This location is one of the best locations Public Storage has. Its well maintained. Its clean and easy to navigate. I had the pleasure of working with the property Manager, Val and I couldnt have asked for better customer service. She was very kind and understanding with the fact that I had just lost my grandmother and was kind of out of sorts. She was professional and made storing my grandmothers belongings just a little bit easier. Thank you again Val for all your help!!!
Val was incredible. We drove in from San Antonio and she helped us was very patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend facility to anyone. Most of all I would like to thank Val . She runs a very clean facility and she is wonderful to deal with. Thanks again.
My first storage rental experience has been very positive! Val called me almost as soon as I made my reservation online, which was much appreciated! She made it easy to schedule (and reschedule when I was running late), and walked me through the entire set up process clearly and professionally. Highly recommend this location!

I am so thrilled to be using this facility for my storing needs. Val was very helpful on the phone when setting up my appointment, and Kari was wonderful in showing me everything I needed to know to start the move in process. Everything was so clean and organized, which is a huge plus for me. Exactly what I was looking for. Everyone is extremely friendly and I know my items will be stored very safely and secure there. Val did an incredible job, from preparing my arrival over the phone, provided specific instructions for safety protocol due to Covid-10. From the moment I arrived, I was waived to led to my prospective new unit. Went back to the office and she seamlessly worked up my information while training a new team member and not missing a beat. Everything was clear, I was offered a few additional products with explanations of the benefits and purchased a few because I hadnt anticipated needed them but her experience showed through. Besides social distancing which was not even a factor because of the office set up, everything went great and I was happy with the ease of the experience and will definitely recommend folks to this storage facility. Everything was great!!!
OH EM GEE! My boyfriend and I are moving into a place together and so we needed storage. As soon as we walked into the facility, we were met with warm welcomes and kindness. Val & Lisa are a great combination for this company! They reviewed everything we were looking to store, and from that, determined the perfect space for us. The deals PS offers are great! Although Lisa was only on her 3rd day of training, we could hardly tell. It’s as if she’s been doing it forever. And Val was sooooo knowledgeable about everything! The location of this facility worked very well for me. The rental process was so quick and painless and that is due to Val, the property manager. She was so professional and so informative about the storage units. I couldnt believe how well everything went. I dreaded going there and trying to figure out what size to get and she just made everything so simple and very easy for me....I just cant say enough good things about her. Two thumbs up for Val!
I had made a reservation for a unit and Val called me quickly to set up an appointment. When I got there I was greeted by Val who was very nice. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was very helpful and took me on a tour to show me where my unit would be and how to access it. We then went to do the paperwork which went very smoothly without a lot of confusing mumbo jumbo like most contracts or leases have. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit they have reasonable rates and great employees. And Val is great and very helpful. Thank you so much Val.
I called the offsite call center to get some information and they gave me a get deal and a great location. The gentleman i spoke with reserved me a space at the Michigan ave in canton location. the property manger Val called me with in minutes of getting of the phone with the call center. Val introduced her self and why she was calling. she was very detailed and prompt. We played phone tag for a few days finally I just went up to the location. Once we got there the unit we reserved was no longer available but Val made sure to help us find a unit that was in our price range and size. She took her time and walked us through everything. She made sure we had everything we needed. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Val made our experience better than we expected. Moving is stressful already and Val made sure this part of it was not stressful at all.
I really like this location. I always get EXCELLENT service from Val. I have had items in other storage locations, but never ran into someone who has gone above and beyond for me. The units are clean and the location is safe. Ive been a customer at this location for over three years. Im highly satisfied.

