Comment: I was having a hard time finding someone to weld my trunk hinge, and all the body shops I went and asked if they were able to weld it, said it was a very sensitive area to weld, and were not able to help me. Until I found this body shop, Richard was so amazing, and said there was nothing he couldn’t weld. Did an amazing job, highly recommend.

My husband was in an accident, and my insurance agent recommended Richard. I am so grateful that he did. Since it was our first experience like this, we didnt know the first thing about what to do. Richard walked us through each step, he organized the pick up of our vehicle from the other tow yard for us, and although the car was a total loss and he didnt end up working on it much, I will be keeping his shop in mind if we ever need it. Comment: I sent in an estimate request and put on there it was through Insurance I was emailed back right away to bring in the vehicle. I took the car in and was told we dont give estimates for insurance claims the insurance people have to come see the car here. I spoke to the insurance and told them I was choosing Quality Auto Body and Paint. The insurance told me they would try to send someone the next day but it was not guaranteed, I asked if I could get a call they said not possible. Since the insurance said they couldnt call me once the estimator was heading to Quality I decided to call Quality and explained the situation and asked if Quality could call me once the estimatoe was there since I live near they said yes. Did not hear back from anyone til days later the Adjuster calls me angry saying the estimator had shown up the following day and that Quality told them they had no idea or info on that vehicle. I decided to go with one of the insurance preffered body shops.

Comment: I showed up at Quality Auto Body this morning looking to see if they could install a engine splash protector under my Prius. I hit a big dip which ripped out a couple of peices. I purhased the two peices from Car Parts dot com and brought them with me along with the old peice that was ripped out. I didnt think they could do it today, but to my surprise these guys took a look at it right away. In their inspection, they found out that I didnt even need the two parts (they were still conncected). They even re-installed the old part which was around the wheel well. I was amazed how helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth these guys were. They saved me a lot of money compared to if I had gone to the Prius dealer or another Auto Body place down the street. Now, I can return the 2 parts for a refund. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend and use this shop in the future.

On top of that this was my first accident at 19 years old so I wasnt quite sure how to go about this. One quick phone call and they took care of everything and I mean everything! Although my car was driveable they towed it to the shop! They handled thetinsurance adjustors and they kept me updated and informed every step of the way and handled everything with no hassle. They even bought me lunch! Best of all my car came out looking even better than when I first bought it with everything being polished and looking perfect! They certainly do live up to their name. Comment: I had gotten what I had thought was a scratch on my truck, so I decided to take it around to see pricing for getting the paint fixed. The first place I had went to had qouted me 600 bucks they stated they needed to take off the whole panel and it was slightly dented and they would charge me for that repair as well to which I stated I wanted to look around. I had taken it to a second shop who said they can fix the paint on it but would cost $300-400 (they didnt mention taking off the panel). Lastly I took my truck here to Quality Auto, I had told her I wanted to get a quote for my truck she ( Cynthia the owner) had come outside to see the truck and very quickly she was honest and upfront and stated it was just a paint transfer and that there appeared to be no scratches to metal or even scratches. She called her Husband out and he looked at it went inside to get a cloth with some liquid on it and boom the paint job looked good ss new in a matter of less than a minute. I am very grateful for honest people like Cynthia and her husband in these hard and crazy times. I will be taking my car over to them soon as well. They got a loyal customer in me.

