Since new ownership has taken over the rush the cars through. They dont put as much soap and wax on the cars. They reason I give it 2 stars is because of the towels they provide.
I don’t care how good your car wash is, $10 for the basic wash is insane. I can go a few miles down the road and get my car clean for $5 or 6. A car wash is a car wash. Sheeesh.
I locked my keys in the car while I was vacuuming! RJ came out and asked me if I needed assistance! I used their phone and waited! While I was waiting he offered me water and the restroom! When my keys arrived he gave both of us a wash! It made my entire day and week! Be assured that I will recommend this car wash forever!

Real nice vacuums, easy to use and dont have to pull that heavy hose around and through your car like the old fashioned ones. They also have dry microfiber towels for self serve after you come out of the car wash. Car wash is couple dollars more than others but if you take advantage of the vacuum cleaners (no additional cost) and the towels its worth it.
Went for the first time today. Had to go through twice because rims were still dirty and parts of the car. After second time still was some residue on rims so i just did it myself. Vacuums didn’t work all that great. They do have towels to wipe down your car which was nice. Workers are friendly.
Im a new driver, and i’ve never been to a car wash on my own before. the boy who greeted me was so sweet and very good at customer service. the other young boys working helped me through it with no judgment and all kindness. its sounds stupid but i was nervous! so i appreciate the kindness they showed. very quick and easy as well. car is looking shiny and clean!
I’ve been going to this car wash for a few months because it’s right across the street from house. They do not take the time to spray the car off. They don’t spray the windshield, nor the bugs off the front of you car. All they care about is how fast they can get you through the wash. Why have spray guns if your not going to take the time to spray the car?! I hope to see a improvement on this.
Great price and great staff. Everyone is super friendly and they offer microfiber clothes to wipe down your car after you take it through the wash. Free vacuums too. My truck always looks amazing leaving there.
Love their vacuums & towels for us customers. You can the towels as little as just wiping off the excess water or as long as it takes to dry off the inside! And the vacuums work well too!

Very nice lady was here when I was cleaning my 750 li and then I went to go get the car wash and I was waiting in line then it was my turn that same lady told me she could give me the ultimate wash. For one month instead of paying 35.00 bucks she said she could do 19.99 instead. I really recommend this car wash they also have wet mat cleaners and dry mat cleaner .

I have been going to this car wash since it opened. There are other washes near my house but due to the quality of their equipment resulting in an excellent car wash and their staff that provide professional service, THIS IS MY ONE AND ONLY CAR WASH I GO TO! Others must feel the same as their success has resulted in a second location opened and in a year, their third location coming to our area. CONGRATULATIONS! In closing... Ive been taught you get what you pay for and believe me, their pricing is justified by their results. Try them, youll love it! Continued success 😉!
My boyfriends truck was very dirty from going hunting up north. We heard very positive reviews about this place so we tried it out. RJ had us go through a second time at no extra cost to make sure everything was clean. Amazing customer service and very friendly. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely amazing detail to service and quality! My SUV had lots of dried mud and they ran me through twice, by their suggestion! The kind worker met me at the end of my first wash and asked me if I would pull around again because it wasn’t up to their satisfaction! Amazing and appreciated!!!
Nice newer car wash for the average car. Their brush system will put fine swirl marks in the finish of your paint. So car buffs after your wash you will want to rub out you car later. My BMW will never go here its great for my wifes car and my truck.
Super nice and friendly staff, this car wash just does not get the car clean unfortunately. The free vacuums and towels are nice, but my car was still extremely dirty on the side and back immediately after the wash. Hope they get it fixed, as the staff is really great.
Need to do a much better job on bugs on the front of vehicles. Also need to do a better job on wheel wells. The kids who spray your vehicle down before the wash need to be trained better and take more pride in their job. Very rushed.
Love the free vacuums and drying towels. I really like to take my time with the vacuum and always rush when its on a timer. Here, i can really get the carpet clean. The free drying towels are a nice touch. I dont need to go home to get any supplies before coming here. The automatic wash hasnt caused any scratches on either of my vehicles and does a good job getting them clean.
Worst car wash in town for $16. They rush you through like cattle do not take time to rinse off mud or anything else and then when youre through the carwash you end up wiping mud and everything else off your car. Dont go for their scam of unlimited washes unless you want to give them your credit card number to charge it whenever they feel like. I will never go there again.!!!
This was maybe the best carwash Ive been to, and the first of its kind that Ive seen. The cheapest wash is $7, but the main reasons I loved it were:Free, unlimited vacuums, 2 per parking spot so you can use one to vacuum the left side of your car and one for the right.Free, unlimited use of towels, so you can wipe the outside of the car, clean your mirrors or windows inside the car, etc.Wish I lived in Canton so I could come here more often, will definitely recommend to friends and family.
I purchased the monthly unlimited washes for 29.99 per month. I have a full size Chevy truck and I feel like it does a great job washing my truck and the vacuums are free. I am not sure if the vacuum is free for everyone or just for monthly membership customers. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I am unlikely to continue with the monthly program because I just dont use it enough to realize the value in the monthly plan. When I do need a quick easy wash, I know I will get a decent wash here.
I had a membership here for over a year. Nice place to have a membership. I moved out of the area, so I no longer needed their services. With that said- the vacuums could be better and they could use the detailing air spray nozzle. My current car was subscription (in a different city) offers these benefits at a lower cost. All in all - I would recommend if you’re living in the Plymouth-Canton area.
I meant to go to another car wash place with a coupon I had but accidentally showed up here, RJ was amazing and just took care of me with my coupon from another place! Thankfully my van is now bird poop free and shiny! Definitely will be back!
This is a great car wash with excellent service. Your car comes out clean, the blowers do a great job of drying your car and then you have free vacuums and towels to finish off your vehicle. The owners Jamie, Bob and Gary are great guys. I bought the monthly pass for 2 of my vehicles and it saves me time and effort. This is the best car wash for the money.