This location has all ground floor units, no elevators or stairs to climb, which really appealed to me. Its clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. For example, Brandii stayed later past her scheduled shift so I could reserve a unit. She was courteous, even though she had expressed her concern about picking up her loved one late and being charged a late fee for it. Still, she went that extra mile to accommodate me. Also, Val and Rita were very friendly and helpful as well. They were all very patient with me as they attempted to meet my storage needs due to my extenuating circumstances.They provided excellent customer service!
Candice did a great job helping me get the right storage unit! She had a great attitude and funny. It’s nice to be treated like you’re not just another person there for business. We went over all options and she had great input for exactly what I needed. Thank you Candice!!!
I am very satisfied with my choice to use Public Storage at this particular location, my unit was clean and ready to go. The staff here was incredibly helpful in assisting me with choosing the space that would be adequate for my belongings. Val, Rita, and Raj were all very professional and knowledgeable and I felt that they genuinely cared about my experience. Moving can be very stressful but they helped this aspect of it easy.
This facility is not only spotless and very organized but most importantly, very very secure!! No one can get in or out of the facility without their individual codes being entered when passing through the iron gate. Security cameras all over the place and INSIDE also.The manager of the facility, Val, is fabulous!There was no hesitations to answer any of our questions or inquiries. Our storage unit was the perfect size when we described how many things we had to put in it. Val is very knowledgeable and professional and I feel very confident that our property will be very well cared for all the while stored there.

I made a payment error and tried to correct same day. The store manager there was not helpful and directed me to Corperate which they had no idea how to assist. My rent went up and I was told she would see if I could get the same rate and days later no reply. I ended up moving my things out. She was less than helpful and did not want me to wait for my close out receipt. I said I need proof of closure she did not want to do the inspection and thought I was someone that would take her work for it. I am not. I waited for proof. Given the history, I knew she would not follow up. She was offended at this and called me rude she didn’t want to help me previously and I told her I didn’t trust that she would keep her word. I called the dm back last week and no reply from this error. Would not rent here again due to poor customer service. It’s not anyone’s fault her life is so miserable and she has to project that energy onto people needed assistance. She put herself in that position.
First time having to use a public storage and had a great property manager by the name of Val who has an infectious spirit and explained everything so wonderful that I would recommend this place very highly. Val walked me through the facility and gave me a extremely professional briefing on the contract and the workings of the property. As the face of public storage, Val is by far is an awesome representative of your business. Kudos Val.
My father and I had the pleasure of doing business with this location and let me say that Val is the nicest person. Although she wouldnt sing the promo deals to us, (lol) she did a fabulous job explaining everything. She even saved us some money with the promos. I would refer anyone here.
When I walked in to inquire about rental details, Val stepped right up and before I knew it, I signed up! She was thorough, from introduction to completing our agreement! Today was an extreme weather day and she did not hesitate to walk out in the cold to walk us to two storage units that we needed to look at before we signed up. It was a delight to see such great customer service!!!
Val was super fantastic. So knowledgable on every policy and the way everything works. I needed a storage unit between Ann Arbor and Livonia quickly. This site had an awesome deal online and I was able to head in the same day and get everything squared away. My needs changed two months later and they were able to switch me to a smaller unit, in the same building, with no hassle at all.And! The staff is awesome. Very friendly and genuine. Spent an hour talking and laughing about Uhaul jokes with them once without even realizing it.
Moving to Michigan from Florida I had to decide where I could put my things for the time being. I called this location and spoke to Val, from the moment the call was picked up to even having everything ready when I got there, to showing me different units, to suggestions for the Michigan weather, Val was hands down the best person I could have worked with! I have called other companies but they didn’t seem helpful. Val at Public Storage was a delight to work with. She made me feel comfortable and that I made the right decision. She mentioned the security of their property and explained the contract line by line with me. This is by far the best experience I have ever had!
Today was my first time ever to rent a storage unit. Ive been moving for the past 3 weeks and my level of stress is high. Upon arriving in the office, I was warmly greeted by Val. There was a woman before me in line and Val new her by name. Very nice. I expressed not only my anxiety of the process but also the limited time I had as my movers were to arrive in half an hour. Val took me to my storage unit, explain and demonstrated how to work the lock and was encouraging when I was frustrated. Upon returning to the office, Val explained all the ins and outs, options with no pressure to buy anything other than what I needed and mastered a script which she flawlessly recited from. My overall experience was the easiest part of my move. I highly recommend to anyone that needs a storage unit to get it from Val
KAREN IS THE REASON FOR 5 STARS!!!There arent enough stars that one could give to Karen. Shes so helpful and knowledgeable about Public Storage. Those are 2 things I always keep in mind when considering someones customer service. But not only those 2 qualities does she bear, shes also VERY considerate, polite, and pleasant. When I first moved in, she was so friendly, I wanted to go back just to talk to her. Shes a very beautiful person. Her beauty also comes from within. I hope Public Storage knows what they have with Karen. Shes pure delight. Ive been to other storage facilities (other public storage locations included) and decided not to go with them for lack of a customer service experience.More often than not, Public Storage has a good reputation. However, after dealing with Karen, youll leave feeling comfortable, satisfied, informed, and most of all safe after speaking with her.
The property manager, Val was professional, kind, and courteous when working with me and my family. I arrived late to set-up my unit; however, Val took the time to answer my questions, show units, and give me pricing options to fit my storage and budget needs. The paperwork process was also simple, clear, and concise. Thanks Val for your patience while working with a senior, some kids, and someone in the middle:)
I had a very easy experience putting my things into storage here. Val gave me a call to schedule an appointment before I had even completed the online express check in, and Kris was VERY friendly and enthusiastic about helping me through the paperwork and showing me the rental unit upon arriving, even though I was a few minutes late for the scheduled check-in. I highly recommend!
Kris has helped me on two separate occasions with buying an insane amount of boxes. Both times she was extremely friendly and actually helped get the boxes to my car and made sure that they fit. Always smiling and very lovely. 5 stars

