glass. You may think the price sounds good for an RV storage unit, but it cost you more then a secure/guarded facility.

He gave me a great deal and the PERFECT spot for what we needed for our business van. We had been keeping the van on the street and it got egged. I’m so glad that we now have it in a safe place with camera surveillance.I was a bit afraid that the location was in Santa Ana but this has got to be the nicest place in Orange County for a Public Storage. Comment: I have used Public Storage for quite some time now. I lost my unit keys for the first time and Anwar expeditiously submitted my request regarding my lock situation and also followed up. Julie the area manager came out to this location to remedy my lock situation. I didnt get charged extra for the physical work done to remove my lock. Both were very nice, professional and pleasant to deal with.

Comment: I have been using this storage unit site for over a year and am so happy with the quality care that I have received. Anwar is amazing!! He is so considerate and kind and extremely helpful. He even has gone out of his way to call me to remind me of my monthly dues. LOL He is simply an outstanding member of this particular location. Great job, Anwar!! :)

Any questions Ive had or help figuring anything out he was able to assist me with right away. His professionalism and dedication to helping serve his customers at this property is outstanding. Comment: I went to rent a space at this property, the property manager Anwar showed me a few units and he went out of his way to help me find the perfect unit for the best price. Comment: This is an excellent rental property with storage in good condition and very clean. Pricing is very competitive with all others around. Best of all the manager, Mr. Anwar, is helpful, friendly and courteous. We really felt at home with him the whole time. We wish to know this place sooner so our home having a bit more room to breathe, while knowing extra stuffs is in good distant storage. Highly recommended.
