This is the least option I can do but even worst can be given to them….unreliable, no ethics and too much expensive….count days to survive in this place and last but not least he’s quoting me for 2007 Corolla for like $700 bucks a month….😂😂😂 grow up man….!! Anyways never going again and ‘NOT RECOMMEND’
Very cheap for car rental compared to other rental companies especially for long term like 1/2 months. However, cars are pretty old and it doesn’t feel that much good in driving those vehicles. I am not sure how good their insurance by the way. People are nice there.
Its hard to find an honest business man these days. Steve of Ramayah Auto is one of those gems. He runs a long term car rental and auto garage business that focuses on cost effective, no frills, genuine service. I would highly recommend this place for your long term car rental and car repair needs.
Only place to rent cars at cheap prices. Typically between 450 to 550 a month.Don’t expect good cars, most of them have around 175k miles. Good part is insurance included with a 1000 deductible. I was told they rent around 270 -290 cars at anytime.RENT ONLY IF YOU PLAN ON USING THE CAR WITHIN THE CITY.
I am writing this review for Rental Cars.AFAIK Ramayah is the only rental car provider for new people coming to US. They provide good reliable old generation camrys or accords for 500 to 600 $ a month with insurance.This helps us settle down with great ease.Thanks Ramayah for support during my initial days in the USA.
I trusted this guy and spent a lot of money here over many years but last time I realized that this guy was cheating. He quoted me more than $1k for repairs related to breaks and tie rods. Took it to the dealer got it done for $400 and they told me that I didnt need all those repairs. So WATCH OUT
Very good people who work here. Very knowledgeable and very honest. I would recommend this place to anyone whose looking for an honest repair technician. The rentals are exceptional as well. You cant ask for a better place for your auto needs.
Cheap monthly car rentals, its a legal, legit car rental. There is a high demand for vehicles, so calling in advance is no harm. And they cover insurance and maintenance along with the rental charges.
Old cars rental, which make its cheaper than other standard renters. But car works perfectly fine, its mechanically well maintained. Good for temporary commute to work or school.
Great place to rent used cars with Insurance. Car are a bit old but well maintained. On road assistance provided. Had an incident where quickly got assistance.

2022-01-16Nothing but the best 5/5. Steve is the best technician you could ever encounter here in Michigan. He will be upfront honest with you on whats wrong and how it can be fixed. He does not over charge or rip you off with all unnecessary repairs and charges. He is the only technician I would go for my any car needs.In my experience, I went to these so called authorized dealers and third party repair shows. Price estimates of (dealers , third party ) was 30% - 40% more than what Ramayah quoted me for the same issue.I have also used his rental cars for 6months, they are old but okay for commute to school and work. He gives the rentals with insurance at a best price for students compared to any other rental agency out there.Do visit his place and check if he can fix your issue and compare his quote with other mechanics you know.

2022-02-11Excellent and Honest Service. Steve is very thorough and honest about the service he provides. He will not ripoff your money like other service centers. The cost is less than of the half of the companys quoted price.He will not suggest unnecessary services. Highly recommend this place.

2022-06-04Worst service ever. My cousin called him multiple times to confirm that a car is ready for rental to take to Cleveland with him. When went to pickup, they couldnt rent us a car because we need to drive it to Cleveland (my cousin told them on phone that he is calling from Cleveland). Owner (Steve) was rude and used filthy language in front of my 2 year old daughter when my cousin tried to argue why they didnt communicate it properly on the phone.

2021-12-27Best mechanic in town and tells the truth and no to repairs that dont need. He also needs few more folks as he is always swamped. Quality of work is great and as always a perfect consultant and guide to repairs. Does not over do or over charge

2021-10-23Ramayah Auto Repair was the closest, when I found out about nail in my tire. I drove to their workshop, and reached just 30 minutes before they close. They were kind enough to accommodate me immediately and worked on my tire.They didn’t even wanted to charge me for the repair, only after repetitive request from our side, they gracefully accepted the nominal fees for the service.I can’t them enough for taking care of the issue immediately and getting us back on the road.

2021-07-22There was a vibrating noise coming from the rear of my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I thought it was going to be a major repair.I took it to Ramayah Autos and Steve fixed the issue and explained in details as to what the issue was. In addition he also mentioned other potential issues that I need to keep an eye on.I am very satisfied with the repairs that were done and my Jeep runs fine now.Ill use Ramayah for future repairs.

2020-06-28Ramayah team is very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. I was facing stalling issue with my Corolla since 2 years which even well known Toyota dealers could not diagnose and help in any way. Ramayah team studied, understood and fixed this issue efficiently and finally put a full stop to my long suffered problem. Thank you and all the best to them with their business.

2015-11-19I got a Camry Rental from here and Used it for about 3 months. The staffs are friendly and understanding.They maintain the cars good.You pay the car rent and insurance and nothing more. All service is done by them.I recommend this place to my friends who require a long term rental (months).