This location was very well-organized, and my unit manager, Val, was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and services. When I needed to adjust my move-in date because I was driving from out of state, Val was flexible and able to reschedule me seamlessly. Climate-controlled access all on first floor level is a huge asset to this location.

I was recently utilizing the storage facility at Public Storage property number 08373 located at 45229 Michigan Avenue, Canton MI 48188. I received THE MOST UNACCEPTABLE customer service ever. Previously, I was a customer service representative for over 10 years and NEVER delivered such service to a customer because I wouldnt want that done to me or anyone I know.I arrived at the location on Saturday 6/27/15 ready to pay off my balance with the property manager Karen. I mentioned to her that I had a sofa plastic cover that I hadnt used and inquired about the return policy. She then informed me that I could return the item as long as it had been within 30 days, which I told her I had purchased it either the 5/28 or 5/29. Karen then said just be sure to bring my receipt and the item in its original state, which I did, then Olivia would be able to return it for me the following day Sunday 6/28/15.Well Sunday 6/28/15 came, I arrived to make my return and was then informed that I couldnt make it because the 30 days had expired, although the receipt says the purchase date was 5/28/15. Olivia then continued to handle the transaction in a I DONT CARE type of manner and told me GO AHEAD AND WRITE YOUR REVIEW as if my experience there didnt matter or wouldnt make a difference for the next customer. Little does Olivia know, she should be very aware of how you deal with others because you never know how they are connected nor how that could cause issues for that particular location.I WILL NEVER utilize Public Storage in the future and if anyone were to ask me for a recommendation, this would be the 1st one I would say to avoid. I didnt appreciate the customer service and because of that I will continue to shop elsewhere for my future needs.