Car wash seems decent enough, the brushes that they use arent just cloth theyre definitely upgraded. The manager RJ was really rude when I had an issue with there still being dirt on the car after going through. Theres other car washes in the area, Id recommend using them and not supporting this company.
Ive always been a little nervous taking my car through automated washes because Ive heard horror stories about scratches and marks from equipment, but Quick Pass is completely different from any other car wash Ive experienced. The equipment is so gentle yet super thorough. My car is shiny and clean for days after I go through it, Ive never had a clean last that long. Ive also never gone to a place thats been able to get the dirt/residue cleaned off my wheels but they have a wheel cleaner that cleans shines them up every time, and even got the built up residue off. I would definitely recommend this place, its unlike any other wash Ive been to before and the clean quality and customer service is outstanding every time. If youre in the Plymouth-Canton area, check it out!
Great car wash, free vacuums, and towels to wipe down your vehicle. The only problem I have is I went up there and wanted to get the unlimited access for a month and they want your credit card info, Ive had bad experience with trying to cancel something before not going to go through that again. So you lost a customer because I couldnt just pay cash for unlimited mounth..
So I went here to get my car cleaned from all the winter grime and salt etc. Got the $10 mgr special. The car was power washed as we proceeded in but poorly done. I could see that it was not done as it should have been. I also was disappointed in the cleaning of the car in general. Spots were missed on the outside parts of the car like the rear bumper and corner panels. Now I know that these car washes are only do a so so job but expected better for $10. If I was paying the monthly rate I would be going through 2 and 3 times.
I must say Ive never seen a car wash quite this accommodating...between the free vacuums and wash cloths, they have overly exceeded my expectations.They definitely found a regular customer in me! Keep up the good work guys!I.E...that powerful car wash is something you wont see anywhere else!

Went to wash my car there today after reading reviews and while using the vacuum I locked my car with my keys inside. The guys there were super helpful and even called the tow truck guy to get my car open for me. Honestly an awesome experience. Would highly recommend this place. Will be coming back to this place whenever i need to wash my car.
They scratched my vehicle while spraying it when entering the car wash. I got an estimate from the dealership to get fixed and delivered it to them. They refused to pay the estimate, said it was too high and they wanted me to “go through their guy”. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place, if they damage your car they will not pay to fix it. There is also a way way better car wash that will make your car look very good right down the street called “Canton City Car Wash.”