My auto claim paperwork was a bit confusing so she went ahead and called to have everything straightened out. Took about a week to get my car back which seemed quick considering I brought it in before the 4th of July weekend. When I went to pick it up, my car was being cleaned and disinfected. Had taken my car to get a dent on the drivers side door taken out and I am beyond pleased with the results. My car looks as though nothing happened to it! From the beginning, the receptionist Cynthia was very helpful and knowledgeable, I was having issues with the at fault insurance company ( they where playing hard ball, and I was having many issues dealing with them)I informed Cynthia about my issues, and she took the reigns, she got the ball rolling QUICK. Comment: I bought an older van to make pick-ups & deliveries with. it had a few small problems that needed to have fixed. Most other body shops didnt want to be bothered with little a project like mine. Quality Auto (Richard) didnt make me feel I was wasting his time. My drivers side door wouldnt open all the way because the fender was pushed up against the door, instead of trying to sell me a new fender, he asked if I wanted to spend that much to make the van look pretty, he suggested he could pull the fender away from the door so it could open. He pulled the fender away, it works great & doesnt look bad either. I also had a sliding door on the passenger side that wouldnt open from the outside. Richard looked it over & found all that was wrong was a lose screw in the door lock. He also installed a new side mirror for me. I was on my way in less than an hour & the cost was a fraction of what I thought I would have to pay. if I ever need anything done again to any of my vehicles, Quality Auto Body is where Im going. I Highly Recommend them.

Richard and Cynthia were more than helpful and very professional to work with. Richard&Cynthia quoted my estimate and was very reasonable, accurate & compromising. When I received my car back my Wife and I were more than happy with their professional work and detail. It looked brand new again and the back side that was damaged, you couldnt even tell it had work done to it..and most importantly it matched the black paint perfectly!! Another professional perk, I had no intention on washing my car before I dropped it off, given it was going to be worked on...when I pulled up to pick up my car, they had their employee giving it a good cleaning before giving it back to us...talk about QUALITY! It says it all in their name, I would most definitely recommend Quality Auto Body and Paint to anyone and definitely go back to them in the future if needed.

I brought my Nissan Altima here with some substantial rear-end damage after being rear-ended on the freeway, and could not be more happy with the work they did on my vehicle, not to mention how they seamlessly dealt with a difficult insurance company through the process. I took my car in for some body work a couple weeks ago and not only did they help me through car insurance bottlenecks and they even went above and beyond and made touch-ups to other little areas that were unrelated, just a little extra time of theirs. Very reasonable, generous and strong auto body shop that I highly recommend! Throughout the entire process (few days) they were transparent about all work that was being done and made sure I felt comfortable. Richard and Cynthia in the office are wonderful with what they do and will make you want to come back...well not unless you have too. =)

Comment: Amazing experience. I cannot put into words!Not only did they take GREAT care of my car, they took GREAT care of me! Understanding & willing to work with you.I experienced terrible customer service from my insurance company... they took DAYS to get ahold of. I had to pay for my rental out of pocket & was told it would take 3 days. But because my insurance didnt respond until AFTER the weekend, I had the rental for 10 days total.Cynthia & Richard at Quality Auto Body & Paint Shop were super helpful & understanding. I was able to pick up my car & they helped me out with the rental... and we worked out a payment plan for the expenses I couldnt afford due to a misunderstanding with my insurance company.They even rushed to make sure I could pick up my car before I had work & wouldnt have to have the rental an extra day. Customer service went above & beyond... and my car... it looks BRAND NEW again & runs beautifully.Great people. Great experience. I recommend them 100%Thank you SO much - I am so very grateful to your generosity.

Comment: My Tundra had a 1000 pound granite slab crash into the cab taking out the front part of the bed, the cab window and the panel below. I was paying this out of pocket so I was shopping around for a good price. I had 3 quotations and this company was the lowest by 40% to 80%. I talked to Richard and I was confident they would do a good job, and yes they did. Very satisfied with the time they took and the quality of the repair. I have my truck back to normal and saved a lot of cash.

Comment: I have gone to Quality Auto Body & Paint Shop several times now and they have not let me down. They do excellent work. I can tell they take pride in their work. They care about what they do. I have an Infiniti G37 and she is my pride and joy. The times I have had scratches on my bumper or a ding on the side of my car, they fixed it to make it look brand new again. They also worked on my wifes Mercedes and you would never tell she scratched up her front bumper. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. P.S. they also gave me great prices for their work. That is what originally brought me to them.