We are refinishing our basement and closed our business office and had no idea how much space we needed. When we met with Val, she actually found a better deal based on what she felt we needed. We are used to being pushed to buy the next bigger item. STRONGLY recommend.
Canton Public Storage Val !!!Came in to inquire about renting a storage unit and was greeted by Val. Couldn’t have been any more Helpful, Professional or Knowledgable!! I was not ready to Rent the day I stopped in and Val went above and beyond to keep contact with me over the next few weeks. Val was AWESOME, she not only took care of me while I was there but I had my 3 kids with me and she was talking to them and keeping them happy. She found me a unit to suit my needs, without trying to push me into a larger unit like so many other places. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a great experience this is my first time using public storage of any type and the young man that helped me (Jeremy) was awsome he was patient and he explained things. Even though he was relatively new... he did a great job. If you go there ask for him.Just left public storage in in Canton Michigan on Michigan Ave Avenue... it was a great experience Karen and Olivia helped me out. They explained some things and showed me some of the units and stuff they offer. I recommend this location to anyone trying to figure out there storage needs, these ladies are patient and helpful. They will help you figure out your unit size and other storage needs. If you ladies are able to read this thanks great job I appreciate all your support.

I needed a climate controlled unit as I am moving and need to store some wooden furniture. This facility is perfect, easy in and easy out. Loading was easy as well. The staff are extremely pleasant and check to see if all my needs are still being met. The unit I rented was clean and well maintained. Came in Saturday after another storage center said they had a unit for me but didn’t. Tyra at the Canton Center and Michigan Ave location was very friendly and helpful. She got me a unit in about 20 min that included showing me the unit. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you Tyra!

The manager, Val, was courteous, fast, efficient and professional. She is well-organized and explained the property with appropriate details. Tip: do your check-in online so you can skim through the process on your move-in date. Once you go there on the move-in date, the manager will show you the space that you reserved to verify if it is to your liking. After that, youll go through the digital paperwork.
Personnel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Maya, the manager made sure that I understood the contract and how billing worked. Although, I was a little short on time (moving day) she pointed out the key areas. Also, I had purchased some articles from them that I later discovered I didnt need. Even though I had lost my cash receipt, she took the time to contact her manager to get the okay for a refund for me.
Tiffany offers great customer service. The storage area and general areas are always neat and clean.
I just rented a storage unit on Tuesday. What a pleasure it was to meet Moya and watch her interactions with other customers. Since it was the first of the month, at least 4 other customers came in to pay their bill while she was handling my intake. She would politely excuse herself to quickly address their needs, calling each person by name and making sure that they had any/all new information. Then, she would pick right up with my rental. I was thoroughly impressed!!! I have rented with two other local companies and I have never seen an employee (even owners) who were more considerate of their customers, knowledgeable about their products/services and enthusiastic about their work. I ended up deciding not to rent right now, but I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating Val was during my visit. If I ever need storage in the future, she will be the first person I go to!
I rented my first storage unit in Michigan yesterday. And, although I was concerned about the mechanical attitudes of the folks in the north, Karen and Jillian squelched any uneasiness that I felt. They were extremely helpful in helping me select the correct unit, while having an incredibly pleasant demeanor. As I am relocating to the area I only hope that these two ladies are an example of the types of people that I will continue to meet in Michigan. Thank you Karen and Jillian!
The property manager, Val, was super friendly and helpful. She happily answer all my questions and clearly explained the contract and rental process. Overall, the property seemed well maintained and clean.
Absolutely amazing customer service i have received in a very long time. My experience was very stress free and the accommodations recommended by Moya were perfect for what i needed. I will always choose Public Storage now just based on their customer experience!
Val was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. Items remained safe and dry. Price increases regularly made me reconsider storing in garage which I did.

This is a great Public Storage location. I now have 3 units, thanks to Karen! She was wonderful to work with, and really took the time to make sure I was satisfied. Karen and Brittany are probably the friendliest people Ive dealt with when making a decision on where to store the stuff from my shed. Outstanding personalities, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, going so far as to check other locations for open units for me. My final decision to go with this Public Storage facility was fully influenced by their helpfulness.
Craig and Moya were extremely helpful. My mom was looking for a storage unit for her upcoming move and we were unsure of what size would work best. They showed us several different options and made the whole process extremely easy and efficient. Very smooth process.

