Comment: I worked at Quinn and the truth is that it felt very soft for me. The truth is, I was liking the work, but after working for a month, they let me off, which is because I cut back on work, but after two weeks they hired two more people and whats bad about that company. Its that they dont like that we are telling the managers what else we can do or that they should give us work, they just sat there using their phones without doing anything, it shows that one as a worker told them that he wanted to work and that they should give us work.

Comment: Quinns tractor parts department is an absolute joke. Youre lucky if they even answer the phone, and even luckier if they actually send you what you order. Since Quinn took over Johnson Machinery, they have only got my parts order correct once. ONCE! And I order with part numbers! Their job couldnt be easier! Often, I am shorted parts, sent the wrong parts, or the parts are sent to the wrong address.

Comment: Absolutely disappointed in the service department. Sent tech one day to assess and not regen machine due to being tech being over hours worked already. Next day call at 830 am saying tech would be onsite by 915-930am due to traffic. 1030 am still no tech and Quinn lying to us, the customer, about where the tech is and how they are stuck in traffic. We are 20 mins from Quinn Riverside and traffic is flowing at normal fwy speeds. We are also working along the side of the fwy. Such a disappointment coming from a nomally reputable company.

Comment: Had my National T370 towed in on Wednesday and Tom diagnosed the problem instantly. Replaced the fuel pump and a bad injector. Picked it up Friday noon and runs like a dream. Tom kept me informed and did not proceed with any repairs until discussed with me. Very happy with Quinn Cat (and Tom) and will be back for all future service.

Comment: Terrible serviceWe took the machine to be fixed and they told us that it would be a week, and we came back that week and that it was still not ready, and so they have been making us waste our time going because they say that it will be tomorrow or in a week and nothing will be done. 😡😡 Its been almost a month and they still dont give a response,,, this is very annoying 😡
