Bill and his team were just absolutely amazing!!! I found him through word if mouth. My neighbors had used his service and were raving about his amazing service. I am so grateful for them in this desperate time of need after Hurricane Florence! I had called Bill and he came the very same day while no other companies would even return my phone calls. . He was very professional and thoroughly explained to me the whole process in details where all my questions were answered. So I know exactly what is going on and what to expect. The service and work were nothing but of absolute excellence. He went above and beyond . He is very honest which is hard to find nowadays. I cant thank him enough for his excellent service. My main floor bathroom flooded and went through the floor into my basement. First time dealing with a major flooding incident. Bill and his team were quick, professional, knowledgeable, and everything. Bill and his team went above and beyond at every point. Always answered any question or concern, and taught me a lot about the entire flooding process. I couldnt have asked for a better service and group of people during the time. Hope it all never happens again, but I know who I am calling if it does.
Amazing service! Bill was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He was on site the same day as my initial call and did an amazing job in my basement (clearing drains, water cleanup/drying, mold prevention). Extremely happy with the service I received.
Our entire basement flooded over an inch of water. They were at my house in under an hour. They installed a new sump pump and did it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them very professional.

Basement blowout after major rain surge. Great responsiveness in getting me out of a bind (torrential rain soaked up much of my basement carpet). Bill was great in getting his team assembled, and on point the day after.

2021-09-13I generally do not leave reviews for businesses but I was so impressed with my experience with Puroclean of Macomb, I just have to leave a review! I called to schedule an appointment for mold removal and he completed the job two hours later. Bill was extremely professional and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone! Very reasonable pricing, as well.

2021-11-11I called PuroClean for what we thought was mold in our attic. Bill came out the same day, inspected the attic and found no evidence of mold. Instead of spraying the attic and charging me for the service I called for, he reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and only charged a small service fee. Great, honest company!

2021-07-13Bill and Scott helped us during the power outages and storms that flooded our basement. They were out immediately and were incredibly patient, honest, and helpful. 24 hours later our kitchen flooded and they were back out to our rescue! We value honest and kind workers who also do a fantastic job - Bill and Scott were all of the above! They were responsive in their communication, efficient and honest in their work, patient with our million questions, calm while we stressed, and most importantly were kind to us, our dog, and our two little kids. We highly recommend Bill, Scott, and the PuroClean Team!

2021-11-05Bill came out to look at a mold problem at our house this morning. I was prepared to pay him a lot to fix it, but we talked for about an hour about the problem and he recommended a totally different solution, even though he was talking me out of spending money with him. Who does that? An honest salesperson, thats who! Thanks for your time and your advice, Bill.

2021-08-03We had a minor leak in one corner of our basement which allowed mold to grow. Bill came out the day after I called. He was able to correct the problem and get rid of the mold. Bill is very knowledgeable and very nice. If I ever have another water problem I will only call Bill. I would definitely recommend Bill and PuroClean of Macomb.

2021-07-24These guys are awesome. They took such good care of us that I can’t say enough good things about them. After that terrible flood on June 26, 2021, we were so frustrated and had given up hope that we would be able to restore that living space. Bill and his team reassured us that Puroclean could get the job done and they did. They went above and beyond to explain what needed to be done, they explained what they were doing before and after the work was complete, and they took time to here our concerns and offer thoughtful resolutions. I referred them to my sister and she felt the same way. If another storm brings water into my basement again, I won’t be happy, but I know who to call. Thank you!!!!!!!!