Vals is amazing! Its rough looking for an apartment and how to pack up your place and she was able just to give me a peace about it. Shes very knowledgeable and very helpful.
I just signed up but have not put anything in yet. I chose this unit because of the location, clean, size of unit, $1 cost of 1st month and overall cost. Karen was my salesperson and was very helpful and courteous. I only wished she would have told me more information. I was not told I would be paying for the lock when I vacate or if there are any other charges. This should be told before asked to sign papers. It probably would not have made a difference, but it sure would make me aware of additional costs at the end.
Super easy and straightforward process, Val is more than accommodating and really makes you feel supported-very knowledgeable and helpful! Also the rates are some of the best anywhere within 30 min of Ann Arbor!
Very nice facilities, climate controlled area is clean and highly accessible for moving into. The staff is a cut above and very professional. As an over the road truck drivers Ive dealt with Public Storage facilities in several states over the last 20 plus years and this location is top notch. Big kudos and much respect to Val for always taking such great care of any concerns or issues that Ive on occasion had, thank you.
This was our first time renting a unit at Public Storage and it most definitely wont be our last. Moya is what made this experience even better. She was so helpful and always assisted us in what we needed. I never met someone who was so focused in their position and going the extra mile.

Val was great!!! Located other options and possibilities at the other locations. Gave me great customer service which goes a long way when your put in last minute crunch to store your property. The facility was clean and reasonably monthly fees.

I really love the personal attention I receive from Karen & Felicia. This facility seems very well-run. The only issue I have is that I am seeing new TV ads boasting about the facility being well-lit. That is not true. I have been renting here for six months and none of the lights have been repaired in the whole time I have been here. Please look into when this might be fixed. Thanks,

I was originally a Devons storage customer and have now become a public storage customer due to a ownership change over. Karen, Destiny, Denise, & Rebecca over at the old Devons storage but now ps #26555 are amazing!!! They handled this transition with grace and the most amazing customer service ever. I called to pay my Devons storage bill to learn they were now Public Storage #26555 and I was not the friendliest person first thing learning of the change. These ladies and staff handled it all amazing. When I arrived to pay my bill they handled everything fast and super friendly. I can say I will be staying with them and am truly grateful to see those beautiful smiling faces. I will actually look forward to paying my storage bill every month now. Germaine was a blast to work with he kept me laughing and calm when I was renting. I came back for a few questions and a young lady by the name of jayzah helped me and was so nice and helpful. I wish they both could be cloned and work at all of the storages. They are amazing and need to be higher up
The facility and staff at this location are excellent and deserve a 5 star rating. It is the fee structure of Public Storage I am displeased with enough that I will surrendering my unit as soon as is practical. The yearly rate increases compared to the cost of living increase is ridiculous. And a $21 late fee for a trivial payment oversight of a day is gouging to rival any bank. I will not be able to recommend this company for referrals although, as I said in the beginning, the local staff are really nice.
Kris was awesome. Got the information I needed to make a decision on my unit size. Went above and beyond to take the time to answer my questions. Just needed to have Kris assist me to prove that the service in customer service isn’t dead.

Clean and secure, I rented a 25x25 space for a year. Awesome staff, great service. When something failed on my auto-pay, I was notified immediately and not charged a late fee. Highly recommended!

I have been storing at this facility for over 10 uninterupted years. I have to say that since Val has taken charge in the last couple of months there have been vast noticeable improvements. 1) the entrance area is now well lit as is the Public Storage signage. 2) I have a commercial business in which I store a trailer and various equipment and require 24 hr. access, i have been asking for over 2 1/2 years to fix the outside light timer switch to my unit to no avail. After asking Val if it was possible for her to get this switch replaced, I was overjoyed that she was able to have it replaced in less than a week.... Kudos to VaL A+. 3) the lot is kept picked up now and looks professional, as it should be!. Lastly, for some reason the outside restroom was locked under the last manager and was non-accessible after hours. Val , not only has it available for use, but it was spotless this last time I used it. THANK YOU!!!

I wouldn’t even give this a one star. I purchased my 5x5 unit and within 24hours I changed my mind to not keep it. I was not reimbursed. Nothing was put into the unit. I don’t recommended this location. I never had a problem anywhere else. I spoke to Val The property manager.

