Comment: Well the first guy that took my car in was very nice polite person unfortunately I forgot to look at his name, but the second guy Austin he was so rude it was as I was talking to myself he was robotic rude and very bad customer service you shouldn’t have him on the front desk very dissatisfied with him I was actually mad I asked him 3 time where my car was and he didn’t bother to point me to the detection it was or answer at all seems I was talking to myself

Comment: We got a flat tire today while driving by a street that the city of COACHELLA is fixing. We brought it immediately here, and although they were so busy and done for the day, Andy Bernal was still so kind to help us. He checked the tire, and changed us the flat tire into the spare because we needed to buy a new one, with the damage it had. Andy gave us some options and finally helped us decide. Definitely recommend coming here if you ever need to either purchase new tires or fix the ones you got. Andy’s got your back! 👍🏾👍🏾

Comment: Almost 2 years ago, I brought my 2011 Jeep Cherokee overland in for an oil change in general check up when we first moved to INDIO in 2022. Everything was fine and I went home, a few months later I went to have an oil change when it was discovered that the oil measuring stick had been broken off and was inside the tube apparently not retrievable. I called Andy at Ramona Tire and race. Bring the car in. He found an easier way to retrieve the broken stick and charge me for a simple replacement. Only $40 plus he did the oil change and while he was there, he determined that other things on the 70,000 mile vehicle had not been done in a long time since I rarely drove be the car. . Subsequently, they changed the antifreeze replaced all the filters and the brake fluid oil. I was very pleased at the thoroughness and I feel like I have a practically new car, now that the tires have also been rotated and alignment check. I thought the price was fair and the service was great. I will return and recommend them highly.

Comment: Nothing below expectations. Dropped off FJ Cruiser brake brake check, tire rotation, A/C seemed to not be working well after 90F. Upon call back for pricing and consent, was told brakes were fine, but it was time to replace brake fluid, and A/C needed freon, devac and recharge with a die to expose any possible leaks. Received a call when FJ was ready and all went normal as one would expect. A/C cooling normally and brakes feel better. Happy 😆

As I was driving on the freeway I noticed my tires pulling slightly to the left every now and then. We stopped here and I thought I may need tire alignment. Comment: UPDATE: I decided to give this store another try. Not sure if it’s under new management but they’ve definitely made some changes for the positive. I stopped by for an alignment under warranty and it was fast service with an excellent follow up of my vehicles inspection.OLD REVIEW: 6 hour wait for a tire rotation, balance and wheel alignment. No courtesy ride and no appointment options available. My car was taken in at 10 am and they claimed that the service was on a first come first serve basis. Many cars came and left but I was still waiting. I didn’t purchase anything this time just warranty service. It proved that they put warranty service in the lowest priority level. Completely unsatisfactory. I will have to look for another another shop.

They ended up doing the whole 9 - my tires were bald so I got some fresh wheels with mount and balance, oil change, and air filter. All done the same day and at a great price. Ill be taking it back for the other work that needs to be done, my only complaint is that the location is here in the desert and its incredibly hot, and the waiting room is very small. Not much they can do about that I suppose. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the work was done every time the manner.

The 2 guys that helped me were very honest telling me I only needed 2 front tires and my rotors were good so I didnt have to get new rotors or all 4 tires, only 2. They got me in right away, and told me things I already knew about my air conditioner. Such as, your motor is fine your vents are fine, And your compressor is great. They flushed out my AC unit. I noticed that they started to pull cars before my car. I told the manager and didnt do anything until I told one of the technicians and said he will found out about it. They reminded me of the place I used at my previous residence, instilling confidence and professionalism right off the bat. No hidden costs; no outrageous prices. Just honest, upfront work. They had to shop around for the part for my car and worked diligently to get it the same day. While I did spend almost 7 hours there, my car is running great. They told me later that some of the places they contacted couldn’t get the part for almost 2 weeks. I’ll take 7 hours.The only thing I wish they did would be to take appointments. Comment: I was traveling home from Arizona and was having issues with my left front tire holding air pressure. I had made one stop already in Blythe to deal with it, then to Ramona Tire Service in Indio. Traveling alone, I was unaware where to stop for assistance and happened upon Ramona Tire Service. Very happy I came upon this place. They found the problem, fixed it, and didn’t charge me anything! I was shocked to say the least. Very happy with the customer service!

