He answered all my questions thoroughly, explaining the different unit sizes and access options clearly. What truly impressed me was his genuine interest in helping me find the perfect storage solution for my needs. He wasnt just pushing the most expensive option, but took the time to understand my situation and recommend the best fit.Overall, my experience at Public Storage was exceptional, largely due to Alexs outstanding customer service. Comment: I had a first floor, indoor unit at Public Storage Via Princessa for 5 months and it was a very positive experience from start to finish. Brenda and her team are so helpful and polite. They go above and beyond to assist you. My unit was so clean, as are the facilities. Accessing the security gate on the app and entering my unit was always a breeze. They even allowed my POD to park by my unit for 24 hours to get it packed up. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I will be sure to recommend you to anyone seeking a storage facility.

Comment: I starting storing my stuff here. The place is very clean and competitive pricing. However what set the apart from the rest was Isiah (I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong). The gentlemen is a hard worker, he was cleaning up leaves and stuff around the property (probably why it’s so clean and nice) and noticed from across the lot that I was having issues backing up my trailer and offered to help. He went out of his way to offer. Customer service something that’s hard to find. I found it here. Not just with this experience but with the initial renting and everything in between. Highly recommended!!!!!

Comment: Disgraceful that they would raise their already high cost of storage units by 20%. My 10x15 storage went from 350 to 415. I have used Public Storage for 12 years. They pretty much suck at everything. In the few times I actually go there I can never find a cart to help me load my stuff into my already expensive unit. They suck. Never using them again.

Comment: Public Storage does not honor advertised deals. No response from their corporate lines. My rent was raised without due notice in 6 months while they listed the same size unit for a discount. Now 9 months later its up again and theyre offering the same unit size for a further discount. Every employee is a property manager it seems and they will reach out the same day a reservation is made, but will not respond to voicemails regarding these issues.

She was kind, informative, and attentive. 10/5 stars for Debbie!THEN, about 15 minutes later, someone from the location called me about the unit I had reserved. I am so sorry I don’t remember her name :( she was also just as kind and informative as a Debbie and should receive 10/5 stars as well; she called me to let me know that it is a first-come-first serve reservation system. I totally understood. She wanted me to know that it was the last one and that someone had come that morning to look at it. I needed to sign the lease online as soon as possible if I wanted to keep it because there is a chance that if I waited til I got there to look at it the next day, it may have already been taken. I was SO thankful that she called to tell me this! I told her I would do it right away. Well, something came up with my dog and I couldn’t do it right away. When I finally got to my computer, I saw that she had resent the link to sign the lease. She sent it a few hours later, which was so considerate and unnecessary. I was so grateful in that moment I actually teared up a little bit. These last two days have been very stressful because of all of this.When I got to the storage facility today, everything was easy. Too easy! I couldn’t believe it. There was a cart so that I could easily transport my stuff from the parking lot, through the halls, and into my unit. When I opened the unit, the lock w/ key and information/insurance papers were very neatly set up on the floor in the corner. The presentation was classy!My dad tried to skateboard on the cart, which was not classy. But..he was successful. I was impressed with the old man.THANK YOU, Debbie from phone reservations and the girl who was making calls on 6/20 around 2:30 pm at the Via Princessa location (i am so terribly sorry i forgot your name). And thank you to whomever set up the unit. I will definitely recommend Public Storage on Via Princessa, but you’ll need more units because mine was your last one! ;) take care!

Back in December 2018 I went to go get my Xmas tree out of storage. To find out my key didnt work my PUBLIC STORAGE LOCK ON VIA PRINCESSA IN CANYON COUNTRY. I was totally upset David ar the front desk gives you this spill :Well you have to get your own lock smith or wait for our manger from her vacation. Well have little to say we didnt have a tree last year. Long story short, someone changed the lock! put a public storage lock back on there so I couldnt get in. I work long houts at work so they are closed when I get off. 8 months later after still paying $200 plus dollars a month I got fed up took off work called a locksmith. Once he opened the lock ALL MY VALUABLES THAT WAS WORTH A LOT OF MONEY WAS GONE!!! THIS PLACE KNEW ALL ALONG THAT THEY HAD THESE BREAK INS AND THEY PLAY STUPIED! Usually when you’re moving it’s due to an unexpected cause, and mines was just that. I recently loss my grandmother to a wrongful death and needed to put some of her belongings in storage. So I walk into this Public Storage and am greeted by Amanda. She was knowledgeable, helpful, caring and down to earth. Her personality really uplifted my low spirits. She recognized I was struggling emotionally when I was trying to finish my transaction and she asked me what was wrong and I told her that I just lost my grandmother.... the loving advice she gave me while helping get my new storage unit to hold my grandmothers belongings in is why I’m writing this review. She didn’t have to go the extra mile but did. She made the move that much better for me! Even after I left the property I was still in high spirits. That type of kindness is priceless you know. In this day and time not many people in the world let alone in customer service show that kind of genuine concern to another person who they don’t know well. She made me feel like I was talking to a family member or my best friend. She may not know, but she really struck my heart. Everyone is customer service should be more like her. Comment: Loved this location. Everyone was always super kind, friendly and helpful, including Linda and another gal there, though I never got her name. All things being equal with a lot of these storage places, that makes all the difference in the world.Moving out was super easy. We had easy access and plenty of room to maneuver and a great place to park our moving truck. Its also just a very nice and clean location.

Comment: My favorite location because of all their amazing employees. Tara in particular has been a great help and so friendly and genuine, glad to see someone with such a positive attitude and wonderful personality who also knows exactly what theyre doing and how to answer questions on your team. She was very patient and listened intently to all my questions and concerns and made sure that all my needs were met. Comment: This facility far exceeded my expectations . I reserved our space site unseen. Before arriving to sign all the paperwork, I spoke with Jay on the phone. He was very kind & patient since I couldnt give him an exact time we would be there for our appt. Our U-Haul truck was given away 3 times. Stressful, is an understatement on how that situation went BUT it sure was refreshing to finally arrive at this Public Storage (after a ridiculous day of chaos with U-Haul) to a friendly & professional staff. Jose took care of my paperwork & walked me to my new unit, what a nice experience.The unit itself is very clean, with metal walls. Which is much better than drywall & wood at other places.I asked if they routinely spray for bugs, which THEY DO !! Thats a good thing !!On another visit to this Public Storage I needed help with a matter (completely my fault) & the manager handled it for me beautifully.Thank you all for making my experience so pleasant & easy ! Keep up the good work !

Comment: The property is clean the spaces are good and safe and the employees are nice and cordial. The downside is that they raise the rent for contract renters about every 6 months. 5 years ago, we were paying a hundred dollars less than we pay today for a 15 by 8 space. The same size space is currently being advertised for 180.00 if you sign up online and 200.00 if you go into the front office to do it. We have been raised from around 180.00 to 271.00 not including the 8.00 insurance fee. The few times we questioned the raise they never have a legitimate reason.

Comment: This facility is far above others in many aspects. The staff is helpful, curteous, polite . The facility is clean, organized and you never get the feeling that they just want you to buy their products or rental of units . Jay and his staff including Jessica have a genuine interest in helping people and that your things are an extension of you and they do their best to help you with what you need . .

Comment: I have had a storage unit at this location for over a year. I no longer needed it and closed it yesterday. The service I received from Jay, Steven and Lenee was excellent. They were helpful and efficient. I would strongly recommend this Public Storage location to anyone needing extra storage space, and if I need space again I will be returning.