I love this Public Storage! As a college student in the area, I need a place to store all my property in between years and I have to say without a doubt this Public Storage location is perfect! However what made this Public Storage better than any other one is the Property Manager Moya. I couldnt have asked for a better person to assist me with my moving needs. Customer service is absolutely atrocious! Rude guy over the phone when called to tell him I was done using their services. Was told when I signed up I would get rent prorated if I moved out in the middle of the month. Employee blatantly lied to me and then the guy laughs at me and tells me thats not true. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU EXPECT GOOD SERVICE OR PROFESSIONALISM!!

I recently had a bad experience trying to rent a storage unit from this facility. On 6/21/17 I reviewed different sized units, found one I liked, and made a reservation for a 7/1/17 move in date. The staff was helpful (even stayed a little past closing) and everything seemed great. The trouble began when I called there 6/28/17 to check that things were set for my move in. I was informed that on 6/23/17 they had rented out the unit I reserved and didnt have another one to give me. We made daily contact for the next few days to no avail. Then on 6/30/17 a half hour before the reservation was set to expire they called to say they had a unit. I reviewed it on 7/1/17 but declined because it was dirty, full of cobwebs, no light, etc. Thankfully I had been working with another nearby storage facility and got a unit there. Bottom line, it appears there are operational issues at the Michigan Ave facility and the staff isnt knowledgeable of their own reservation procedures and policies. They are not on top of their game and I recommend you watch them closely!

When my boyfriend and I arrived at Public Storage Moya greeted us by name and made us feel welcome even though we just got offthe phone with one another. Moya explained the storage unitstook us to the site showed us our space and gave a demomstration on how to lock and and properly use our unit. I went to the office to fill paperwork and we had very good conversations. Moya was amazing that entire visit she truly had truned my bad day around and had me smiling during our visit. I wish my review was a glowing as most of the other reviews I have read regarding this facility, especially on Public Storages biased website that they control.Last Monday, my wife went and reserved a 10 X 15 storage unit with Olivia. Things seemed to be great as she got her in and out of there in a hurry. She offered my wife one of their overpriced $20 locks and my wife politely refused it because we already had one that we were going to use from another PS unit we had on Joy Road in Canton, whose term was up at the end of the month. The drama started when we went back on Wednesday with 2 movers and our trailer full of boxes and totes to put in our new storage unit. It seems that Olivia left PSs lock on our unit, per policy, and we couldnt access it without her taking it off. Since it was 6:30 pm and after office hours, she was nowhere to be found and could not be reached until the next day. Thus, we had to send the movers home and come back the next day during their office hours. This not only caused us a HUGE inconvenience but also cost us money because we had to pay the movers more to come back on a new day ($100 more). Anyone who has been through the horrors of moving knows how stressful it can be and this is a situation you dont want to run into. To further add fuel to our fire, we had to be out of our old home by Friday evening so its not like we had the luxury of time in getting everything done that needed to be.When I called PS the next day and spoke with Karen in an agitated and irascible tone to describe what happened, she was only interested in defending PSs policies and procedures. After about 2 minutes, she hung up on me. Clearly, she doesnt have thick skin and should not be in a position of customer service where she has to deal with irate customers, especially when they are upset because of a mistake one of PS employees made. Olivia went through PSs policies and procedures so quickly when my wife first came in to rent the unit, that she neglected to mention that the unit could only be unlocked during office hours. PSs office hours and gate access hours differ by about 4 hours during weekdays. Karen did call me back after about 15 minutes and proceeded to go over PSs policies and procedures without acknowledging any fault of Olivia. I felt that I should be compensated for my time and wasted money in terms of discounted rent because of Olivias mistake and/or PSs customer unfriendly policies and procedures but I could tell she sure didnt think so. I asked to speak to her manager and she did give me his name (Gary Herndel) and phone number. I called Gary twice last week and left a voicemail requesting that he call me. It has been a week now and he still has not returned my phone call. I guess he has better things to do than manage customer relations.Public Storage has a long way to go in order to receive a 5 star rating from me, at least at this location. I wish I could find out who Garys boss is so I can relay my experience to him or her. Experience has taught me that if you go high enough up the food chain, you will eventually find a sympathetic ear to listen!
I want to thank Moya for going above and beyond when I asked her if she knew of any 2nd hand Consignment Furniture Places a couple of weeks ago. She surfed on her smart phone, and gave me 3 diff address to try. I did find a couple of things that I could use....She has always been very nice and friendly, Thank You !!