EDIT MAR 12, 2019:After cancelling they continued to charge my credit card a few times before I noticed, and they did refund. However, its now a month after that and once again I see their stupid monthly charge against my credit card. I realise that this is an unintentional mistake, but Im getting a clear impression that this outfit doesnt do a very good job with any details. My advice to you is go elsewhere. They refunded this one without complaint - Will see if Im charged for April and, if not, Ill remove this credit card part just to be fair.Original post follows:First, the management and staff are very friendly . The free vacuums are great, too.Having said that, cancelled monthly membership because my vehicle is still noticeably dirty immediately after the wash, and lots of soap crud remains. First noticed on the SUV in front of me and then on my own Navigator a week or so ago that their wash didnt get all the dirt off that recessed area in the very back (where the plate is). They pre-wash with wands but I dont think they use a soapy brush as most of the other car washes do - just my theory. Went through today after already reasonably clean since it was washed two days ago and even my side windows were still dirty.Gave me a pass for a free wash which Ill probably not use. Darn.Edit: Went to a different wash next town over yesterday... clean and spotless including the recessed area in back.
Always friendly staff, great quality carwashes and plenty of microfiber towels to finish up with. Though I do not use them, there are also plenty of free vacuums available too.
I was in the area for a Drs appointment and decided to try your car wash. I paid $10 for the Managers Special and was very disappointed. Within 2-3 miles of your car wash I stopped for gas and noticed that the back passenger side of my car looked as though it hadnt been touched, and the top 2-3 of my rear window was still dirty. My tires were fairly dirty as well. I live in Brighton, but my travels take me past your car wash a couple of times per month. I appreciate the cleanliness and new looking equipment at your car wash, but thats not what Im paying for. Im paying for a clean car, and for $10 I expect to leave with a clean car.

Ive been coming to Quick Pass for 4 years. Its convenient, the equipment looks new, staff is great and the results are very good. Ive got the subscription and I was my vehicle as needed.

This place is amazing! My fiance and I ran over a deer and the dealership wouldnt look at it until we cleaned it. We were lucky enough to call Quick Pass first and Jaime answered the phone (I think the manager) and was super helpful and told us to come on over. Once we got there they were really nice and very helpful, I dont think we would have received that kind of service anywhere else! We will continue to go only to Quick Pass and give them our business as you should to if you are still reading this :).

Great carwash. I have been a customer since they opened about a year ago. Together my car and my husbands we pay $50 monthly for unlimited washes. I believe that the unlimited package has been oversold at this point. When I go now there are always long lines, tough areas to back in and out and other customers are rude and pushy. My suggestion is that at this point quickpass has become so successful it is now overpopulated, open another location.
This is my favorite car wash. Yes the vacuums really are FREE and they arent weak or junky the are good vacuums:) they also supply FREE microfiber towels for you to dry off your car once you get out of the car wash and once you are done useing them you just have to throw them in the dirty bin. I really like this car wash.. I might be hard to see it from the road cause its behind a building....But it is very much worth it to come here.
A good area and I like that they have good soft terry cloths to clean your car even further when its still wet after the wash !

The car was does a good job getting all the grime off your car, its the staff that should slow down a bit rather than rush you through the wash with less than a foot between you and the car in-front of you. Ill have no problem holding up the line for an extra 30 seconds to make sure i dont go underneath the next lifted 4x4 truck they stick me behind.
Super strong vacuums! I have dogs and It picked up all the dog hair very quickly without a hassle! I was able to get my entire jeep done in 10 mins!
The unlimited pass is great along with the vacuums and dry towels however the back of my truck is constantly dirty when I leave the wash since they do minimal prep work before the cars go into the tunnel. The canton location actually sprays the cars off prior to going into the wash however the livonia location doesnt do any kind of prep work. I dont want to cancel my membership but most likely I will due to these issues. Livonia location needs to prep vehicles
Great vacuum power with double hoses so your passenger can help clean their side. I have a crossover and the rear of the car never really gets clean, I end up wiping it down with a wet towel after getting home

Just got a wash here and it was so bad. I got out to do some drying and touch up and everything was still dirty, my wheels, running boards, grille. nothing was really that clean. For eight bucks I guess I expected a little better. Maybe the two cheese balls with the spray guns when you go into the entranceway could have done a better job on the pre-spray.
Love coming here for all my car wash needs, have a monthly membership for my three vehicles and am not disappointed one bit. Only complaint is the fact that their hours need to be updated online during certain times throughout the year.

I have a monthly pass here for unlimited washes for about 30.00. it gives you unlimited washes that are normally 15.00 each, so its worth it to get if you wash your car more than 2x/ month. They also have free vacuums and towels there for your use. They also have a mat washing machine that will get your floor mats clean.

