Tabitha was very great and friendly love when shes here
Rashelle, the Property Manager for this site is awesome! She is always professional. You can really tell she really cares about not only her job but the cleanliness and safety of the facility and she is a great representative of the company. She even went above and beyond to assist me when i had lost my keys to my storage unit. She was able to quickly get my old lock removed and a new one placed so i could continue to move my items that weekend. Thank you Rashelle!
The manager and staff at this facility are the nicest. They will work with you if you keep an open line of communication. You truly are a wonderful person ❤
Unfortunately I have my storage here. This used to be owned by another company a few months ago when I signed up. Now that it has been taken over by Public Storage it has been a nightmare. My account info has changed so I cant pay for my unit without an online acct. I have had 3 run-ins with Rochelle. Each of the 3 times she has been extremely rude. I was not able to speak to any management because she hung up on me. All because I was trying to get assistance to pay them money? The unit is nice but this place needs to seriously reconsider their customer service.
The person at the counter at Public storage is extremely rude and unprofessional to deal with. She makes the experience unpleasant when at the storage place. She makes snide comments about you and other people. If the staff would just change I’d feel more comfortable coming in.
Went to Beyond Self Storage to check out a unit. The staff was very informative and offered a really good deal on long term storage. The manager Jessica was really easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.
Facility is nearly spot-list and safe. Everyone on the staff is helpful. We slowly move our items in and had movers empty two units in a morning. No smells, no concerns of rodents, no worrying about the cold or heat affecting you valuable contents. So worth it!
I even though we had previously used another storage facility, Raselle explained to us that the Public Storage facility on Hayes in Macomb is where we need to store our items. Rashelle was right. She showed us around and explained everything about the facility. Rashelle was polite, professional and caring. She asked us about our needs and fit us in the right unit for us. Thank you Rashelle.
Rachelle was our representative and she was extremely helpful and actually made our experience less stressful and fun......Everything was explained to us properly as well

Juin, is such an asset to public storage, not only did she greet me at the door, she took her time to make sure I understood everything and made sure I new how to get to my unit and make sure code worked before letting me go. Juin is a true superstar

As the owner of a moving company I highly recommend this facility. Very clean and worth the price. The price is fair and you wont find too many facilities this nice. Easy to get a 26ft box truck in and out even for inexperienced drivers.

This place is a joke!! They are rude,the front door is always broke and if you cancel the rental,they dont give you back the money that they already took.I would never recommend this place to anyone!

2022-06-16Very nice & clean units. Tabitha was so awesome answering all our questions. We went to rent a unit for our son who is always working & could never get there during business hours so she had the patience to answer all our questions & we called our son while there & she answered all of his!Tabitha escorted us to 2 units to see which wed like better & it made it easier for us to choose. She was a pleasure to work with! One time my son had trouble getting in. The box outside wasnt letting the door go up but he understood sometimes there are glitches so he returned the following day. We do wish there was some sort of after hours number to reach someone but in our case it wasnt imperative that we got in. We were just dropping more boxes off. Although it could have been important for someone to get their belongings. Overall we are very happy with the unit, building & the caretaker, Tabitha!

2022-01-18We were working on a mega move moving out of units with lots of helping hands and not many packing supplies. Not only we’re Tabitha and Essence super friendly to my self and my family but they helped us get on track with which supplies we needed and what was the best for what we needed it for they didn’t just let us buy one of everything and blindly try to load a uhaul. Thank you guys for making a huge job at least a little fun on the way in and out you guys made the whole experience better !

2022-02-11Came in to view a few different spaces the other day as I was just price shopping. I was greeted by Tabitha who took the time to show me the spaces and explained everything that I needed to know. I came back today to rent because the services I was given the other day was excellent.

2022-02-20Terrible storage unit company. They will get you all moved in with a new customer price and then start hiking up your rates for no reason. I now pay over $200 a month for a 10x10 and its all a scam. The place is also filthy with hundreds of dead flies all over the place! Parking is also a major nightmare and youll be waiting a long time to get in or out of this location.

2021-08-10We were treated very nice by Tabitha when we came in to rent a storage unit on August 9 , she went over all the rules she explained everything very nicely and how everything worked and we are very happy with the service. When we walk through and went to our unit the place was very clean. Would recommend public storage to any friend.