I had the most pleasant experience today renting a storage unit at the Michigan Avenue - Canton, MI store #08373..........Public Storage. Heads up in the HR Dept! You have an incredibly outstanding team member by the name of Moya! Knowledgeable sales staff get snatched away from their current jobs all of the time, so I do hope youre taking good care of them both!While I was there MariJo (was training) with Moya, while visiting from a Lansing store. These two women were very professional and highly capable. While I had stopped in to just ask a couple of questions, I ended up renting a 10 x 20 unit and buying $150 worth of boxes and packing materials. Great going , ladies! ..................

This is my 2nd time renting with Public Storage at the Canton location on Michigan Ave. My check-in was seamless and the staff there was very professional. Moya went out of her way to accommodate my needs and my up in the air rental start date. I have no doubt that if I require storage needs again in the future, Public Storage will be my 1st choice.

This place raises your rent every 6 months, I am now paying around 100 more per month than when I first signed up. I am done and will be moving my stuff out of this place and will never use them again. There are many other storage unit places that do not change your contracted price.

The organization I am apart of rented a storage unit so we could store food and clothes that were going to be sent overseas to help those in need. We needed to sort all the food and clothing prior to sending it out. The associate that helped us was named Moya. She was very welcoming and went the extra mile to accommodate for us and allowed us to use the space for sorting the goods. Moya allowed multiple members of our organization to come in and out of the facility, and extended the hours we could use the facility so we could finish sorting and send out all the goods in the time frame we had to work with. Moya was very accommodating and showed us the best customer service anyone could ask for.
Val was verify helpful and worked hard to get me the exact unit I needed. Karen helped me by finding another location that had the size unit I needed when theirs were all rented.
I was extremely grateful that this location was open all day on Sat. the 4th of July. I desperately needed a unit that day and Karen was very helpful in getting me into the right unit at the right price! Who can argue with $1 for the first month? Thank you, Karen!

David call to reassure that I reserved my storage united and help set up an appointment to meet with Tommie in person to take a look in the unit.David was kind and easy to talk too it made the experience fun.Tommie was kind, polite, and very patient with me and my one hundred and one questions. She reassured me of all of my worried, and took even further to make sure that the unit was going to be the best fit for myself. she walked me to my united and advise me the best/ optimal way of getting into my unit.And for anyone like myself who have a disability, Tommie made it her top propriety in making sure that I was comfortable and understand every step along the way. I couldnt be more grateful, and having a laugh and making a friend was the cherry on top! Thank you guys for helping my brother and I!!! :)))

She was really nice, in a world where most receptionists hate their jobs and let it show. She showed me the unit and walked me through the process in a knowledgeable and courteous demeanor. 2021-11-30I was late for an appointment to sign my contract? But i had called earlier about going to the wrong location. Teresa was still waiting for me and even after i got caught up in a traffic jam, to be over an hour late for our meeting, Teresa was still there waiting. It made me feel pretty special.I was so appreciative of this extra service it helped make up for the previous weeks spent packing.

2020-02-14Val the sales rep, was awesome! She greeted me as I entered. She explained everything and made me feel really comfortable, leaving my household items in storage. She made sure the unit size accommodated my needs, and made sure I was knowledgeable with the codes before leaving! I would recommend this storage unit and definitely would rent again at their location! Thanks Val for being very helpful and friendly!
