I had a great experience. Nice portions, service was quick. Food prep area was very clean. Came an hour before close and everything was fresh. The lady making the bowl was a little unfriendly and tired, but I commented how I appreciated that everything looked great, even so close to end of day, and she really warmed up and was super nice after that.
I recently visited this location at around 8:55 pm. I wouldve arrived sooner but my sister and I were trucking through snowy weather. When we arrived the lights were off and the doors were locked. An associate then came to the door and asked if we had a pickup order. I said no, my sister and I would like to order salads. The associate then said Im sorry we are closed and proceeded to close the door. The hours listed on google and Qudobas website state that they are open until 9 pm, not 8:55 pm. It is extremely rude to close down early when your hours state otherwise. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. A few weeks prior, we drove by at 8:50 pm and the same thing occurred.
If I could give it zero stars I would.Staff is atrociously unprofessional.
Another ecoli breakout waiting to happen.Cold food looks like it’s been sitting out for days. I found a plastic sticker in my food. Not going back to this chain

I usually love this place! The people are very nice and make sure everyone wears a mask. The food is tasty. But today, a young man, Caleb, helped me who was very disrespectful. I am very saddened by this, because this location has always been so wonderful.
Most Qdoba’s give great portions for the price of burritos. The burritos at this location are half the size of advertised burritos and burritos from other locations simply not worth the $10 spent for the steak burrito. Would’ve gladly paid $5 but not $10.
I do not recommend going to this location. The staff is not well-trained and/or does not care for decent customer service. The food portioning is ridiculous; a burrito bowl should at least fill halfway up the bowl. Also, last I remember, burrito bowls do not cost over $13 with no additional toppings, etc. Finally, with the couple visits there late after work, I have observed that they tend to close down the kitchen and/or put up the chairs more than an hour before closing. 1 star because at least I left with some food.. otherwise the experience was 0 stars.
Ill echo some of the other reviews here. Things are pretty hit or miss at this location. Just before noon M-F you never know what youre going to get. More often than not the dining room is a mess (hasnt been cleaned recently) and the pop machine may be broken or not stocked. The service at the counter is usually pretty good, but sometimes the prices seem to vary for the same items. Ill chalk that up to new staff issues. Ive had a cashier there screw up my bill, hand me a receipt, tell me it was her first day, and STRONGLY emphasized I needed to go do a survey to rate her highly.Someone else mentioned the chips being chewy - Ive found this here and at another location as well. Not sure how they get that way, but its definitely a thing. They often come out just coated in salt too - to the point where you burn your tongue. Again, not just this location, so perhaps something systemic with their process.
Always bad service. Online order gets made while I wait in store. The guy making my meal was just waiting when I got there too, not doing anything. O and now that they are making it they have to restock from the back because they are our of things. Most of the time the chips are stale.This place is 2 min from my house, only reason they ever get my buisness.(Edit). Upping to 4 stars, place is doing a lot better these days. Maybe new management no idea but whatever they changed it is working. 1-21-19.
Quick in and out. Good COVID safety measures in place. Good quality food. A more reliable experience than the Chipotle down the road. Take note, Chipotle. Qdoba handles demand during COVID better than you do.
Our experience tonight was fantastic! The young lady who prepared our orders was welcoming and what she put together for us was mouth watering. Young man that cast us out was also very pleasant and we really enjoyed eating dinner there as a family tonight.
I paid $5 for chips and guacamole. I got nothing. This is the 2nd order Ive gotten from this place and both times, my guacamole was missed even though I paid for it. Im not going back for a third attempt.
The food is good! The people working here always have attitudes, are not friendly and act like when u ask for the extra youre paying for, like it comes out of their pocket. This company need to hire more friendly people.
My service was fine, the store was clean, but the food was NOT quality. Ive had my fair share of Qdoba dining experiences, but it was never this dissapointing. The chips were stale as can be, the chicken was far too burnt, the tomatoes were old and soggy, the queso was cold, and so much more. I was disappointed to come home and eat with such low quality food. I dont know if Ill be returning to this location anytime soon.

Burrito Bowl Was Great! A Very Satisfying Lunch! Spicy and Tasty you decide what you add in and create a experience to your hearts (stomach) desire. A favorite among my family. Filling for lunch or dinner.Great service from the young gentleman behind the counter in the video. He was definately a happy employee his smile and laughter is contagious!A overall great experience!
This place was disgusting. Both trash containers were full so MANY people had piled their dirty stuff on top. Every table had crumbs on them. Toilet paper had not been replaced in the restroom. There were no other guests there (surprise?) and three employees standing behind the counter chatting. Thankfully I dont live nearby because Im never going back there.
Service fair at best. Food ok but few options at 7:30pm. Felt rushed while ordering 3 different items when a group of 4 guys came in. If the kids really want tacos might come back or give mojitos on northwestern hwy a try but they seemed more of an adult environment. Average experience at best
The new management has improved this location. I recommend re-visiting if you had an older impression. Changing my review to 5 stars today after returning AGAIN and getting great customer service!
I regularly go to qudoba for lunch/dinner and this location compared to others Ive been to is aweful!!! Taco bell tastes better! I always get 2 two timer tacos and they forgot half the ingredients. At checkout i told them there must be a mistake because thats not what they normally look like in the pictures. I had to tell them what was missing, ridiculous! Then when i sat down to eat them they were cold, the meat was soggy, and the tortillas had to have been expired. I will never return to this location. I love qudoba but they really need to retrain everyone at this location.
I wish I could give no stars! This is by far the worst Qdoba. They need to go ahead and just shut it down. They never have what you are asking for and it doesn’t matter what time of the day you go in. They are closed unexpectedly as well with no real reasoning of closing. I don’t know who is running this location but they need to be replaced because for the last couple years this is what I’ve been experiencing. It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!

