Ive needed quite a few vehicles the past few years. Every one that I purchased, I was grateful and satisfied with the vehicle, the pricing and the customer service. The guys at the shop are great and I can always go back for repairs if needed. The vehicles vary at this lot which is awesome. Might see a 2010, 2014 one day, 2016 the next. Always check in here, great lowkey spot for reliable vehicles! This is a used car lot so folks complaining should always keep that in mind. Get thorough vehicle checks, have a mechanic. Boom. Quality also does help out with the finances. ALOT! So if they took your car back, that means they repossessed it. Its life!!

Had a easy time here, very helpful. They helped me out with my Cadillac didnt know what the problem was but my engine light wouldnt go off. It was a slow leak in my transmission, another place tried to repair the whole Trans which was out of my budget but here they worked with me and repaired the actual problem

Bought a car from Mark, big mistake. he told me all about how he believes in just doing the right thing, made sure to mention several times how involved he is in his church. How he only works on word of mouth so he makes sure to take care of people. Two days after I bought the car the electronics went haywire. Doors locked and unlocked at random, locked me out of the car with my two year old inside and had to call 911. Two weeks later the transmission went out. Mark couldn’t be bothered with any of it, if he didn’t just flat out ignore me it was only to tell me he wasn’t doing anything for me. You’re better off buying a car from the junkyard, at least then when it’s junk no one will lie to you about it.
I purchase a car recently. I have been so pleased! Not only is my car running great, it was sold at a great price and the Staff was excellent and so very helpful!!!! I would recommend anyone to purchase with them!!!

They should have no stars. Do not go here for major repairs. They replaced my engine. The engine did not come with a dip stick for the oil, had to go purchase on my own after they told me the engine didnt come with one. My remote start does not work anymore and they will not fix it, they have given me the run around about this. My ABS and TCS light come on when there is no snow or ice on the ground, of course they have not looked at the issue. Just constant run around. I will never recommend anyone here or go back.
The term Quality not only is in regards to the vehicles, but it also extends to the staff! Mark Watts has a quality spirit, and great heart. Being able to trust someone you are getting a service from is a luxury.

Got the car I wanted without the pressure. I left and came back 3 times before making my final decision. They even fixed a minor issue I was having with the car I came there in for free. Cool people.
Horrible horrible horrible. Sold me a car completely rusted and rotted at the bottom of the car. Claim they will fix the car but instead they just let it sit until your fed up with waiting. They do the opposite of everything they say there going to do. This place is a waste of time! Scam! Scam! Scam!

2020-02-26It was really great doing business with Mark & the Quality Auto Sales family. They were very quick with everything. Even when I was frustrated Mark made it his priority to go out of his way to make sure this car buying process would go as smooth as possible. Great sense of humor. He even delivered the vehicle to my house and bought lunch. I would highly recommend their business. 2020-02-26I purchased a car from Quality Auto for a great price and it ran GREAT. I sold it to my brother when I got a new car and it ran well for him as well. Im looking forward to purchasing again soon for my mom. What I appreciated most about my experience was the customer service, which is a lost art these days. I felt comfortable and I didnt feel pressured into buying a vehicle.

Our family needed a pick up truck for our family business... not only did Mark sell us a truck that helped with our business, he worked on the pricing of the vehicle to fit our budget!!! 2018-03-15I’ve gotten two cars from here so far and I’m very pleased to say that my cars has last a lifetime. Besides the minor issues that come along with time in a car everything was perfect! They’re friendly , just like family and I was able to get the cars of my dreams each time for a reasonable price! 2019-09-12Hands down Quality Auto Sales is the place to do business. They’re honest and fair and that’s hard to find at dealerships. I was referred by a friend to go there because she said the owner will make sure I get what I need for the price I want. And that was 100% true! I told him I needed a suv leather seats sunroof and the amount of money I had. And like magic I’m up and running in my suv w/leather seats and sunroof.. and not a penny more than what I had..The owner Name is Mark and he’s a blessing to know..