As a LYFT driver, my vehicle needs to be very clean inside and out, each and every day. The QuickPass car and truck wash on Canton Center rd. completely meets all of my needs to accomplish this goal. Not only do I get a great wash and shine, I also dry my vehicle with the terry cloth hand towels provided, vacuum the interior, and run the floor mats thru a cleaning machine if desired as well. All of my riders expect a super clear vehicle inside and out, and this is what they get from QuickPass.

This place is great, especially in the winter. I pay 34.99 a month I go the every other day to wash the salt off my truck.
Generally like the wash, unlimited is the way to go at least in winter.Im not sure why they are randomly closed during the hours posted both on Google and their website. No clear signage of hours at the location, or reasons for these closures.

I have a monthly pay pass, I came in at 415 not busy at all , gave the gentleman a 5 tip to make sure my wheels got cleaned he just said ok took the money and sent me thru and didn’t even touch my truck what so ever. Not happy at all.

2022-03-09First time using this location.. Im a member at the Livonia location. Ran my parents car through did a good job and I love that they have the vacuums and towels to completely dry the car

2022-06-29I dont frequent this car wash often but my usual one was closed and I desperately needed a car wash. I just got the $10 deluxe wash and wondered how well would the bugs on my windshield be removed because others havent been totally successful. But thankfully this location has the employees spray the windshield with a solution specifically to soften up the residue prior to entering the actual wash. I truly appreciated that added step because I could finally see out my front windshield afterwards! Ill definitely be back!

2022-05-05I am not one to go around posting negative reviews but my experience at this car wash today was less than positive. After spending 14 or 15 dollars on the Managers special I pulled over to where they supply towels to wipe down your vehicle. I proceeded to wipe off the dirt this wash left behind. I was amazed at the amount of it. Either the wash system is not capable of thoroughly cleaning the vehicle ( Which I highly doubt) or the vehicles are just being run through at too fast of a speed. One would think with all the bells and whistles this wash has that it would be capable of sending a clean car out the exit. Also the vacuums might be free my small shop vac has more suction. Nice looking facility but a complete disappointment. This seems to be a continuing problem with no corrective action taken by management so I will vote with my wallet and never return. No I do not want a free car wash I want what I paid for.

2022-05-03Positive experiences until today when I pulled in, open sign was on, automatic gate let me in. Automatic door opened, but no workers inside. Waited 5 minutes. Nothing. Reversed so I could see into the office. Someone sitting in there. Waited 5 minutes to see if they were about to get started working or at least come tell me why the lights were on but no one was home. They didnt even look outside. Why am I paying $35 a month? To not get my car washed? I could do that for free. At least turn the open sign off or put up a sign saying something. Ill give them one more shot to actually wash my car but if it happens again Im cancelling.

2022-06-12Customer service is great! Everytime I come Brandon goes above and beyond. Alex is also very friendly. They have this cool carpet cleaner that goes for 120 seconds for $1. I always come here for that. You cant find it at any of car wash.

2021-05-04Love my Quick pass and unlimited washes, the free vacuums are great and they have lint free drying towels for you to use. The attendants at the booths are always friendly and helpful. Wish I could give them more stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

2020-12-205 Stars any day! Wow! In my 15 years of going through car washes, this is way above the rest in how spotless it makes the car, mins looks in showroom condition! (The back still had a little bit of mud on it but rest of the car is 98% shining and clean and Im happy with that!)

2021-12-19I had been driving on dirt roads because of the detour and my car was dirtier than I think it has ever been. I never get a car wash but it was time. The day I visited Quick Pass, it was a sunny day, and I thought it would be a perfect time to try to deal with the grime.I paid for the next to most expensive car wash and I think it did a pretty good job although I was thankful for the microfiber cloths that were available to dry the car afterward and also to rub out some of the dirt that was still on the car.I will absolutely visit Quick Pass Canton Express the next time I need a car wash.

2022-02-19Snow day after one day I have. Monthly pass for my 3 cars and one time I wash and snow not go away and I try to wash second time and and lady says this is not snow removal company it’s don’t matter to come second time you have to come back tomorrow, what is unlimited mean 7 time a week ? Or you drive with snow with monthly paid car washWaiting on owner ans please to confirm is okay to come 2 nd time if car not clean properly on in limited pass?Thank you to give us free vacuum and cloth to water spot which not drying from dryer
