I would not use their service ever again! They charged me $225.00 per hour for labor! Highway robbery! Took his good old time too! 2 hours for labor was $450. That was just to replace a leaky tub faucet/spout. I had them replace all the fixtures in the tub so they would match. I have no complaints for the cost of the fixtures, but I was obviously taken advantage of when it came to labor. So to replace a shower head, faucet, & spout cost me $642.59.

Be careful utilizing Putnam and Sons Plumbing. Service was good, but price is an extreme rip off. We had a plumbing issue due to backwater flow valve that had excess glue during the home construction. This caused the toilet to not flush. We called Putnam to evaluate what was cause. When we called for service, we were told $150/hour and $75 each additional hour. When the tech arrived, we were told a camera inspection was necessary to find the cause. We figured this was contained within the normal rate stated above. It was not, after the tech finished we were stuck with a $250 bill for 25 minutes of work. When I asked for a price break, I was told that once the camera comes out, the price goes up. As I mentioned above, service solved our problem, but the price is surely out of line. I recommend calling others to get quotes. These guys pricing is way out of line and not justifiable.

Extremely professional and simple billing. Instead of charging a service call fee to come out and then tell you how much like most places do they charge a reasonable hourly rate that then goes to half hour increments if needed. From the first phone call to the plumber that did the work my impression was nice, courteous, Fair pricing, and understanding of the situation. What more could you ask from a company. I will use them in the future and strongly refer to my professional, and personal networks for sure.

GREG was the best! I called Putnam & Sons after I was told that I needed to update plumbing in order to have new appliances installed. He was very prompt and knew exactly how to get the job done.UPDATE: Hit or miss company. They are not consistent with service or knowledge. Would not use them again

My water softener want working. My kids had a snow day, so on a whim I called to see if someone could take a look. Within an hour, two plumbers arrived...basically during a blizzard. They got the water softener up and running in 10 minutes. I couldn’t believe it!
