Best place to get anything repaired! Went in to have a seam fixed on my western boots. He told me he could fix the sole of the heal of my boots. He did an amazing job! Plus gave my boots a nice clean and buff for free! Everything was only 20$ by the end! I would highly recommend going here for any kind of repair. Man was very nice and friendly! We will definitely be back!
Took in my 3 year old Chippewa Loggers for new soles and mid soles. Also got stitching repaired on one boot and oiled both for $60 total.Fantastic job. I will be bringing all my shoe/boot work here. Thank you for the excellent work.
I took a very damaged leather coat for repair. They did a beautiful job. The coat looks like new. The price was very reasonable. Plus, I was a few months delayed in picking it up. It was still there and looking great! I will definitely go here again for any leather repairs I need.

2 weeks I took in my 1950s pair of Korean war-era russet combat boots in for repair as some of the stitching on the leather upper was deteriorating and coming apart. I was worried that the boots would not be able to be repaired. They were repaired, the whole parts stitching, for only $20. An excellent deal for shoe repair. In the shop there is also plenty of lace on the wall to choose from to purchase and the cobbler there gives good advice on polishing, etc.

The owner is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. If he quotes me a price and less work is involved, he charges me less! Honest!I once witnessed an unpleasantly impatient “well-heeled” customer throw a small hissy because he wasn’t quite fast enough coming to the front counter, and he treated her with calm respect.QSR is a real asset to Downtown Bay City.
Owner was pleasant and gave an immediate quote for the repairs. Boots were done ahead of schedule. Would definitely use services again if needed.
When a last minute alteration came up to my wedding suit pants other bay city tailors and seamstresss laughed at me while they turned away the business. They had multiple weddings going on and couldnt take the extra work. This dude fixed me up in minutes and only charged me a few dollars. Thank you, youre a life saver! He can do anything!

Disappointed. Drove 50 miles, left item for one week. Drove back and was not done. Hurriedly done in ten minutes and you can tell. Smh.

2022-06-17This is your one stop shop for anything leather repair or shoe related!! The quality is absolutely amazing. This is old school, do it right the first time craftsmanship!! The shop might be small, but the attention to detail is huge!! You dont find many shops that take the time to make sure that the customer is satisfied at a very reasonable price!!!

2021-12-22This man knows his stuff! He did an absolutely stunning job on my favorite pair of Anne Klein boots. They are just gorgeous!!! He not only fixed the heels but he put new soles on at a very reasonable price. Needless to say I gave him a tip as well for his beautiful work. 2020-02-16I was in town for the weekend and the canvas handle ripped off of my bag 💼! My friends recommended, Quality Shoe Repair, well thank God for their great advice! I went in and Santa greeted me, with a friendly hello and a pleasant how can I help you! After explaining what two items I needed repaired, he told me to have a seat and would repair the items! Ten (10) minutes later the work was done to perfection! Ten (10) dollars 💵 please and Thank You very much! What a pleasant experience! Thank You Santa! 2020-11-17I have taken my favorite sandals in and he fixed the buckle on it and shined up the leather and also have taken my moccasins in and had to get them stretched and he did a beautiful job. Very fast and timely and excellent quality of what he does. So if you have a pair of shoes that are just a little snug or very snug, Stopping by and see what he can do. And he also has excellent prices.