Not a good location if u wanna get helped. Told me 10 minutes for a family meal with no one else in the store. 20 minutes later i have time to write this.I tried this store again and lowered my rating from 2 to 1 stars. I guess i should have known better.
I was honestly not impressed. My tacos were cold and there was so much juice they busted open at the bottom and the tortilla tasted like cardboard or dry wall paste.
Dont waste your time here and drive the extra couple minutes to Chipotle. The staff and the manager are very rude and unprofessional. They act like they pay for the food and give you the smallest amount. The burrito bowl tasted like rice... waste of money.
I used to go to Chipotle a lot but the free guac & chesse along with a customisable soda machine keeps me going to Qdoba more frequently that Chipotle lately. Service at this location is usually pretty good.
Dirty at 11:30 am, Burrito was cold as well as the chicken, beverage station didnt have top on it and was exposed to contamination. Dining area disgusting at 11:30 am and they were not busy.
Idk I called the store because the front door to the building was locked and they hung up on me... also took forever to make the food but it was good probably won’t come back
As i pulled up i wondered why this qdoba was empty. i don’t ever eat qdoba but my wife was starving so i went in any way. arguably one of the most inept humans i’ve ever encountered tasked with the steep responsibility of rolling a burrito. unreal. i understand why the qdoba was empty. if i were in this area or someone asked me where to go for a quick bite, although i’m not very fimiliar with the area, i would certainly make sure to mention to at all costs avoid this qdoba
Got there at 8pm on a friday night after a 5 hour drive. After my food was made they told me they were out of chips and queso. Forgot to make more... And they are open til 10? At least my chipless nacho was free. Ill go to my other qdoba next time! Grr.
This place is So dirty. Do yourself a favor dont eat here. Hopefully they close their doors. Corporate did nothingSent me a ten dollar coupon. I offered pictures but took no interest in seeing them

Worst Qdoba experience ever- lack of items and beverages, dining area was in disarray, and the food tasted like mush. Very disappointed for a restaurant that I normally enjoy. Qdoba should know about the poor representation of this store.

Horrible service. We showed up at 8:30 on a Saturday night (closing time at 10pm). They were out of everything and the kitchen was cleaned up for closing. Over and over, we were reminded that it was almost closing....really?? by my watch, we had an hour & a half.

2022-01-26Granted the food is good which is the only reason I gave them two stars. The employees working up front today were rude. The employee preparing the food was upset because there were customers inside the store. The cashier needs to work on her social skills, if not she needs to not be on the register. The cook was the only one who showed that she wanted to be there, polite and had no problem doing her job she even assisted with orders. I hope you guys hire people who actually want to work and run your business properly for the future.

2018-06-18I went here 6/18/2018 at 12:08PM. I ordered three drunken yardbird tacos on a hard-shell. An employee named Tom told me they are meant to be on tortillas to fit more food. I told him I always get them on hard-shell and they would be fine (at this location too). When checking out, I noticed how little Tom even tried (see picture). I showed the young female cashier and asked her if that was even reasonable. I asked for her managers name and she said I could ask him. She did offer to remake the taco, but I declined on principle. I then asked for a brownie, but again they didnt have any (common at this location and almost expected). This time, Tom stated none were brought on the truck. Its more likely they didnt order them because theyre incompetent. Maybe he just didnt feel like getting one. Then I get to the drinks and find they have no regular size lids. My friends burrito bowl was about 1/3rd filled, which if youve ever been to Qdoba you would know that its far less than it should be. He also told the cashier it was very skimpy. This place is absolute garbage with apathetic, selfish, and careless employees. They need a reasonable manager/leader. I have experience firing people, please dont be afraid to fire Tom and maybe the cashier (younger skinny black female wearing glasses). The newest employee clearly wanted to learn and good on her for getting a job, now get her a decent leader. Maybe Id come back then.

2018-05-04Its 6pm on a Friday. 4 hours before they close. They are out of chips. The chips we got were rubber. Thats putting it nicely. My 17 month old slightly choked on a chip because she couldnt chew it. How can a place known for chips and queso be out of chips 4 hours before closing?

2021-08-16EMPLOYEE PUTS HER FULL HAND IN CUSTOMERS BOWL WHEN CUSTOMER ASKED IF SOME QUESO COULD BE REMOVED. DO NOT GO HERE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE! My mom & I went out on a date to get lunch, which we didn’t even get to comfortably be able to stay to enjoy. While ordering the young man was very light handed and had barely filled up 1/4 of the bowl. When my mom asked for a little queso that’s the only thing he put a heaping pile of! My mom said “oooh im sorry I said only a little can you take some off?” The employee next to him (they wouldn’t give me her name when I asked but it was something along the lines of JJ or Day Day) she used her hands in the gloves she was just touching & cleaning everything with, digs into my mom’s meal with her hand and throws out a handful of queso into the garbage, then proceeded to make a rude comment under her breath. I am utterly appalled this happened, and not a single one of them apologized or tried to make it right. We used to be weekly Qdoba regulars… not after this.