Comment: Great customer service! Every time I head into Ramona tire the employees are very polite as well as welcoming even while being as overwhelmed as they all were. Took a while for my car to be looked at due to the shop being a little understaffed but this past year who isn’t, right? They still killed it being nice, informative and quick once my car was in their hands. Will definitely continue to give business!! Keep it up!

Comment: My husband and I received really awesome service from the professionals at Ramona Tire on Jackson Street. We had been on a road trip and thought we needed air in the tires but we actually needed two new front tires replaced! They took our truck right in and replaced them and we’re back on the freeway again:). They were fast and professional and very helpful!

Comment: I went here to get a flat tire repaired and was told that it was free! Of course I had to wait a couple of hours until they werent busy but they professionally and courteously took care of me. I tried to give a $10 thank you but they said give it to the worker. Class act! And it was the inside rear dual on my camper!

Comment: Was in and out same day....with fleet vehicle. I took the truck into dealership last week and it took 5 days to complete fix of water pump. This time was battery and breaks.... awesome shop. My wife and I bring our own vehicles here also.

Comment: I went to Ramona’s Tire & Service Center in Indio because they are near my home and were advertising a discount. I bought new tires and an alignment. Comment: I highly recommend this place for alignment. Jake the manager is really kind and accommodating. Stephan the mechanic is really fast, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. They really made my day by helping me to get the car properly aligned. I will definitely go back in the future. They know their job well and in addition they are kind and compassionate. Comment: Do not waste your entire day at this location!!! I made sure I was the first customer through the door at 0800 sharp for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The incompetent staff sold me on The addition of an air filter as well as windshield wipers that they lead me to believe they had in stock. After waiting almost 3 hours I asked what the hold up was and they were waiting on a shipment to arrive that included the air filter they had convinced me I needed and told me it would only take 10 minutes. Like I said the staff at this location is extremely incompetent but unfortunately also very dishonest.UPDATE: Down below the response from the owner states that they’ll reach out to me to address these issues. It’s been over a week since I had the worst service of my life and almost a week since They said they’d “Reach out offline” Anddddd I still haven’t heard from the owner or the shop whatsoever.Obviously the owner is as dishonest as his employees lol

They look out for the customer by suggesting maintenance according to mileage, but do not push additional services as I have found other places do. Comment: Im a fairly knowledgeable car guy. Ive used this outfit for basics (flat tire, oil changes, etc.) mainly because they are close to my residence, pretty much since they opened. Every time I go in there, they try to up-sell something. You need two new tires, theres a nail in one. There was no nail. You need new front brake pads. I had replaced them just a couple of weeks before. A guys came in while I was at the counter and asked to have his battery checked - $55 was the reply. I told him to go to Auto Zone who will do it for free. Plus, if he needs a battery they will install for free. I can only assume that the positive reviews are mainly from people who dont know cars all that well. STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIPOFFS!!

Comment: My AC broke on our third day vacationing at this town. Called the first place with good rating. They took us in right away. He gave us a price which I thought was kind of high. I still think its probably a bit steep. However I called several other shops their price was at least 300 to 700 dollars higher. Once I gave them go ahead they fixed it quickly. AC works great. This was a lifesaver as this was August. 100 degrees at night. This is not one of the cheap dirty shops either. It seems to me that their main line is tires but they probably can fix anything.

Comment: The new manager Leon Hockett is awesome! Came to see him in Indio after hearing nothing but positive things about his prior shop. Although my car has a ton of miles on it (240K+) and after taking my car to 2 different mechanics prior to Ramona and getting different diagnostics I decided to give Ramona a try. Leon was able to fix my wheel bearing and found another problem with my axle. Leon is a stand up guy, super knowledgeable and fair. He will make very reasonable recommendations and will work with your budget!!! Give Ramona a try. Very satisfied with the stellar service I received Monday! Came back 2 weeks later for more work now my car feels so much better! Rides smooth like when I first bought it! Very satisfied! All work was done in a very speedy manner.
